Have you gone into @ThreeUK shop to talk directly to someone? Might help

I use a BUSSINESS sim from EE and personal number from three and mostly have to use the EE at all times because it just works.

Still not resolved after nearly 4 weeks. Spoke to complaints dep who told him they would give him an instant tremination now want a termination fee !!!
