    @ThreeUKSupport I already know that. I asked why. Not what. Are you deliberately ignoring my question? On any other network this routine request would take 1 minute. And on yours it’s taken me 20 mins so far and you have already tried to sell me something while I’m on hold. Disgusting.

    @ThreeUKSupport I just think you have a problem with signal in central london. I know a lot of people who have the same problem with you. I don’t think it’s a problem to be solved with my phone

    @ThreeUKSupport I'd rather not have a voicemail. That's disappointing. I always thought of Three as a network that pushed boundaries technologically. I've had a little Google and it looks like EE may be better for me.
