Why O @ThreeUK do I need a login, password, security code Face ID and the ability to identify aeroplanes, cars and buses, just to check my OWN account ? What’s the worst that can happen, somebody else might pay my bill for me ?

@ThreeUKSupport Hi, I realise that, but I’m being asked to identify all sorts each and *every* time I log in. It really is very tedious when the login, password and/or Face ID should suffice. The various captcha photos are often hard to make out.

@ThreeUKSupport So even though the Store manager that served me has missold me the contract? Not once was a violet phone discussed. I have 14 days to cancel the whole contract and take the handset back still no? Cause that's what I want to do, cancel the whole thing
