    @ThreeUKSupport That’s the first time I’ve gotten through to the UK 🇬🇧 call centre on @ThreeUK. What an experience (a bad one). Would try again to chat to someone offshore where they’re helpful. This guy was a joke. So pissed off, got a PAC code.

    @ThreeUKSupport It’s been over a year now. The Three store in Glasgow told me to turn off my 4G as the signal from Three couldn’t cope with demand. I get the upgrades but 12 months of issues I’m afraid I’ve had enough.

    @ThreeUK wow your lack of customer service is beyond explanation. Advise someone they can leave for no cost on the 29th when they contact you on the 28th they are advised there is no cancellation fee BUT you need to pay 2 month plus 10 days #entrapment

    @ThreeUKSupport messaged a few days ago about my Gran needing help. I decided to help her upgrade on Weds and get new phone delivered. Said she would get it today but a text on the morning to say which hour slot she would expect it. She hasn't received anything yet.

    @ThreeUKSupport Was a refund for a broadband contract that I cancelled in April and have sent bacj the equipment unused. Had 3 live chats and recently was told that an investigation would be concluded in 24hrs and I would reciebe the refund. Really disappointed in the service I've recieved!

    @ThreeUKSupport Ordered on 27th March online and been trying to cancel as soon as the modem was recieved which was a few days later. Been waiting for a pre paid ebvelope to send it back and now concerned that the money is going to come out before I recieve this and will be out of pocket

    @ThreeUKSupport I don't have the tracking number but I have now received an email to say I owe £33 on a number I don't recognise which I assume is the broadband that I requested to cancel over 1 month ago.

    @alistairclare @ThreeUK I went down to 12gb which saved ~ £2 per month But then needed a fair bit more when away for a few weekends in summer and the data bolt ons are so absurdly expensive that if you think you’ll need one more than twice a year, it’s cheaper to be unlimited

    @StrugglingMamma @ThreeUK Wow I've never heard of this happening but I've never trusted 3 tbh. I'm on o2 and have been for years. My new phone arrives in 4 days and 3 keeps calling me to move to them... Think that's a swift no thanks from me!

    @ThreeUK explain to me how someone has fraudulently taken out a phone contract in my 74 year old Dad's name. With no ID, wrong bank account etc etc. Your customer service is useless, no help at all. Police involved,your phone staff couldn't care less🤬

    @ThreeUKSupport That's a shame - sky would save me almost £15 per month across the 4 and allow us to share unused data. You are missing a trick. Been a 3 customer for longer than I can remember - maybe time to move on.

    @ThreeUKSupport Yes, you telephoned me several times while I was in France, driving down the motorway & while in a meeting - each time I was unable to answer. But I would still like to know why you think it's acceptable to send out emails with a 'no reply' email in the reply to field?

    @ThreeUK why have you sent me an email saying you will be passing a debt to a debt collection agency but not given any contact details to reply. What is the purpose of doing that please? I will be writing a formal complaint and thence going to the regulator.

    @ThreeUKSupport @inspospaces I like many others will be dumping Three as soon as my contract is up. My sole reason for choosing Three was their unique roaming charges that are now going. In the absence of a rethink it’s a goodbye from me and likely never to return to be honest
