Closing contact even a day after the 'cooling off' then ringing them bk to change it to PAYG, the next morning. Brilliant for me. It isn't all Bad!

I just fixed mine by using @hivoicemail which appears to be working great! Thanks folks! 👍🏻 I would recommend.
