    @ThreeUK wow your lack of customer service is beyond explanation. Advise someone they can leave for no cost on the 29th when they contact you on the 28th they are advised there is no cancellation fee BUT you need to pay 2 month plus 10 days #entrapment

    @ThreeUKSupport Ordered on 27th March online and been trying to cancel as soon as the modem was recieved which was a few days later. Been waiting for a pre paid ebvelope to send it back and now concerned that the money is going to come out before I recieve this and will be out of pocket

    @ThreeUKSupport messaged a few days ago about my Gran needing help. I decided to help her upgrade on Weds and get new phone delivered. Said she would get it today but a text on the morning to say which hour slot she would expect it. She hasn't received anything yet.

    @ThreeUKSupport I don't have the tracking number but I have now received an email to say I owe £33 on a number I don't recognise which I assume is the broadband that I requested to cancel over 1 month ago.

    @ThreeUKSupport That’s the first time I’ve gotten through to the UK 🇬🇧 call centre on @ThreeUK. What an experience (a bad one). Would try again to chat to someone offshore where they’re helpful. This guy was a joke. So pissed off, got a PAC code.

    @ThreeUKSupport Was a refund for a broadband contract that I cancelled in April and have sent bacj the equipment unused. Had 3 live chats and recently was told that an investigation would be concluded in 24hrs and I would reciebe the refund. Really disappointed in the service I've recieved!

    @ThreeUKSupport It’s been over a year now. The Three store in Glasgow told me to turn off my 4G as the signal from Three couldn’t cope with demand. I get the upgrades but 12 months of issues I’m afraid I’ve had enough.

    @PedroClarke1 @ThreeUK Three are rolling the dice big time, no plans include free roaming going forward, that’s the main reason 50% of their customer base stayed with them. With the cost of rolling out this 5g their prices Will inevitably go up

    @wrighty_tweet @ThreeUK Got a Huawei 4G router pro 3 (no 5G where I am). For the last 3 months it’s running at between 1mbps and 5mbps. Unusable. Swapped the sim, swapped the router, spent hours with 3 tech support changing settings, nothing works. This router doesn’t work on 3 architecture…AVOID!

    @ThreeUKSupport @JaszerP …hundreds of technically competent users who have spent hours troubleshooting this device. The upshot is that it is not fit for purpose. My experience is that it runs at 0.5 mbps to 7 mbps at best. 3 technical support are clueless. After 15 years with 3, I ready to leave.

    @ThreeUKSupport Speed is still very poor nearly a week later. Around 10Mbps down (used to be 20-30) and only 1Mbps up (used to be about 20). Router reports same signal strength and same band (3) as before.

    No end of issues with @ThreeUK since September waiting on my iPhone13 pro but I have finally had my issues cleared up as I had 2 staff members who actually listened to my complaint and made sure they understood it rather than fobbing me off. Thank You!

    @ThreeUKSupport I've had it since July and when I rang up the awful automated service, it said something about a supercharged thing but that shouldn't matter as it's PAYG. No I was told by the store to go home and contact Three as there was nothing they could do
