While I’m ranting, @ThreeUK #Glasgow is the biggest city in Scotland, 3rd largest in the UK. WHY is it impossible to get a 4G, never mind a 5G, signal in the city centre?? And don’t tell me your system isn’t showing any problems, cos bollocks. It doesn’t work. @Three_Is_Broken

Sorry but @EE totally beats @ThreeUK at any type of mobile signal. I’m in Glasgow and even in 5G the internet is so slow on Three. I use a BUSSINESS sim from EE and personal number from three and mostly have to use the EE at all times because it just works.

@loupepper @ThreeUK Binned Huawei years ago because of this issue, their "flagship" models seem to lose interest with @Huawei very quickly, culminating in immediate dropping of updates etc.

@ThreeUK worst customer service I have experienced, sent back a internet router in September due to poor connection and you offered to waive the cancellation charges. I am still getting billed for it after being promised it had been closed on 3 occasions.

After being a loyal and happy customer for 8 years I will be leaving @ThreeUK when my contract ends later this month. Visiting my parents later this year for a month would cost me over £50 in roaming charges on a new @ThreeUK contract. It will cost me £0 with @O2. No brainer!!

@ThreeUKSupport My mother has 8 contracts with Three and Sanji was no good on the phone either as when my mother said cancelling the contract she didn’t even take initiative to save the contracts.I am sure Three can have better agents in customer relations who do not lie to customers

@ThreeUKSupport How difficult it is to order a sim, why does Three has to make it difficult.Sorry to say but aweful service and I will be taking this further to Ombudsman services with all the recordings for the hassle and time spent .Three has got my mother in tears for a simple simcard
