    @ThreeUK so my mother ordered a phone from you a number of weeks ago. Paid the upfront payment, got a delivery date.Received order confirmation email.Started getting complete order emails.Called customer services who said no problem phone will be there.Order did not turn up.

    @soo_matthews @ThreeUK Cancelling your direct debits knowingly and willingly is your fault. If you end up looking for a mortgage and have a default on your credit score, don't go blaming anyone but yourself. Set your DD back up again. And if you want to cancel, wait in the queue like everyone else.

    @ThreeUKSupport I have a dongle and a pro 3 home hub. It won't load Netflix my gmail, twitch and my Alexa is down too. Twitter and YouTube are working fine, as is most internet searching. This is the same across 3devices, using 3 different browsers and 3 different operating systems.

    @ThreeUK @O2 @VodafoneUK Rural areas? I get 1.17mbps on your 4g in a town centre? Maybe just give your network to Vodafone for good and let them fix it

    @ThreeUK You guys provide the worst customer service. I have just spent the last 3 hours trying to upgrade my phone. After spending three hours you are sending the phone to the wrong address. You just lost one customer and many more to come.
