@ThreeUK Contracts up at the end of the month, contacted you 3 times and you can't match offers online. Even when the deal is with 3, through a third party! Don't think customer retention is high on your list #stayloyal #idontthinkso

With one half of my family group being US based, Go Roam was the reason I stuck with @ThreeUK , even though I’ve not been able to make it back to the states for a few years and the service for the past year has been unusable at times where I live. Time to start looking around now

@ThreeUKSupport @GazTheJourno It would take you more than a month to plan for this, so why did you offer incorrect information a month ago? Previous tweets stated you would NEVER reintroduce roaming fees.

Damn @ThreeUK has decided to end “Go Roam” now there’s really no point in me staying with them anymore

I could never complain about @ThreeUK signal but lately it’s been atrocious. When I restart the phone the Internet works great - for five seconds! Then it’s back to nothing loading again. What’s going on!

I know people who want to cancel their contracts with three now. I thought @ThreeUK was better than this. I truly thought that they were the best mobile provider but doing this just makes me disappointed.

@ThreeUK @ThreeUK @ThreeUKSupport Is this Big Network removing all of the 'Go Roam destinations'?

I see @ThreeUK is bringing back roaming charges next year. Basically, whichever network decides to continue allowing data roaming abroad next year, they will get my money. Lucrative, I'm sure

@ThreeUKSupport Hi, any idea when service will be restored to EH22? Both voice and data have been off for un-notified scheduled work now for a few hours.

I’m so sick of having **** reception / service / data coverage from @ThreeUK @ThreeUKSupport it’s a joke, nearly £60 a month and have to spend half the time looking for WiFi or just not being able to do anything
