@ThreeUKSupport No the complaint wasn't raised on chat, it was raised in a signed and recorded delivery letter. I am more than happy to cut and paste the content of the letter into a Web form, but again, it's a sad reflection that you offer a complaints service but only in certain formats

@virginmedia It is regarding the extortionate amount you have been charging me for my broadband and I can get the deal better over @ThreeUK with one of their 5G hubs. I don't want to move considering I've been with you for over 15-18 years but your prices and horrible service is a major issue

@ThreeUKSupport Webchat told me that there is a problem in the area, (which I knew), told me to ring the broadband support team. They told me to reset my router, then said there is a problem in the area but couldn't tell me any more. If you know there is a problem why can't you get more detail?
