    @ThreeUKSupport That’s the first time I’ve gotten through to the UK 🇬🇧 call centre on @ThreeUK. What an experience (a bad one). Would try again to chat to someone offshore where they’re helpful. This guy was a joke. So pissed off, got a PAC code.

    @ThreeUKSupport It’s been over a year now. The Three store in Glasgow told me to turn off my 4G as the signal from Three couldn’t cope with demand. I get the upgrades but 12 months of issues I’m afraid I’ve had enough.

    @PhilipGlanville How is it that @ThreeUK was refused the chance to improve the appalling network conditions in Fairholt area, on the grounds that a pole would negatively impact the look of the area. Yet @hackneycouncil installed 4 10-15m CCTV poles on the same street?

    @ThreeUKSupport You don’t even appear to know what’s going on inside your own business! I opened an account online, you asked me to call, I did, waited 2hrs to be told all your systems are down. I did that twice today. No one can tell me what’s going on with the account.

    @ThreeUKSupport my phone just ran out of data because TikTok used 10GB in the background and your website is useless wouldn't let me login for ages had to go private browsing and now it tells me I can upgrade but "can't do this at this time" tells us to call and you are not open

    @ThreeUKSupport I did that, got referred to online chat, and after an hour and a half they still haven't resolved it and the chat disconnected because they requested I reset the settings on my phone, despite my phone not being the problem.

    @ThreeUKSupport When trying to pay my bill using the mobile app or website on mobile, there's no option to do this. No way to process a payment, it's like the page is missing a pay now option. I've had no issues paying this way in the past until now.
