@loupepper @ThreeUK Binned Huawei years ago because of this issue, their "flagship" models seem to lose interest with @Huawei very quickly, culminating in immediate dropping of updates etc.

@ThreeUKSupport I had a positive over balance of £85 so I’d assumed that’s been used over the months until it ran out & made me go negative… I would have at least liked a pre warning of neg bal before my credit score got damaged with “missed payments” which I’ve never had in my credit history
