Pete Jeffrey (@petejeffrey) reported from Glasgow, ScotlandWhile I’m ranting, @ThreeUK #Glasgow is the biggest city in Scotland, 3rd largest in the UK. WHY is it impossible to get a 4G, never mind a 5G, signal in the city centre?? And don’t tell me your system isn’t showing any problems, cos bollocks. It doesn’t work. @Three_Is_Broken

👻 Boo-mar Spook-heji 💀 (@ohmz) reported from Glasgow, Scotland@By_TonyAllen @ThreeUK @metwhine If they’d replied to a customer with that type of message I’d agree with you. A “tough tamales no insta for you dweeb” would be bad. Banter between social media accounts parody or not is how these companies maintain their cultural identity. Look at how Wendy’s as an example.
-
Harley Watson 🏴🇪🇺 (@_unlobito) reported from Glasgow, Scotland@ThreeUKSupport Hi! I’ve sent you a DM looking for support with a PAYG SIM.

-
delwyn hawkins (@desmoderby) reported@ThreeUK Really pi**ed today. Buy European roaming as an extension to our contact with you. Approaching Verona no signal for 90min which meant no navigation around 2 serious accidents. Fortunately we have driven to where we were going in Verona before. Nowhere good enough.

Back in Time West London (@OldLondonW14) reportedAnyone know which mobile provider has better coverage in W14 area of London. I’ve been advised by @ThreeUK it’s best to cancel account as they’re struggling to provide adequate 4g let alone 5g.
-

-
stevie (@stevie_builds) reported@robj3d3 @ThreeUK Same as what Jakey was saying. I was on Telstra (aussie), while i was in SEA. PAYG, and id still receive texts, but after 7-8 months they told me they were gonna cancel my plan because i hadnt recharged... luckily they planned to do that the day i got back, but if i just paid $30 to recharge after 7 months i guess that would have given me another 7 months...
-
My Hot Topics (@speaakwin) reportedWhy the f is the @ThreeUK 4g and 5g signal so bad? 8 feel like I'm living in the 90s here. I have 5g 3/4 signal, and it's taking 45 seconds to do a basic Google search. It's a joke. I'll be switching to Lebara I think. Been with you for 23 years. Literally since I was 15.
