@ThreeUKSupport Hi This is through my MiFi connection. I also have a separate mobile connection which is full strength. The dropouts are intermittent, but are enough to interrupt whatever I am doing whether it’s watching SD movies, VPN for work, I’ve not tried gaming yet.

@ThreeUK How many lies will I hear? Was told that a substantial refund was on its way at the end of March, then again on 24th April, today I’m told tech issues mean I have to wait another 7 working days! I need extra compensation for this now!!!

@ThreeUKSupport I keep getting spammy voicemails from a number I've already blocked. I Googled how they are doing this, and apparently, to stop them from leaving voicemails, I have to block them at carrier level, which is you guys, but I can't find how to do so. Could you help?
