@SteMarsh I called @ThreeUK the day I got those texts n didn't get ANY help at all. Long story. Had to call back two days later and speak to someone else. Was going to cancel my account there& then. Screw the early cancellation fee. But the lady said I wouldn't be charged it was impossible

Well that’s me done with @ThreeUK @ThreeUKSupport not only is the network 💩 round the westend & town but they have taken payments from me today, said they hadn’t & that my cards are being declined. The language barrier is unreal & turns out there’s nothing wrong with my cards 🙀

@ThreeUK is like the worse company ever.... For real... 4g+ signal is like full bars but gives like so crappy Internet... Ever watch something and keeps buffering every single second.... Then they speak of 5g... And imagine paying £53 a month!!! And you get a shitty service.

@SteMarsh @ThreeUK I hate @ThreeUK and suggest to anybody and everybody to never sign up with them. Leave them. For one, getting a refund means dealing with a company that has a shit we form, who are crooks but will only accept my actual phone bill, leaving me open to yet more ******* fraud.

Woah. @ThreeUK is changing PAYG rates from 3p/2p/1p for minutes/text/Mb to 10p/10p/5p. I use hardly any (<£5 a month, less in pandemic) most of which is data. So I guess I'm looking for an alternative. Signal is a big issue in my house & last time I checked they're all bad here.
