@ThreeUKSupport Ordered on 27th March online and been trying to cancel as soon as the modem was recieved which was a few days later. Been waiting for a pre paid ebvelope to send it back and now concerned that the money is going to come out before I recieve this and will be out of pocket

@ThreeUKSupport It’s been over a year now. The Three store in Glasgow told me to turn off my 4G as the signal from Three couldn’t cope with demand. I get the upgrades but 12 months of issues I’m afraid I’ve had enough.

@ThreeUKSupport That’s the first time I’ve gotten through to the UK 🇬🇧 call centre on @ThreeUK. What an experience (a bad one). Would try again to chat to someone offshore where they’re helpful. This guy was a joke. So pissed off, got a PAC code.

@ThreeUKSupport Was a refund for a broadband contract that I cancelled in April and have sent bacj the equipment unused. Had 3 live chats and recently was told that an investigation would be concluded in 24hrs and I would reciebe the refund. Really disappointed in the service I've recieved!

@ThreeUKSupport your mobile recycle service is an absolute joke. How can my phone be in perfect usable condition on Saturday and I’m quoted £195, and now I’ve sent it off it, it apparently has screen burn and I’m now only being quoted £38 for a WORKING iPhone 11, 128gb. Sort it.

@ThreeUK why do I get amazingly fast download speeds of like 700/800mbit but pathetically bad upload speeds of 9mbit on three 5G? I've seen people getting over 100mbit upload, why does my 5G mast not do it ?

@ThreeUKSupport just picked up the 5G hub and so frustrated, only Apple devices get upload speeds, TV's lag or won't stream when connected despite speed test showing 700mbps download speeds, support blame the devices and not the hub, about to cancel we think 🤬
