    @ThreeUK Hey I was wondering if there is anything being done to help the signal in Glasgow City centre. I have switch to 3G to try & get a data signal. Something as simple as an Instagram story post won't load. I'm on a OnePlus 6 & software is up-to-date so it's not that. Help!

    @ThreeUKSupport really disappointed that ive no signal in my home or unable to get phonecalls through. Called up to get a new phone only to be told ill not get a better signal elsewhere and the contract will be more money than the other provider. #byebye3

    I never thought I'd regret being with @ThreeUK until now. They send you a message telling you, you can upgrade early for free to a new phone or sim only plan, only for them to then turn round and tell you, you're getting charged over £30 to upgrade your sim only to a new one

    @ThreeUKSupport I was told to contact them to cancel the subscription which i have done But this months bill has £22 on it from them. I never willingly accepted this add on it was done through a phising text, nor do i use it so ill not be paying for it & spending my time chasing them for refund

The frustrating thing is it’s actually a reasonably nice web based thing already and could be easily exposed publicly - isn’t even any sort of data protection issue, only additional info you can see is ticket no and cell id

    @ThreeUKSupport do you know if there's any problems in the pa1 postcode area as I've not had a signal most of today since I got up. When I've had a signal it's disappeared after about a minute or 2(that's both indoors and outdoors)

    @ThreeUKSupport I've rang and the man keeps saying it's me that took it out and I never. They're so unhelpful and say it's gone to Lowell now so they can't help me. And he lied saying the contract was at my address but then couldn't find my address connected to any contract. Can't cope!

    @ThreeUKSupport Yes spoken to Xiaomi support and they stated three installed their own version of the MIUI ROM, so only three can provide updates. So please ask when updates will be released as I don’t want to expose my personal data because a security patch wasn’t installed. #securitymatters
