My ADSL is faster with Sky! I've asksd for help multiple times to fix via email! Calls! Social media, chat. Nothing done to fix 1/2

I use a BUSSINESS sim from EE and personal number from three and mostly have to use the EE at all times because it just works.

Have you gone into @ThreeUK shop to talk directly to someone? Might help

I get smae response all the time also at one point I was told the mast was having something done to it and 7 days it should be fully working but Thai doesn't show anywhere on the network status page
