  @CPMumma79 @SFAactive You’ve probably checked it all so apologies if this isn’t helpful but I’m on a contract with 3 that’s £13 a month with occasional other charges (this month £1.30). 30g data and unlimited texts and calls.   @threeuk your service does not actually function; I’m abroad, have used my fair usage, increased my spend cap, bought a roaming pass but it’s not working. I’ve called but can’t speak to anyone and you don’t have the option to deal with my request on the ‘call’.

  @ThreeUK @ThreeUKSupport has to be one of the worst in the UK. Tech support in India reading a script, say issue known with Cell Tower cant say when it will be fixed. Already been THREE months. ATROCIOUS customer service & Tech support nonexitant. @ofgem no help what so ever.
