    @ThreeUK is like the worse company ever.... For real... 4g+ signal is like full bars but gives like so crappy Internet... Ever watch something and keeps buffering every single second.... Then they speak of 5g... And imagine paying ยฃ53 a month!!! And you get a shitty service.

    @ThreeUK @ThreeUKSupport you are the worst telecom company in the Uk i wish i had cut my fingers before signing the contract with you.. You have an absolute terrible customer services as well as a very unprofessional and unfriendly staff in stores.

    @loupepper @ThreeUK Binned Huawei years ago because of this issue, their "flagship" models seem to lose interest with @Huawei very quickly, culminating in immediate dropping of updates etc.

    @ThreeUK were very nice in offering me an early upgrade. The only problem was the monthly bill would have been over ยฃ50! I think I'll just go for a SIM only deal. Phones are far too expensive ๐Ÿ˜ฌ

    @ThreeUKSupport If the sim doesnโ€™t arrive tomorrow can I still speak to you? My problem is I forgot I set up a Mail redirect while Iโ€™m looking after my uncle across in Fife and itโ€™s not stopped yet, so the sim will go to my uncleโ€™s house.

    @ThreeUK ever since one of your agent informed me that if I don't upgrade my phone to a 5G enabled device, I won't be able to use your network anymore, I have stopped enjoying your service. I'm not getting your services for free, you are stressing me further to get a new phone

    @ThreeUK have the worst customer support team. All i want to do is pay them yet I have been talking with them via the app for 45 minutes. surely it canโ€™t be that difficultโ€ฆ.

    @ThreeUK , your chat service is not fit for purpose. Once you've managed to convince the AI chatbot what it actually is you need and an operator comes online they obviously juggle many chats at once as after "Hi" it took 11 minutes for the next reply and then 8 for the next.
