@ThreeUKSupport Was a refund for a broadband contract that I cancelled in April and have sent bacj the equipment unused. Had 3 live chats and recently was told that an investigation would be concluded in 24hrs and I would reciebe the refund. Really disappointed in the service I've recieved!

@ThreeUKSupport Ordered on 27th March online and been trying to cancel as soon as the modem was recieved which was a few days later. Been waiting for a pre paid ebvelope to send it back and now concerned that the money is going to come out before I recieve this and will be out of pocket

@ThreeUKSupport That’s the first time I’ve gotten through to the UK 🇬🇧 call centre on @ThreeUK. What an experience (a bad one). Would try again to chat to someone offshore where they’re helpful. This guy was a joke. So pissed off, got a PAC code.

@ThreeUKSupport It’s been over a year now. The Three store in Glasgow told me to turn off my 4G as the signal from Three couldn’t cope with demand. I get the upgrades but 12 months of issues I’m afraid I’ve had enough.

👋 @ThreeUK I didn’t receive the gov emergency alert today; and I’m not alone. Being able to make or receive an emergency call/ alert is the singularly most important thing I need from my provider, and you have failed at it, spectacularly. Why should I renew with you?
