@ThreeUKSupport Ordered on 27th March online and been trying to cancel as soon as the modem was recieved which was a few days later. Been waiting for a pre paid ebvelope to send it back and now concerned that the money is going to come out before I recieve this and will be out of pocket

@ThreeUKSupport messaged a few days ago about my Gran needing help. I decided to help her upgrade on Weds and get new phone delivered. Said she would get it today but a text on the morning to say which hour slot she would expect it. She hasn't received anything yet.

@ThreeUKSupport Was a refund for a broadband contract that I cancelled in April and have sent bacj the equipment unused. Had 3 live chats and recently was told that an investigation would be concluded in 24hrs and I would reciebe the refund. Really disappointed in the service I've recieved!

@ThreeUKSupport It’s been over a year now. The Three store in Glasgow told me to turn off my 4G as the signal from Three couldn’t cope with demand. I get the upgrades but 12 months of issues I’m afraid I’ve had enough.

@ThreeUKSupport That’s the first time I’ve gotten through to the UK 🇬🇧 call centre on @ThreeUK. What an experience (a bad one). Would try again to chat to someone offshore where they’re helpful. This guy was a joke. So pissed off, got a PAC code.

@ElainaGlossop @ThreeUK There's so many poor companies out there Elaina. Look up the name of the CEO of @ThreeUKSupport and contact them. Failing that, I'd head straight to the Ombudsman. Companies who only care about collecting their money and not give 2 hoots about the customer deserve a bollocking!!

@ThreeUKSupport You already know this. The excuses gives nearly a year ago was working on 5g . Just look at the link I’ve posted AMs see all the complaints . Tons and tons of them from all areas. This week it’s been worse than ever . Shame on three for the worst service .

@ThreeUKSupport I have had no Data or 0.27mb for the last 80 day, Three refuse to tell me it will be fixed, have lied to me have laughed and mocked me, have lost count of the times customer services have hung up on me, 6 times on the trot on one occasion and I wasn't being rude.

@ThreeUKSupport every bloody evening around 5pm your #Homefi service grinds to a halt in NN7 not that it’s fast any other time. I put a friends smartie Sim in my router and it was way quicker & better signal which is strange as it uses the 3 network. Sick of your **** service.
