👻 Boo-mar Spook-heji 💀 (@ohmz) reported from Glasgow, Scotland@By_TonyAllen @ThreeUK @metwhine If they’d replied to a customer with that type of message I’d agree with you. A “tough tamales no insta for you dweeb” would be bad. Banter between social media accounts parody or not is how these companies maintain their cultural identity. Look at how Wendy’s as an example.
-

-
John (@_j_a_h) reported from Glasgow, Scotland@ThreeUK were very nice in offering me an early upgrade. The only problem was the monthly bill would have been over £50! I think I'll just go for a SIM only deal. Phones are far too expensive 😬

3 (Three) Issues Reports
Latest outage, problems and issue reports in social media:
-
John (@limited55) reported.@ThreeUK third time now I haven’t received these emergency alerts. You going to sort your network out soon?
-
Danielle (@elektramonster) reported@ThreeUK @ThreeUKSupport this service is becoming worse, have just arrived in weybourne Norfolk and it's dead. Have to drive over half hr in any direction to get scraps of signal. Having to rely on free WiFi just to let family know we're alive! What is going on?! #three
-
Charlie Halstead (@CharlieMansfi17) reported@coveragechecker @AndyUK_52 @ThreeUK It’s just ridiculous. It shouldn’t be about pairing flagship phones with flagship plans. If a phone supports the network’s full capabilities, then every customer on that network—whether they’re on pay as you go or pay monthly—should have equal access to the same 5G service.
-
אדֶגְבּוֹיֶגָה (@IamSamuelOO) reported@ThreeUK what is wrong with your network. I am paying for everything I use yet your network is becoming bad everyday, I have noticed this for over 3months now there is gross instability. If you don’t solve this I am going to switch to @Vodacom
-
Rohit Kumar (@rohittkumarr28) reported@ThreeUK what a terrible service. The WiFi isnt working for more than a week now in Bermondsey area and you dont even have the decency to reach out with the details of by when the service will be back to normal. You dont even have a functioning Call Center.
-
Matchday Drinkers 🍻 (@BFCDrinkers) reported@NameIsRichard @ThreeUK My deal runs out very soon so bye bye. Tolerated bad reception for sake of the deal and four in the house are on Three but no more
-
Le Pèlerin⭐⭐ (@betu4ever) reported@jehmyE The worst of them all got to be these 🐀 @ThreeUK I am getting even sick thinking about them
-
Richard Gendal Brown (@gendal) reported@lawrencenewport are you sure it’s the signal? My experience in London (on @ThreeUK) is that I have a full 4G or 5G signal yet am unable to access anything. And it varies by time of day. eg early morning on Upper St Martin’s lane in Covent Garden it’s fine. Lunchtime? Forget it. So I’m guessing the cell is overloaded or the backhaul is saturated. Either way there’s no problem with “signal”. It’s that they’re giving me basically zero bandwidth.
-
William Stavely (@william_stavely) reported@ThreeUKSupport you are obstructing us leaving your failing Internet service. Your Indian "help" centre has hung up calls & kept me on endless hold. Obstructing cancellation is contrary to OFCOM regulatory requirements. Reading this? Then avoid 3!
-
elephantum aureum (@Gilt_Elephant) reported@ThreeUK — get your act together — you continue to be a disgrace in terms of what you promise and the piss poor effort you deliver.
