@susiebantam @GoldenShimmer @EE @ThreeUK I've deals with three customer services lots of times. Always heard my problems not just with the signal issue's. Closing contact even a day after the 'cooling off' then ringing them bk to change it to PAYG, the next morning. Brilliant for me. It isn't all Bad!

Banter between social media accounts parody or not is how these companies maintain their cultural identity. Look at how Wendy’s as an example.

@ThreeUKSupport Moto G6. Have tried restarting, wiping app data for Carrier Services and Messages and restarting, no dice. When I did it on my O2 phone I got a text message from Google, but never seen anything like that on my 3 one.

Well that’s me done with @ThreeUK @ThreeUKSupport not only is the network 💩 round the westend & town but they have taken payments from me today, said they hadn’t & that my cards are being declined. The language barrier is unreal & turns out there’s nothing wrong with my cards 🙀

@DarrenMcNaney @ThreeUK It’s seeing who has left voicemails on your phone. It’s part of the basic framework for an iPhone but a lot of networks don’t support it. O2 does. I just fixed mine by using @hivoicemail which appears to be working great! Thanks folks! 👍🏻 I would recommend.

@ThreeUKSupport hi, we arrived in Ibiza last night, her phone didn’t connect to a network and still hasn’t, spoke to three support snd they said wait 4 hours, didn’t come on so called back and then said they can’t do a nothing until we’re back in the uk.

@ThreeUKSupport they were very blunt and rude on the phone, spoke to 2 live chats and 4 people on the phone who said it would be fixed in 4 hours, then 24 hours and now we have been told 7 days which is when we return to England. Said it’s a problem with the network but wouldn’t go into detail

@ThreeUKSupport Said they’ll open an investigation which takes at least 7 days, but still leaves us stranded in a foreign country as two 18 year old girls with no way to contact our family and friends. Didn’t offer to provide any help or info in how we could get service
