    @ThreeUKSupport That’s the first time I’ve gotten through to the UK 🇬🇧 call centre on @ThreeUK. What an experience (a bad one). Would try again to chat to someone offshore where they’re helpful. This guy was a joke. So pissed off, got a PAC code.

    @ThreeUKSupport Ordered on 27th March online and been trying to cancel as soon as the modem was recieved which was a few days later. Been waiting for a pre paid ebvelope to send it back and now concerned that the money is going to come out before I recieve this and will be out of pocket

    @ThreeUK I order a phone and buy accessories. You send me a broken phone. Sienna on chat promises me a replacement, & to update my account to reflect that. Nowt. Spoke to help-line. Promises I'll have working phone in 24 hours (stayed in 2nd day). Nowt.

    @ThreeUKSupport @ThreeUK I have spoke to around 10+ different customer support agents in the last 3 weeks. Everyone tells me something different and just tells me different dates or amount for a refund I am expecting. This is the worst customer service I have ever received.

    So my mum tried to cancel her SIM only contract with @ThreeUK and these lot told her she has to pay £300 or get a new phone... and then the guy had the nerve to ask her if she wants another phone with a contract. Madness.

    @0Bfkx @UK_Daniel_Card @ThreeUK They do have a valid point though (ignoring the FUD). There is a login link on that page, contact details, and worse they redirect from HTTPS to HTTP. A company the size of Three should know better.

    @ThreeUKSupport I haven’t been given any information on Twitter yet about this issue that’s the problem. I have also contacted Three CEO, COO and Executive Office 🤔🤨 The speeds in the evening are utterly appalling.
