@ThreeUK @ThreeUKSupport really getting tired of having to change to 3G ANYWHERE around Glasgow Queen Street station . 4G data just does not work in/or around the station but works everywhere else I go so not a phone or sim issue 😡

@ThreeUK help please can't get into app or website as number saying not 3 mobile despite it being one. Topped up credit but it's not registered so internet cut off. Using mobile WiFi device so all texts going to device I can't access without internet access.

@ThreeUKSupport Yes it was bought in the uk, no this is my personal phone I pay for but use it for work too. I did lose my phone and sim card and someone at 3 india changed the number to a new sim card about 1 year ago. Could that be the problem.
