@ThreeUKSupport Currently connected to a friend's WiFi for a few minutes, but I have to go back to work and will loose all connectivity Customer service still have no date on the fix even though you say 5th August Who is right? I'd say customer service is right based on experience

@ThreeUKSupport Your customer service at the Wimbledon store takes me to another store nearby so ANOTHER store can get tweezers to try and open the 4g hub. Can’t make this up!
