@ThreeUK Contracts up at the end of the month, contacted you 3 times and you can't match offers online. Even when the deal is with 3, through a third party! Don't think customer retention is high on your list #stayloyal #idontthinkso

@ThreeUKSupport Give me a direct line for the cancellation department please. Perhaps that'll get me some support? I've got a £60/month contract and your service is utter sh*t.

so the next question is: @ThreeUK, is there a way to order a 5G home broadband hub from your website bypassing the postcode checker, which will only show me options for a 4G hub even though it turns out I have 5G reception on your network at my address?

@ThreeUKSupport No, you morons have already done your work, lying about the last bill and sending a bill collector after me outside of the country for eleven pounds. Sit down, there are other UK morons to deal with, mainly @NHSuk

@jonesthescribe @ThreeUK And according the Three I *do* have a 5G signal here, but the broadband router they offer can't maintain a signal cos I'm too far away from a mast.

@ThreeUKSupport is there an issue with 5G signal in the SW2 area of London? I appear to only be getting 4G only now. The checker says there are no outages at my address but this is not an outage per se, just no 5G. Engineering work?
