Catz-i.com Driver (@CatzicomDriver) reported from Sandbank, Scotland😡 @threeuksupport I get 105-117mbps with #EE Mobile from home! I didn’t know that #4G companies had different speeds. Your #Three salesman sold me on a 300mbps “CON-tract”, but failed to mention that 12-24mbps is your network speed!’ 😡 #internet #4G #fraud #OFCOM

Alison McKay (@alisonmckay) reported from Inverkip, Scotland@ThreeUKSupport What I mean is that I was used to monitoring my usage using my3 and viewing my account online and these services are not available with a Three business account. I was expressing my great disappointment with this service gap...its extremely inconvenient
-
redferryman (@redferryman) reported from Dunoon, Scotland@ThreeUKSupport no phone network this afternoon in the PA23 8 area. Data network seems fine for now.
-
Alison McKay (@alisonmckay) reported from Inverkip, ScotlandI recently switched from a personal to business account and just found out that there us no online support platform. I wouldn't have gone with three business if I had known this. @ThreeUKSupport #disappointed #poorservice

Stuart (@Stuart61838784) reported@ThreeUKSupport more issues with your network, will be going with different company in a couple months when contract ends as your network is shite
-
Ateeb (@NawazAteeb) reported@ThreeUKSupport just when I think your network can’t get any worse, you find new ways to lower the bar. The UK’s worse network. Your marketing team sends emails showing how clueless you are
-
Leo Phillips (@leo_phillips) reported@PaulHolman100 @OldLondonW14 @ThreeUK This is a good shout. From my personal experience, Spusu have been superb value for money and offer eSIMs also. Lyca were absolute crap so save yourself the headache.
-
Milber Jinslade (@xeode) reported@robj3d3 @ThreeUK known people with a uk number out of the uk for years, wonder when this policy started, or they just wanted an excuse to cancel your account?
-
Gouthaman (@gmanka) reported@robj3d3 @ThreeUK Continuing to charge you monthly and not giving you service is unconscionable. I’ve kept my US number from Mint Mobile active while not living there for 5 years, with only yearly visits, and it still works.
-
loulitagill (@loulitagill) reported@ThreeUK @ThreeUKSupport now you want to charge me £13.92 for a service I wasn’t even using during the 16-20 May when I had no mobile WiFi installed because you kept sending me packages with missing equipment. Worst experience with a company ever!
-
Rhys Llwyd (@rhysllwyd) reportedUnfortunatelly @ThreeUKSupport are similar in my town center (Caernarfon, North Wales). Phones shows there is 4G signal but often nothing loads. They’ve said in the past it’s a local temporary fault. But I’m sure it’s bandwidth/network capacity issues.
-
Grant | Dev (@grantdotdev) reported@JurateJW @ThreeUK @ThreeUKSupport No better in the North either. I thought the Vodafone acquisition was supposed to make them the largest network in the UK and improve signal. I feel it’s got worse.
-
Matt (@Hemmerz_) reportedDo you have signal anywhere between zone 1-6 in London? ******* pony @ThreeUK
-
Paul Holman 💙 (@PaulHolman100) reported@OldLondonW14 @ThreeUK I've never had a problem with EE in London and elsewhere. The cheapest way to use that is via Lycramobile or Lebara, both of which are available as sim only for very low prices. Three have been dreadful everywhere.
