  @ThreeUKSupport Ordered on 27th March online and been trying to cancel as soon as the modem was recieved which was a few days later. Been waiting for a pre paid ebvelope to send it back and now concerned that the money is going to come out before I recieve this and will be out of pocket

  @ThreeUKSupport That’s the first time I’ve gotten through to the UK 🇬🇧 call centre on @ThreeUK. What an experience (a bad one). Would try again to chat to someone offshore where they’re helpful. This guy was a joke. So pissed off, got a PAC code.

  @ThreeUKSupport What good will that do now I'm no longer there? And yeah shock horror cental London is a busy area, is this some kind of surprise to Three network ? Maybe put more infrastructure there instead of making pathetic excuses. I will remember this when it comes to my contract renewal.

  @ThreeUKSupport Has there also been a behaviour change? Feel like it used to always come on with WiFi whereas now it may only come on when signal gets low.

  @syph82 @ThreeUK £75 a month? Bloody hell. I pay £24 for unlimited. Never take a handset from a network operator. They only do it to overcharge you and lock you in.
