@ThreeUKSupport That’s the first time I’ve gotten through to the UK 🇬🇧 call centre on @ThreeUK. What an experience (a bad one). Would try again to chat to someone offshore where they’re helpful. This guy was a joke. So pissed off, got a PAC code.

@AlexRic79797880 @SkyHelpTeam @ThreeUK I’ve had my mobile with them for 5 years with no issues. There’s a 5G mast 300 metres away and I regularly get over 250MB download speeds on my phone. For £10 a month home broadband, even if it’s ****, it’s got to be better than the service I’m getting with Sky.

@ThreeUKSupport My contract was supposed to end in the September and I have contacted the live support before end this contract once the 24 months completed but it seems like the contract have not been cancelled yet & I have been asked to pay the amount for the months in which I haven’t used 3.

@ThreeUK Excellent Customer Service - Being lied to everyday for three days now, sold a contract where there has been network issues in area for over a week.. no responsibility, no accountability, no liability - dont deserve to be in competition with such working ethics !
