@ThreeUKSupport What I mean is that I was used to monitoring my usage using my3 and viewing my account online and these services are not available with a Three business account. I was expressing my great disappointment with this service gap...its extremely inconvenient

@ThreeUKSupport Thank you. We'll do that to our phones, however our router is only 4g and (though it has had better connection) it has been extremely slow and disconnects frequently. Is there also a 4g issue please? And do you know when the problems will be resolved?

Two days of little to no @ThreeUK 4g or broadband signal at home and in the surrounding area, and two days of little to no acknowledgment or communication from @ThreeUKSupport No point contacting their engineers as they don’t know what is going on.

I have to say that after 7 months of problems with @BT and @Plusnet we've ditched our landline and gone with @ThreeUK for mobile/Wireless broadband, totally wireless, so far, after 3 weeks of use... Best choice I've ever made! Twice the speed and no drop‐outs! Thank you #Three

@ThreeUKSupport Yes I do have 2 accounts with you guys. I requested for a cancellation more than 3 times whenever I call I was asked to go to the store I got the sim from and whenever I go to the store they tell me they won’t cancel it.
