    @ThreeUK absolutely shocking service. 4 times on hold for almost 35 mins each time to be hung up on when someone answeres. Practically impossible to speak to anyone who wants to help

    @ThreeUK is like the worse company ever.... For real... 4g+ signal is like full bars but gives like so crappy Internet... Ever watch something and keeps buffering every single second.... Then they speak of 5g... And imagine paying £53 a month!!! And you get a shitty service.

    @simonbangs @ThreeUKSupport It’s a shambles. I phoned this morning to know for sure it wasn’t coming and the advisor told me it was still down for being delivered today, so I told them about the text I received and they responded with the text must be right. 3 are a bunch of clowns

    @By_TonyAllen @ThreeUK @metwhine If they’d replied to a customer with that type of message I’d agree with you. A “tough tamales no insta for you dweeb” would be bad. Banter between social media accounts parody or not is how these companies maintain their cultural identity. Look at how Wendy’s as an example.

    @ThreeUKSupport Only want to verify my email address so I can access my new account....live chat 1hr45 told me to email proofs, they emailed and reset my password, emailed again & reset my password again (didn’t need this done) then told me they couldn’t help had to be through live chat 😳🙄😳

    @ThreeUK just phoned to find out why I am not receiving incoming calls to discover your network has issues. Why are you not informing customers. Is it because you are hoping they don’t notice and hit you with compensation claims

    @DarrenMcNaney @ThreeUK It’s seeing who has left voicemails on your phone. It’s part of the basic framework for an iPhone but a lot of networks don’t support it. O2 does. I just fixed mine by using @hivoicemail which appears to be working great! Thanks folks! 👍🏻 I would recommend.

    @ThreeUKSupport can you tell me how i can cancel the remaining 7 months of my data only contract. It is unusable with speeds of only 0.25 mb. Its been like this for months

    @ThreeUK I am so annoyed by your customer services. I purchased a data sim a month ago. Rung up to top it up they won’t do it with out the sim being in a phone to receive a text message, I don’t have a 3 device, I bought it for a mobile router. Won’t work in my EE phone! 😞

    @ThreeUK customer for over 22 years multiple contacts I asked for an iPad contract to be cancelled 4 years ago as the contract ended 4 years prior...a year later still taking payments got it cancelled again, tried so many times to sort this out...now I'm being threatened by legal

    Some scammers called pretending to be @ThreeUK. I played along. First red flag is @ThreeUK calling me about bad service. Second red flag was the urgency and rush. Last red flag was asking to click yes on a notification on my phone to get a new sim card 1/

    Hi @ThreeUKSupport , This is now a formal complaint. I have been a loyal customer for over 10 years, and the service I’ve received recently is completely unacceptable. I am being significantly overcharged. my bill should be £15 + £28 for broadband, yet £104 was taken last month

    @ThreeUKSupport I continually have problems using mobile internet in the area of HD8 9JX. Signal strength is adequate but access to the internet is shocking to non existent. I know others also on @ThreeUK who have the same problem. This has been going on for several years now

    @ThreeUK it’s time to say farewell after 15+ years. I just cannot deal with the poor service any longer. I’ve been patient but finally had enough. Loyalty doesn’t seem to matter these days sadly. Any suggestions for different provider would be welcome. Thank you in advance🙏
