amar (@rewrai08) reported@ThreeUKSupport Fix the bloody mobile network issue at Purley area, RG31 6FR. It’s been nearly two months!!!😡😡😡😡 can’t get a signal or just one tower. Missed many important calls and text because of this. We need some kind of refund on our monthly bill. Very frustrating!!

The phone is less than a week old and came broken. @ThreeUK @GoogleUK Contact me please as this needs resolving.

Liam Gulliver (@lrgulliver) reportedSome terrible customer experience from both @google and @ThreeUK - new Pixel 7 for my wife, the display underneath the gorilla glass is clearly broken - cracks all through it and no longer even displays anything. Three won't replace it as we didn't take out insurance 1/2
