@ThreeUKSupport That’s the first time I’ve gotten through to the UK 🇬🇧 call centre on @ThreeUK. What an experience (a bad one). Would try again to chat to someone offshore where they’re helpful. This guy was a joke. So pissed off, got a PAC code.

@ThreeUKSupport So I sent you a pic of the form. ‘Pete’ told me it was a returns form and not a cancellation form & (just like in all the replies to my letters) ignored my point (3 lost the form, I paid for a service I tried to cancel). I replied. And now a day has passed without a response.

@ThreeUK On Friday I ordered an upgrade, due Saturday. Saturday I enquired where it was to be told it would be delivered on the 18/7.. today I’m told it was cancelled on Saturday!! Took almost 3Hrs tiger to this point! Appalling Service! Taking my custom elsewhere!!
