Wifi has been awful for months. @ThreeUKSupport @ThreeUK just refer you to a live chat which is always too busy. It’s a scam. Never get a @ThreeUK wifi / cellular deal.

@ThreeUKSupport Thanks for responding, but the chat operatives aren't going to be able to fix the problem. I'd like the 4g modem contract cancelled so I can get cable broadband. When the mast goes down we have literally no access to voice or data.

@ThreeUKSupport 2/2 but it was 45. The staff member didn't tell me that. I've spent around three hours on the phone in total and I was promised 2 months free line rental as compensation by Umkar from customer relations. He even called back to confirm that this was going ahead.

@ThreeUKSupport I was advised by customer relations I'd get two months free line rental. I was told I had a month free insurance but I was charged for it. I was told I could have 4 months free YouTube premium but no one told me its for new customers only. I was told 30 days for the watch 1/2
