@ThreeUK what is going on with 4G broadband? I've had terrible connection since joining.I cannot do my job. I'm unable to watch TV shows without constant buffering; I've tried everything your team suggests. Let me leave without a fee - you're not providing what I paid for

@ThreeUKSupport I’ll be ready, the work that was supposed to increase our signal that ended today has been disastrous! And has cost me business and destroyed my daughters online schooling. I will be making an official complaint about lack of communication regarding works and disruption

Two things still on the to-do list after over a YEAR: • go to the @AppleSupport & find out why my old phone won’t get past the Apple logo • call up @ThreeUKSupport & get them to cancel an account I didn’t know I had and have apparently been paying for for YEARS

@ThreeUK wow your lack of customer service is beyond explanation. Advise someone they can leave for no cost on the 29th when they contact you on the 28th they are advised there is no cancellation fee BUT you need to pay 2 month plus 10 days #entrapment

@ThreeUKSupport hey 3, both me and my husband have 3G or below 90% of the day at the moment (5-6weeks now) and with @virginmedia also being down we can’t do anything, yet the network coverage says it’s fine… are there any issues in the L9 area for 4G?
