@ThreeUKSupport That there was an issue in my area but they had no idea when it would be fixed. Then I was away for a month. The speed was slightly better when I returned but not it’s back to its usual awful speed. Funny as my building lobby was full of your leaflets advertising super fast 5g!

@ThreeUKSupport Hello. Trying to cancel 30-day phone contract that's not been used since 2016. Been getting charged in the background. Can't get through security and they won't reset my password at "proofs". Cancelled the DD and they sent me email from debt collection!? #SCAM

@ThreeUKSupport I've requested a call back from a manager. No ones called me. I don't even live in UK anymore, I'm actually three customer in the country I'm in. Contact is up today, never signed up for 24 months cos knew i was leaving, and lady who signed me up knew it too.
