    Well thatโ€™s me done with @ThreeUK @ThreeUKSupport not only is the network ๐Ÿ’ฉ round the westend & town but they have taken payments from me today, said they hadnโ€™t & that my cards are being declined. The language barrier is unreal & turns out thereโ€™s nothing wrong with my cards ๐Ÿ™€

    @ThreeUKSupport how do I put a official complaint in? Stuck with 5G broadband HUB contract where I don't get 5G! I get 4g but it's patchy at best. My ADSL is faster with Sky! I've asksd for help multiple times to fix via email! Calls! Social media, chat. Nothing done to fix 1/2

    @ThreeUKSupport 2/2 I wanted to cancel within 30 days of not happy with service. Emailed back I would be charged early term fee. I don't feel its right, stuck paying for a service I don't get & no help getting fixed. I had heard good things about @ThreeUK but never using again!

    @ThreeUKSupport Heโ€™s in hd5 I donโ€™t know the rest of his post code and Iโ€™m not sure either... heโ€™s not trying to use my hotspot just to point out lol we are both on three network โ€” in separate cities having issues heโ€™s on pay as you go and Iโ€™m on a contract sim

    @ThreeUKSupport Been with you for many years and for a while now your signal for me has been atrocious literally no matter where I am, mobile data barely works anywhere in Glasgow despite having 4 bars with 4G ๐Ÿ˜‚

    @loupepper @ThreeUK Binned Huawei years ago because of this issue, their "flagship" models seem to lose interest with @Huawei very quickly, culminating in immediate dropping of updates etc.

    Sorry but @EE totally beats @ThreeUK at any type of mobile signal. Iโ€™m in Glasgow and even in 5G the internet is so slow on Three. I use a BUSSINESS sim from EE and personal number from three and mostly have to use the EE at all times because it just works.

    @ThreeUKSupport 3.5 hours, 8 people later, 3 disconnected chats all to add another SIM and smartwatch plan to my current contact. Terrible experience and all just to give you some more business. End of this contract and Iโ€™ll be gone after 16yrs.

    So ****** off with the service from @ThreeUK (supposedly I can piggy back off @VodafoneUK masts?!) is there a problem calling landline numbers today? Mobile โ€ฆ fine, landlines ~ nothing โ€ฆ just silence?

    @ThreeUK issue with new phone order and not getting anywhere with the live chat. Was ordered earlier in the week with the โ€œSaturday All Dayโ€ extra charge however it turns out it was apparently attempted delivery on Thursday and Friday this week. You arenโ€™t taking any

    @ThreeUK I have two mobile broadband routers, one in the north-west and one in South Yorkshire. Both are absolutely crap coverage. This has only happened for the last two weeks. What on earth is going on with your coverage please? Youโ€™re basically just ripping people off.
