    @ThreeUKSupport What I mean is that I was used to monitoring my usage using my3 and viewing my account online and these services are not available with a Three business account. I was expressing my great disappointment with this service gap...its extremely inconvenient

    I recently switched from a personal to business account and just found out that there us no online support platform. I wouldn't have gone with three business if I had known this. @ThreeUKSupport #disappointed #poorservice

    @ThreeUKSupport bad service!!! Everything is customer’s fault. Charge the first bill because it is due even the sim never arrived. What is customer’s right? Now paid 12.8£ without even seeing and touching sim.

    @ThreeUKSupport Refund was due to early upgrade. The wrong device was delivered where I decided to cancel the upgrade. I have rang countless times passed from one department to another told refund would be credited back to my bank account. Now been informed it will be used as payment.

    Had to phone blood test booking no. twice today and both times had to wait about 20 mins. Checked my mobile balance afterwards and it was down by £4! @ThreeUK used to be so good but with massive PAYG price hike I might as well use the landline. Bye bye @ThreeUK

    @ThreeUKSupport I’ve been trying and constantly not getting anywhere and it’s begun to impede on my actual work performance so I’d rather find an alternative solution that isn’t so costly and more accountable

    @ThreeUKSupport I’m no longer with three, I have moved contracts and all numbers except three numbers can call me. I have spoken to your customer service and they advised they cannot unblock my number as I’ve moved on
