I don't feel its right, stuck paying for a service I don't get & no help getting fixed. I had heard good things about @ThreeUK but never using again!

It’s part of the basic framework for an iPhone but a lot of networks don’t support it. O2 does. I just fixed mine by using @hivoicemail which appears to be working great! Thanks folks! 👍🏻 I would recommend.
