    @ThreeUK is like the worse company ever.... For real... 4g+ signal is like full bars but gives like so crappy Internet... Ever watch something and keeps buffering every single second.... Then they speak of 5g... And imagine paying £53 a month!!! And you get a shitty service.

I finally managed to access my account and do my own line test as after a week of tweeting & DMs nothing done, apart from me crawling on the floor photographing main skt. Cancel your DD

    @ThreeUKSupport Yes but we were advised by representatives in store that we could carry on using excess after this. We advised we would be using a lot of data due to using maps on our road trip and this never came up as an issue. How can this be rectified as it is essential this is fixed?
