  • TisMeCarl Carl. (@TisMeCarl) reported from Ayrshire, Scotland

@ThreeUKSupport That’s the first time I’ve gotten through to the UK 🇬🇧 call centre on @ThreeUK. What an experience (a bad one). Would try again to chat to someone offshore where they’re helpful. This guy was a joke. So pissed off, got a PAC code.

  • rgarrick_KTID Ross Garrick (@rgarrick_KTID) reported from Kilmarnock, Scotland

@ThreeUKSupport Was a refund for a broadband contract that I cancelled in April and have sent bacj the equipment unused. Had 3 live chats and recently was told that an investigation would be concluded in 24hrs and I would reciebe the refund. Really disappointed in the service I've recieved!

  • boab400 Robert Jelley (@boab400) reported from Ayrshire, Scotland

So, another day trying to cancel within my cooling off period on the phone with @ThreeUKSupport. Not enough staff to answer calls within 40 minutes yesterday. No one answering tweets

  • stumpyuk6 Brian Davidson (@stumpyuk6) reported from Kilmarnock, Scotland

@ThreeUK Contracts up at the end of the month, contacted you 3 times and you can't match offers online. Even when the deal is with 3, through a third party! Don't think customer retention is high on your list #stayloyal #idontthinkso

  • luluphooey lucy mcghee 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁳󠁣󠁴󠁿🇪🇺 (@luluphooey) reported from Troon, Scotland

@ThreeUK the 4G service in glasgow is terrible

  • rgarrick_KTID Ross Garrick (@rgarrick_KTID) reported from Kilmarnock, Scotland

@ThreeUKSupport Ordered on 27th March online and been trying to cancel as soon as the modem was recieved which was a few days later. Been waiting for a pre paid ebvelope to send it back and now concerned that the money is going to come out before I recieve this and will be out of pocket

  • weeyin13 weeyin13(JenJen) (@weeyin13) reported from Troon, Scotland

    @ThreeUKSupport is there a problem in the KA10 area as 4g is running at snails 🐌 pace...which is really unusual 🤔 😕 😳 😭😭

  • missviv_s vivianne sutherland (@missviv_s) reported from Ayrshire, Scotland

@ThreeUKSupport This does not help as i still require a 16 digit voucher code & there is none printed on my receipt.

  • rgarrick_KTID Ross Garrick (@rgarrick_KTID) reported from Kilmarnock, Scotland

@ThreeUKSupport I don't have the tracking number but I have now received an email to say I owe £33 on a number I don't recognise which I assume is the broadband that I requested to cancel over 1 month ago.

  • macdivaofficial Kirsty Macgregor (@macdivaofficial) reported from Irvine, Scotland

@ThreeUK signal is terrible 😫😫😫😫😫 been trying to pay my phone bill for ages !

  • sammiejane_9 Samantha Jane 🌕 (@sammiejane_9) reported from Galston, Scotland

@ThreeUKSupport It’s been over a year now. The Three store in Glasgow told me to turn off my 4G as the signal from Three couldn’t cope with demand. I get the upgrades but 12 months of issues I’m afraid I’ve had enough.

  • kirstyleeBTS Kirsty 💜🫰 (@kirstyleeBTS) reported

@ThreeUKSupport I contacted your online support but they are just telling me I will see disruptions on the day of transfer….this is not a disruption it’s a major error

  • Woof1972 Bren 🚇🌈🦖 (@Woof1972) reported

  • mentazm Mentazm (@mentazm) reported

Awful internet in EH6 again @ThreeUKSupport @ThreeUK. Close to unusable all morning. Need it fixed before my work starts in the evening.

  • hubba_hubby DS (@hubba_hubby) reported

@ThreeUKSupport It’s also when you are outside on the platforms. I know others on 3 with the same issue. You should have engineers go there with their 3 phones and see what I mean

  • YorkshireTaff YorkshireTaff (@YorkshireTaff) reported

@ThreeUKSupport I gave it to the new provider and it switched without a problem. It's been running for a coupe of months. Thanks Jade...

  • JoB4ker Jo Baker (@JoB4ker) reported

@ThreeUK After a year with @SMARTYMobileUK my download speed has dropped to average 2-3 mbps - no video calling, no streaming possible for a month. 3 weeks of talking with support now, and they've suggested I just leave, with desultory comp. Is that really the best SMARTY offers?

  • Brad1eyMSmith Bradley Smith (@Brad1eyMSmith) reported

@aysha_happy1 @DgtmooreNft @ThreeUK So are every network brother and you're not talking to a layperson; I work for a smartphone retailer in the UK. I started at Vodafone in 2015, then to Three, then to O2 and they all have shocking customer services. EE may perhaps stand out with UK call centres, but marginally so

  • richardcoventry Richard Coventry (@richardcoventry) reported

@GregScottTV @ThreeUK I hope they waived the charge when you got through Greg. I got rid of 3 years ago - customer services were awful and network capacity was woeful.

  • kirstyleeBTS Kirsty 💜🫰 (@kirstyleeBTS) reported

@ThreeUKSupport this is a major security issue
