@ThreeUKSupport What I mean is that I was used to monitoring my usage using my3 and viewing my account online and these services are not available with a Three business account. I was expressing my great disappointment with this service gap...its extremely inconvenient

@ThreeUKSupport @wilsonsam889 I cant get an answer on the phone, chat or twitter and they have no email address, any time I log an issue its closed without a fix. I'm considering cancelling my direct debit so they call me.
@ThreeUKSupport I've already been fobbed off with that excuse from your online chat support. Coverage is fine. It's been fine for 4 months then 7 days ago it stopped dead. Your own website says there's an issue with the network. I suspect your rollout of 5G this Aug has screwed the 4G network😠
@Three_Is_Broken @safc4ever @ThreeUKSupport @ThreeUK In short (unless you are in a fantastic signal area) Three are selling subpar spec 💩 that makes the network/broadband look worse than it actually is - no wonder the CTO job has been now been 🔥 & split between high level board management and ‘teams’ below so no 1 idiot can again
@ThreeUK I am incredibly disappointed by the support offered by customer services by three. Not listening to my data problem, what has been tried and that I'm just getting back in touch because I got disconnected. I can not wait for my contract to expire so that I can leave.
@ThreeUKSupport Hi Laura, I've unfortunately not no. The refund is regarding me moving to another network and the direct debit came out after I moved so it's just what I paid over due back
@ThreeUKSupport But it does affect me all day, here are speed checks throughout the day on both 3G&4G . This isn't congestion it's a major problem with your network or poor capacity, you are unable to deliver what I'm paying you for

@Three_Is_Broken @safc4ever @ThreeUKSupport @ThreeUK In the mean time Three now no longer has the solo Chief Technology Officer making all the (poor) hardware decisions, they done away with the CTO completely. I’ve set up B310/B315/B525/B612/B618’s, the B3/5 range is very subpar to the B6+ range on ALL networks not just Three UK
@ThreeUKSupport customer service hanging up on me and refusing to escalate my call to fraud or security dept. Money taken from my account by Three and they deny it. I have it in black and white
