    @ThreeUKSupport It’s been over a year now. The Three store in Glasgow told me to turn off my 4G as the signal from Three couldn’t cope with demand. I get the upgrades but 12 months of issues I’m afraid I’ve had enough.

    @ThreeUKSupport Ordered on 27th March online and been trying to cancel as soon as the modem was recieved which was a few days later. Been waiting for a pre paid ebvelope to send it back and now concerned that the money is going to come out before I recieve this and will be out of pocket

    @ThreeUKSupport That’s the first time I’ve gotten through to the UK 🇬🇧 call centre on @ThreeUK. What an experience (a bad one). Would try again to chat to someone offshore where they’re helpful. This guy was a joke. So pissed off, got a PAC code.

    @ThreeUK can't use phone abroad for 4 day, get back and won't connect to the Internet? Been through trouble shooting and no one can tell me why, currently on WiFi but will miss sporting events I'm also paying for, joke of a service

    @ThreeUK please stop spoiling my credit score with your fraudulent acts. I'm coming into your office in Hull to get this sorted. You can't continue to treat me, a customer of over 5 years, with 3 contracts worth over £4000, but you still feel to treat this costomer as trash.

    @ThreeUK trying to order 5G hub, website does not work. Tried mobile & laptop, sends me round in circles. Tried to open chat and there’s no live support. Waited for email, clicked the link and just takes me back to the shop homepage. Wasted hours trying to spend money with you!

    @ThreeUK worst customer service in the world. iPad Pro faulty, was told to take it to apple shop for a replacement, apple had no replacement available, so had to purchase a new one, now @threeUk won’t refund as the backend team says No..

    @pd_langford @ThreeUK 24 bloody months. And it’s been two months. On average, they’ve caused hassle every two weeks, from not doing stuff they said they would to doing stuff they never tell you about to several times outright lying. Gonna go through the contract as I’m sure a good lawyer will sort it.

    Thank you for lying to me about refund @ThreeUK first im told 1-3 working days, then I'm told 14 days... its now 16 days after the refund was supposed to be issued... so now you've completed fuxked the next 2 weeks budget for me... oh what a **** birthday this is going to be...

    @ThreeUKSupport I'm truly harked off with the service! It's as been an issue for months now repairing a mast I doubt it more like upgrading them to something 6G. With how it is I am going to just walk away from this network if it carries on and I better not be charged.
