@ThreeUKSupport That’s the first time I’ve gotten through to the UK 🇬🇧 call centre on @ThreeUK. What an experience (a bad one). Would try again to chat to someone offshore where they’re helpful. This guy was a joke. So pissed off, got a PAC code.

@ThreeUKSupport I don't have the tracking number but I have now received an email to say I owe £33 on a number I don't recognise which I assume is the broadband that I requested to cancel over 1 month ago.

@ThreeUK Contracts up at the end of the month, contacted you 3 times and you can't match offers online. Even when the deal is with 3, through a third party! Don't think customer retention is high on your list #stayloyal #idontthinkso

@ThreeUKSupport It’s been over a year now. The Three store in Glasgow told me to turn off my 4G as the signal from Three couldn’t cope with demand. I get the upgrades but 12 months of issues I’m afraid I’ve had enough.

@ThreeUK My daytime address is only 800m from the local base station yet I can't get a decent signal even when I am outside, e.g. the people I call keep asking me to repeat what I have said because my words keep dropping out. How can I increase the signal from the base station?

Initial setup done. The cable is only ~4.5m long so @ThreeUK's idea of waking around to find the strongest signal is a pipedream that they are ignoring the reality of 💭

I've been with @ThreeUK for years, but I'm going to have to switch provider. We have about 10 lines with them, but this unreliability means we can't continue. They want to charge an early cancellation fee. I think they're in breach of contract - they're not providing any service!

@ThreeUKSupport ridiculous service from 3 and once again impossible to talk to anyone that makes sense. It’s been a nightmare since the get go, avoid.
