    @ThreeUKSupport Ordered on 27th March online and been trying to cancel as soon as the modem was recieved which was a few days later. Been waiting for a pre paid ebvelope to send it back and now concerned that the money is going to come out before I recieve this and will be out of pocket

    @ThreeUKSupport That’s the first time I’ve gotten through to the UK 🇬🇧 call centre on @ThreeUK. What an experience (a bad one). Would try again to chat to someone offshore where they’re helpful. This guy was a joke. So pissed off, got a PAC code.

    @Netflixhelps Hi @Netflixhelps UK via Three 4G, looking at a lot of tweets to and replies from @ThreeUKSupport seems a lot of their customers are struggling to access Netflix and Snapchat, not sure if your network peeps are speaking to theirs, might be worth trying to bash heads together?

    @psdesignuk Oh that’s odd! I’ve not had anything like that. This is just an IP blacklist issue that @ThreeUKSupport are taking time to fix while still charging fully for services.

    @XxrossdxX @ThreeUKSupport Hello, it doesn’t sound like it based on all the responses they’ve sent since the issue happened, it looks like they’ve just copied and pasted everything. However, my Instagram app is working on my iPhone, but it could be different for you of course.
