Had 3 live chats and recently was told that an investigation would be concluded in 24hrs and I would reciebe the refund. Really disappointed in the service I've recieved!

    (@LewisCanavan) reported@ThreeUKSupport I have your Huawei CPE Broadband and download speeds are over 60mbps which is alright I guess. However upload speeds are not so great. My main issue is the PING Latency over the network connection. I use the broadband for our TV boxes and games consoles.
