    @ThreeUKSupport messaged a few days ago about my Gran needing help. I decided to help her upgrade on Weds and get new phone delivered. Said she would get it today but a text on the morning to say which hour slot she would expect it. She hasn't received anything yet.

    @ThreeUKSupport Ordered on 27th March online and been trying to cancel as soon as the modem was recieved which was a few days later. Been waiting for a pre paid ebvelope to send it back and now concerned that the money is going to come out before I recieve this and will be out of pocket

    @ThreeUKSupport It’s been over a year now. The Three store in Glasgow told me to turn off my 4G as the signal from Three couldn’t cope with demand. I get the upgrades but 12 months of issues I’m afraid I’ve had enough.

    @ThreeUKSupport That’s the first time I’ve gotten through to the UK 🇬🇧 call centre on @ThreeUK. What an experience (a bad one). Would try again to chat to someone offshore where they’re helpful. This guy was a joke. So pissed off, got a PAC code.

    @simonmpfh @alexbloor @ThreeUK I used to have access to Three’s “Service Checker” one. The frustrating thing is it’s actually a reasonably nice web based thing already and could be easily exposed publicly - isn’t even any sort of data protection issue, only additional info you can see is ticket no and cell id

    @ThreeUKSupport I can't do anything with my phone.. I've paid my bill and Alan in China said it's up to 48 hours til back on due to technical issues.. am I getting money back cos I'm paying for a box with wires in at the moment.. 🤷🤷🤷👎👎👎

    @ThreeUKSupport so I got through to your CR chat, and all I get is "contact us Monday" a complete refusal to log a complaint, escalate or even the basic courtesy of taking it away and coming back to me, I need to chase you to sort this out....amazing customer service!

    @ThreeUK @SharonOakley Three do you realise how utterly annoyed we are with the same tweet over and over. You knew there were issues with your servers and yet you let people upgrade when it is clear we cannot complete the process ie activate SIMcard. This is not good 😡
