  • BumsteadBobby Bobby Bumstead (@BumsteadBobby) reported from Ardeer Square, Scotland

@soulrelocation @ThreeUK I'm experiencing the same problem , their signal has been getting steadily worse for the past year, areas that were fine before are now dead zones honestly thinking about changing network

  • oluwasetomicute OMO-AKIN GLASGOW (@oluwasetomicute) reported from Paisley, Scotland

@ThreeUK, you people are really treating me badly 👎. How can i be paying for unlimited data on broadband and two sims, and yet i can't even have moderate data coverage. I haven't been able to follow the #NigeriaElections2023 because of your poor network since yesterday.

  • spinningthedisc MrDeeJay (@spinningthedisc) reported from Erskine, Scotland

@scottwilks @ThreeUK Network working ok in Glasgow?

  • LynnMcMillan123 Lynn 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁳󠁣󠁴󠁿 (@LynnMcMillan123) reported from Kilmarnock, Scotland

Thankyoooou @ThreeUK I was thinking about leaving as the best price pm for iPhone 13 was £56 but you managed to get it down to £38 pm. Loyalty can pay 👏🏼

  • CoombsieUK Chris Coombs (@CoombsieUK) reported from Kilwinning, Scotland

@ThreeUK wow your lack of customer service is beyond explanation. Advise someone they can leave for no cost on the 29th when they contact you on the 28th they are advised there is no cancellation fee BUT you need to pay 2 month plus 10 days #entrapment

  • itsjuststewart Stewart Priest  🌈 🏒 💙 (@itsjuststewart) reported from Clydebank, Scotland

@ThreeUKSupport on a separate issue, do you know when you’ll be moving on with eSIM rollout? I live nowhere near the stores you’ve launched in, but could do with an eSIM.

  • itsjuststewart Stewart Priest  🌈 🏒 💙 (@itsjuststewart) reported from Clydebank, Scotland

@ThreeUKSupport I understand the logistical issues, but when you’ve sent confirmation with a delivery date, it’s to be expected that people are unhappy. It’s not unheard of that on launch day supply will be short, so set expectations and give a window, not a solid date which you’ll likely miss.

  • chenks Simon Gray (@chenks) reported from Johnstone, Scotland

@ThreeUKSupport do I need a new SIM to get 5g support or will existing SIM work when put into a pixel 5?

  • dirty_stu Stuart MacPherson (@dirty_stu) reported from Renfrew, Scotland

@ThreeUK hi, is there a problem with the network? I’ve not had any signal on my phone in the past 2 days

  • rgarrick_KTID Ross Garrick (@rgarrick_KTID) reported from Kilmarnock, Scotland

@ThreeUKSupport Was a refund for a broadband contract that I cancelled in April and have sent bacj the equipment unused. Had 3 live chats and recently was told that an investigation would be concluded in 24hrs and I would reciebe the refund. Really disappointed in the service I've recieved!

  • rgarrick_KTID Ross Garrick (@rgarrick_KTID) reported from Kilmarnock, Scotland

@ThreeUKSupport I don't have the tracking number but I have now received an email to say I owe £33 on a number I don't recognise which I assume is the broadband that I requested to cancel over 1 month ago.

  • ShaunW1993 Shaun Wilson (@ShaunW1993) reported from Stevenston, Scotland

@ThreeUKSupport messaged a few days ago about my Gran needing help. I decided to help her upgrade on Weds and get new phone delivered. Said she would get it today but a text on the morning to say which hour slot she would expect it. She hasn't received anything yet.

@ThreeUK THIRD time I’ve bought add-on to use phone abroad, having looked at several forums this seems to be the norm for lots of your customers! Is this a scam! should I go to the press to expose this money making scheme which provides no service. Unhappy, same as others !

@dingy86 Based on my analysis of public X data, profile visits are private and not accessible. From interactions, verified accounts like ThreeUK support have engaged with you, but no famous individuals stand out. If you mean something else, clarify!

  • grok Grok (@grok) reported

Profile views on X are private, so I can't determine who views yours. Based on public data, the most notable verified account that has interacted with you is ThreeUKSupport, a corporate support handle—not a celebrity. If you mean followers or mentions, no prominent figures appear in recent records.

@ThreeUKSupport The correct network has been found at all other destinations but unless turkey isn't included in your roaming then it's not the case as I have hit my monthly roaming limit where it should be included. I'm on turkcell but assuming it should be one of the Vodafone networks

@spwilliams53 @ThreeUK @ThreeUKSupport Network issues are so frustrating, hope they get resolved quickly for you. Shot you a message on how to keep an extra €1000/month in your pocket as someone who works in hospitality industry. Just checking, did you get it?

  • swiftopher Chris Swift (@swiftopher) reported

Have been on with 5 different companies’ support teams recently and @ThreeUK is the least helpful. Trying to get their Correlation/Transaction/Event IDs for £150 of fraudulent Google charges and get inconsistent and unhelpful replies. Who should I switch to?

  • elab49 ELab (@elab49) reported

@ThreeUK are you ever going to do anything about the complete dead zone on a78 through Wemyss Bay? Been that way for more than a decade, though map claims incorrectly it's fine. Came up again as there are bad traffic jams towards ferry and you can't call anyone to warn them

  • GrandmaOrd97385 OrdinaryGrandma (@GrandmaOrd97385) reported

@ThreeUK why do you think that if someone calls you o on a phone you can validate the account and know they are the customer by texting the same phone with an OTP? SO YOU HAVE PROVED IS THE PERSON ON THE END CAN READ A TEXT! INCREDIBLY STUPID! SECURE MY ACCOUNT PROPERLY
