@ThreeUKSupport That’s the first time I’ve gotten through to the UK 🇬🇧 call centre on @ThreeUK. What an experience (a bad one). Would try again to chat to someone offshore where they’re helpful. This guy was a joke. So pissed off, got a PAC code.

@ThreeUK turns out that all departments are just as bad after talking call with 3 agents, online on their website and even twitter with Mark & Muz the #cantbebothered #badcustomerservice still continues with no resolution. Stay away from this service provider you have been warned

Got a call from @ThreeUK offering me a good deal, after I have left them due to poor customer service after being with them 20 years what a joke!!
