    @ThreeUKSupport I don't have the tracking number but I have now received an email to say I owe £33 on a number I don't recognise which I assume is the broadband that I requested to cancel over 1 month ago.

    So, another day trying to cancel within my cooling off period on the phone with @ThreeUKSupport. Not enough staff to answer calls within 40 minutes yesterday. No one answering tweets

    @ThreeUK wow your lack of customer service is beyond explanation. Advise someone they can leave for no cost on the 29th when they contact you on the 28th they are advised there is no cancellation fee BUT you need to pay 2 month plus 10 days #entrapment

    Thankyoooou @ThreeUK I was thinking about leaving as the best price pm for iPhone 13 was £56 but you managed to get it down to £38 pm. Loyalty can pay 👏🏼

    @ThreeUKSupport Ordered on 27th March online and been trying to cancel as soon as the modem was recieved which was a few days later. Been waiting for a pre paid ebvelope to send it back and now concerned that the money is going to come out before I recieve this and will be out of pocket

    @ThreeUK Contracts up at the end of the month, contacted you 3 times and you can't match offers online. Even when the deal is with 3, through a third party! Don't think customer retention is high on your list #stayloyal #idontthinkso

    @ThreeUKSupport It’s been over a year now. The Three store in Glasgow told me to turn off my 4G as the signal from Three couldn’t cope with demand. I get the upgrades but 12 months of issues I’m afraid I’ve had enough.

    @ThreeUKSupport That’s the first time I’ve gotten through to the UK 🇬🇧 call centre on @ThreeUK. What an experience (a bad one). Would try again to chat to someone offshore where they’re helpful. This guy was a joke. So pissed off, got a PAC code.

    @ThreeUKSupport Was a refund for a broadband contract that I cancelled in April and have sent bacj the equipment unused. Had 3 live chats and recently was told that an investigation would be concluded in 24hrs and I would reciebe the refund. Really disappointed in the service I've recieved!

    @ThreeUKSupport messaged a few days ago about my Gran needing help. I decided to help her upgrade on Weds and get new phone delivered. Said she would get it today but a text on the morning to say which hour slot she would expect it. She hasn't received anything yet.

    @ThreeUKSupport It is. Can’t get online to my3 becatse it’s down abs has been for a while. I’ve rang twice and got two different answers. One said it was sent in error. The next call handler says yes it’s been sent just in case. Chuck it if your current sim works.

    @ThreeUKSupport I have issues everywhere, home, work, on the go, all over. Having come from another major provider it's a bit of a shock to the system! Appreciate generic locations aren't helpful, but this feels like a network wide contention problem rather than specific signal issues

    @DPDgroup_news Absolutely shocking customer service from #DPD Your driver Egidio shouldn’t be allowed to deliver to homes and @ThreeUK you need to change your courier service. They are a disgrace!

    @ThreeUK thanks for saying I’m a ‘valued customer’ when you offer me deals that you will waive the upgrade fee only to find that the offer you have for me is expensive than what I have and will be charged for roaming when I can renew for free…time to say goodbye to three!
