    @ThreeUKSupport It’s been over a year now. The Three store in Glasgow told me to turn off my 4G as the signal from Three couldn’t cope with demand. I get the upgrades but 12 months of issues I’m afraid I’ve had enough.

    @ThreeUKSupport That’s the first time I’ve gotten through to the UK 🇬🇧 call centre on @ThreeUK. What an experience (a bad one). Would try again to chat to someone offshore where they’re helpful. This guy was a joke. So pissed off, got a PAC code.

    @ThreeUKSupport Ordered on 27th March online and been trying to cancel as soon as the modem was recieved which was a few days later. Been waiting for a pre paid ebvelope to send it back and now concerned that the money is going to come out before I recieve this and will be out of pocket

    @ThreeUKSupport At least 2-3 weeks. When I dial 123 the phone goes red and says "emergency number SOS" then I get a message location blocking has been turned off as I've dialed an emergency number.

    @ThreeUKSupport Since November the has been terrible coverage in Peterborough, you keep saying it's fine, or its going to be looked at, it's still exactly the same, can you fix it now or change your website that's days it's good in this area

    @ThreeUK Worst customer service and you can definitely get better deals if you’re an existing customer elsewhere. Was openly told by 3 that as they’re not the worst provider anymore I’m not important.

    @ThreeUK Endless issues with them. End of contract, 3 can shove it. If there is o e thing I can't handle, it's the complete lack of respect of the customer. Get that part right and you might deserve an award.
