    @SteMarsh I called @ThreeUK the day I got those texts n didn't get ANY help at all. Long story. Had to call back two days later and speak to someone else. Was going to cancel my account there& then. Screw the early cancellation fee. But the lady said I wouldn't be charged it was impossible

    @simonbangs @ThreeUKSupport It’s a shambles. I phoned this morning to know for sure it wasn’t coming and the advisor told me it was still down for being delivered today, so I told them about the text I received and they responded with the text must be right. 3 are a bunch of clowns

    @ThreeUK Moved from another provider to a better deal with you then cancelled due to insufficient signal. PAC code still awaited 4 days later so I can move back to original provider. I have been unable to use my mobile, and currently home working! #poorcustomerservice

    Well that’s me done with @ThreeUK @ThreeUKSupport not only is the network πŸ’© round the westend & town but they have taken payments from me today, said they hadn’t & that my cards are being declined. The language barrier is unreal & turns out there’s nothing wrong with my cards πŸ™€

    @susiebantam @GoldenShimmer @EE @ThreeUK I've deals with three customer services lots of times. Always heard my problems not just with the signal issue's. Closing contact even a day after the 'cooling off' then ringing them bk to change it to PAYG, the next morning. Brilliant for me. It isn't all Bad!

    @ThreeUK What a shambles! I'm stuck in the USA with a SIM that has been suspended. It's been a week now - so much for adding a data pack to be sure of roaming coverage for my holiday! So many broken promises, 24 hours, 48 hours... a whole week later and still no further forward!
