    @ThreeUKSupport What I mean is that I was used to monitoring my usage using my3 and viewing my account online and these services are not available with a Three business account. I was expressing my great disappointment with this service gap...its extremely inconvenient

    I recently switched from a personal to business account and just found out that there us no online support platform. I wouldn't have gone with three business if I had known this. @ThreeUKSupport #disappointed #poorservice

    @ThreeUK Please fix this quickly. I’ve been with 3 for -12yrs, and everything about you is fantastic, so it’s nothing personal. But if my safety is in jeopardy and you cannot send the alerts out, then I may have to change as this really scares me. I have a stalker who may be a murderer.

    @ThreeUK Maybe… just MAYBE it’s as a result of @ThreeUK’s UK service being absolutely shocking! The amount of time my phone displays ‘signal’ but I’ve got no data functionality is staggering. Garbage network, can’t even send an emergency alert right 💀

    @ThreeUK I’m on Three and I didn’t get it. I could have drowned or burned or blown away - as well as the usual not being able to make calls at home because the service is rubbish

    @JitEspresso @ThreeUK I have mine switched off and I'm not switching them back on again. If a Tsunami was about to hit Hull do you really think a Government emergency alert would help in any way shape or form? What's it going to do, tell me to put my swimming costume on?
