@ThreeUKSupport That’s the first time I’ve gotten through to the UK 🇬🇧 call centre on @ThreeUK. What an experience (a bad one). Would try again to chat to someone offshore where they’re helpful. This guy was a joke. So pissed off, got a PAC code.

@ThreeUKSupport It’s been over a year now. The Three store in Glasgow told me to turn off my 4G as the signal from Three couldn’t cope with demand. I get the upgrades but 12 months of issues I’m afraid I’ve had enough.

@ThreeUKSupport In regards to 5G not working, at all since you've sent me the new router. I'm doing tech and networking for two decades and if I'll hear another "reset your router" ( as I've been advised at least a dozen times before complaint ) I'll just burst.

@ThreeUK my phone gets stolen, I ask you to block the sim. You fail to do this, so I end up with a bunch of fraudulent @Googleplay payments made to my three account and you tell me there is nothing to do with you. It’s nothing to do with you.

Just got the 1mth notice from @ThreeUK that they’re switching me to a new contract & ending the biggest reason for being with them: GoRoam. I’ve been a loyal Three customer since 2008, but it’s apparently time to move to switch as they’ve just made roaming prohibitively expensive

Looks like @ThreeUK 5G in central is no more. Remember kids - If it's 5G, it's not in Three. Ps. @ThreeUKSupport it's been 1.5 years since you told me to wait for my complaint resolution, haven't heard from you. [ cc @Ofcom ]
