@ThreeUK just so you know your customer service from the advisors in the call centre is absolutely shocking

  • Greyingbeard79 David Fleming🏴󠁧󠁢󠁳󠁣󠁴󠁿🇫🇷 (@Greyingbeard79) reported from Paisley, Scotland

@ThreeUKSupport I work in the PA1 1AD area. Last two days we’ve had complete blackout of all services at times during the working day

  • itsjuststewart Stewart Priest  🌈 🏒 💙 (@itsjuststewart) reported from Clydebank, Scotland

@ThreeUKSupport I understand the logistical issues, but when you’ve sent confirmation with a delivery date, it’s to be expected that people are unhappy. It’s not unheard of that on launch day supply will be short, so set expectations and give a window, not a solid date which you’ll likely miss.

  • rgarrick_KTID Ross Garrick (@rgarrick_KTID) reported from Kilmarnock, Scotland

@ThreeUKSupport I don't have the tracking number but I have now received an email to say I owe £33 on a number I don't recognise which I assume is the broadband that I requested to cancel over 1 month ago.

  • Rangers_f_c DIV8O (@Rangers_f_c) reported from Paisley, Scotland

@ThreeUKSupport Tried phoning to cancel my contract within the first 14 days and just keep getting told technical issues, how do I cancel if I can't do it through the phone number provided?

  • rgarrick_KTID Ross Garrick (@rgarrick_KTID) reported from Kilmarnock, Scotland

@ThreeUKSupport Ordered on 27th March online and been trying to cancel as soon as the modem was recieved which was a few days later. Been waiting for a pre paid ebvelope to send it back and now concerned that the money is going to come out before I recieve this and will be out of pocket

  • spinningthedisc MrDeeJay (@spinningthedisc) reported from Erskine, Scotland

@ThreeUKSupport It did eventually move over but coverage is not good. What’s the process as it not working in locations I need.

  • verflucht Mr A$AP Verflucht Esq. (@verflucht) reported from Paisley, Scotland

@SteMarsh @ThreeUK I hate @ThreeUK and suggest to anybody and everybody to never sign up with them. Leave them. For one, getting a refund means dealing with a company that has a shit we form, who are crooks but will only accept my actual phone bill, leaving me open to yet more ******* fraud.

  • chenks Simon Gray (@chenks) reported from Johnstone, Scotland

@ThreeUKSupport do I need a new SIM to get 5g support or will existing SIM work when put into a pixel 5?

  • itsjuststewart Stewart Priest  🌈 🏒 💙 (@itsjuststewart) reported from Clydebank, Scotland

@ThreeUKSupport on a separate issue, do you know when you’ll be moving on with eSIM rollout? I live nowhere near the stores you’ve launched in, but could do with an eSIM.

  • verflucht Mr A$AP Verflucht Esq. (@verflucht) reported from Paisley, Scotland

@SteMarsh I called @ThreeUK the day I got those texts n didn't get ANY help at all. Long story. Had to call back two days later and speak to someone else. Was going to cancel my account there& then. Screw the early cancellation fee. But the lady said I wouldn't be charged it was impossible

  • rgarrick_KTID Ross Garrick (@rgarrick_KTID) reported from Kilmarnock, Scotland

@ThreeUKSupport Was a refund for a broadband contract that I cancelled in April and have sent bacj the equipment unused. Had 3 live chats and recently was told that an investigation would be concluded in 24hrs and I would reciebe the refund. Really disappointed in the service I've recieved!

  • sammiejane_9 Samantha Jane 🌕 (@sammiejane_9) reported from Galston, Scotland

@ThreeUKSupport It’s been over a year now. The Three store in Glasgow told me to turn off my 4G as the signal from Three couldn’t cope with demand. I get the upgrades but 12 months of issues I’m afraid I’ve had enough.

  • dirty_stu Stuart MacPherson (@dirty_stu) reported from Renfrew, Scotland

@ThreeUK hi, is there a problem with the network? I’ve not had any signal on my phone in the past 2 days

  • CoombsieUK Chris Coombs (@CoombsieUK) reported from Kilwinning, Scotland

@ThreeUK wow your lack of customer service is beyond explanation. Advise someone they can leave for no cost on the 29th when they contact you on the 28th they are advised there is no cancellation fee BUT you need to pay 2 month plus 10 days #entrapment

  • keygripBJFC Calum🏴󠁧󠁢󠁳󠁣󠁴󠁿 (@keygripBJFC) reported from Beith, Scotland

@ThreeUKSupport No I never clicked it, better thought to ask first.

  • ShaunW1993 Shaun Wilson (@ShaunW1993) reported from Stevenston, Scotland

@ThreeUKSupport messaged a few days ago about my Gran needing help. I decided to help her upgrade on Weds and get new phone delivered. Said she would get it today but a text on the morning to say which hour slot she would expect it. She hasn't received anything yet.

  • ellislinfordp Ellis Linford-Pill (@ellislinfordp) reported

@ThreeUKSupport @itssjpbaby No it’s not three. Literally so many people with you have this problem

  • AriehMiller Arieh Miller (@AriehMiller) reported

I have terrible phone signal because @ThreeUK don't even have a 4g mast in the area (don't get me started! 😡) so rely on my WiFi for everything, from calls, to TV, to my doorbell even! Working from home without WiFi is not going to be fun! @virginmedia, get it sorted, please!

  • redpaperrosecom redpaperrose.com (@redpaperrosecom) reported

@ThreeUK last year i reported a sudden drop in 4g broadband speeds over the B535 device. a drop that remained in place (and still does). Three suggested it was a temporary issue. Subsequently, around Feb 2021 three have suspended sales of the B535 contract in some areas...1/2

  • redpaperrosecom redpaperrose.com (@redpaperrosecom) reported

@ThreeUKSupport hi Noor... there's nothing to check - three already know of a long term issue but refuse to publicly acknowledge it. postcode area is DY4 - this, along with many other areas no longer have the option to purchase the B535 contract because three knows there's an issue

  • MarisaRuett Marisa (@MarisaRuett) reported

@ThreeUKSupport hi, when is the live chat support available on the My3 App?

  • infoonthego James Moore (@infoonthego) reported

@ThreeUKSupport @ThreeUKSupport thanks, handsets are Samsung S20 and both have worked fine for WiFi calling previously. From your reply does that mean that Threes WiFi calling will work with starlink?. It looks like public ip is uk but it's a US based ISP. Trying to discount potential issues

  • poshman63 jonathan simson (@poshman63) reported

@ThreeUKSupport Just checked status and it still states an issue in our area

  • C80YCE Carlton Boyce 🇪🇺 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁳󠁣󠁴󠁿 (@C80YCE) reported

@ThreeUKSupport Also, no-one I have spoken to actually listens, they just seem to read off a script telling me to call you - and even when I do manage to get a signal by standing outside ion one spot (this isn't guaranteed to work) I get shunted around. All I want to do is cancel my contract.

  • Gstr2021 g.s.t.r 2021 (@Gstr2021) reported

@ThreeUKSupport just clicked on 5g/4g on network settings and lost signal reception.

  • Microbedoc2 Jamie Murphy (@Microbedoc2) reported

I'm sick of @ThreeUK & @NOWTV your 5G & broadband are respectively awful. I feel like data is being delivered by a blind carrier pigeon with one wing. It's really not ok.
