    So, another day trying to cancel within my cooling off period on the phone with @ThreeUKSupport. Not enough staff to answer calls within 40 minutes yesterday. No one answering tweets

    @ThreeUKSupport That’s the first time I’ve gotten through to the UK 🇬🇧 call centre on @ThreeUK. What an experience (a bad one). Would try again to chat to someone offshore where they’re helpful. This guy was a joke. So pissed off, got a PAC code.

    @ThreeUK Contracts up at the end of the month, contacted you 3 times and you can't match offers online. Even when the deal is with 3, through a third party! Don't think customer retention is high on your list #stayloyal #idontthinkso

    @ThreeUKSupport Oh I got hold of someone but I have had incorrect charges on my bill but I am still unable to use my phone, I always used to recommend 3 to all my friends and family, never again, I must have been with 3 for nearly 15 years, very sad ending this is

    @SimonDunmore @ThreeUK @EE Was in Majorca last week Simon and they blocked me because I'd reached a spending cap limit i hadn't agreed to and apparently needed to pay £2/day roaming even though id been with them for 3½yrs. When I did get a signal it was 💩. So likely losing another customer here too

    Dam only last week I was singing the praises of how good @ThreeUK 5G is, but right now I'm not getting a good connection at all, same issues a few days ago. What is going on? network checker shows no issues.

    @ThreeUKSupport is this a joke !! I can’t get hold of anyone on the phone as it says you’re not open until 8am… it’s gone 8:30am and that live chat service is a pathetic, you have “updated” your systems but your customer service has gone backwards 👏👏
