    @ThreeUKSupport That’s the first time I’ve gotten through to the UK 🇬🇧 call centre on @ThreeUK. What an experience (a bad one). Would try again to chat to someone offshore where they’re helpful. This guy was a joke. So pissed off, got a PAC code.

    @ThreeUKSupport Was a refund for a broadband contract that I cancelled in April and have sent bacj the equipment unused. Had 3 live chats and recently was told that an investigation would be concluded in 24hrs and I would reciebe the refund. Really disappointed in the service I've recieved!

    @ThreeUKSupport Ordered on 27th March online and been trying to cancel as soon as the modem was recieved which was a few days later. Been waiting for a pre paid ebvelope to send it back and now concerned that the money is going to come out before I recieve this and will be out of pocket

    @ThreeUKSupport @GaryNHughes Chris, the process connects to a better mast when one or other masts has a fault. Because Three's policy is to hide faults from your team and customer (confirmed by your India team) we then get this repeated dialogue and user wastes hours of time on the phone. Update to follow.

    So @threeuk messed up again! Had many troubles with security on their website for years. Then last month I joined the three rewards app soft launch & got in the app easily. Suddenly, got logged out and told not eligible, I'm pay monthly! Now asking for new login & password. 🤬😤

    @ThreeUK why tell me I’m a valued customer after being with you for many years, then offer me a more expensive contract & I have to haggle to get a better deal…let’s not play this game in 12 months time. Just offer me a good deal to start with as it will save us both time

    @ThreeUKSupport So even if I have a 4G signal, I can't use both data and calls at the same time even though that's what 4G Calling does, other operators offer true 4G calling and I don't have a issue so why is Three different?
