    @susiebantam @GoldenShimmer @EE @ThreeUK I've deals with three customer services lots of times. Always heard my problems not just with the signal issue's. Closing contact even a day after the 'cooling off' then ringing them bk to change it to PAYG, the next morning. Brilliant for me. It isn't all Bad!

    @ThreeUKSupport have had network problems for a couple of weeks now, support team claims it's to do with the device but 3 website says there's an issue

    @ThreeUKSupport Iโ€™m getting no where with your technical team regarding my Huawei B311 router which is dropping connection. They are trying to replace it with a MIFI device which is useless, can I please get some help, this has been going on since Friday

    @susiebantam @GoldenShimmer @EE @ThreeUK Dam Susan Not good! I've noticed that users need to speak in proper English and slow. I didn't at the start of the dealings. That's where I wasn't getting anywhere with 'em. I'm not saying that you wasn't! I'm just telling my experience.

    Well thatโ€™s me done with @ThreeUK @ThreeUKSupport not only is the network ๐Ÿ’ฉ round the westend & town but they have taken payments from me today, said they hadnโ€™t & that my cards are being declined. The language barrier is unreal & turns out thereโ€™s nothing wrong with my cards ๐Ÿ™€

    @ThreeUKSupport Moto G6. Have tried restarting, wiping app data for Carrier Services and Messages and restarting, no dice. When I did it on my O2 phone I got a text message from Google, but never seen anything like that on my 3 one.

    I've had no data since yesterday afternoon @ThreeUK and now seems like most of us are on Emergency Calls Only. Your website's been telling me my network problems are down to essential maintenance in my area since July. Now can I move without penalty please, this is too much.

Banter between social media accounts parody or not is how these companies maintain their cultural identity. Look at how Wendyโ€™s as an example.

    What the hell is going on with calls @ThreeUK? Every call I make drops in seconds. 2+ hour on tech chat didn't resolve and your shop (where there was a queue of people with the same issue) couldn't do anything but report it.

    @girlonetrack @ThreeUK @ThreeUKSupport Had the same problem with three and ended up changing providers because even with number blocked they reappeared with different number and still costing ยฃ1.50. Ended up paying ยฃ615!

    @ThreeUKSupport More often than not I have to call someone a second time before they can actually hear me on the line. Not specific to one location. Is this *another* Three network problem or a dodgy Three handset?

    @ThreeUKSupport In Weymouth Dorset. Huge queue of people at the 3 shop with the same issue. A number, like me who rely on their phone for their business. Chat support gave up without a solution. The shop couldn't do anything but report it to 3.
