Brian Davidson (@stumpyuk6) reported from Kilmarnock, Scotland@ThreeUK Contracts up at the end of the month, contacted you 3 times and you can't match offers online. Even when the deal is with 3, through a third party! Don't think customer retention is high on your list #stayloyal #idontthinkso
-
Ross Garrick (@rgarrick_KTID) reported from Kilmarnock, Scotland@ThreeUKSupport I don't have the tracking number but I have now received an email to say I owe £33 on a number I don't recognise which I assume is the broadband that I requested to cancel over 1 month ago.

Carl. (@TisMeCarl) reported from Ayrshire, Scotland@ThreeUKSupport That’s the first time I’ve gotten through to the UK 🇬🇧 call centre on @ThreeUK. What an experience (a bad one). Would try again to chat to someone offshore where they’re helpful. This guy was a joke. So pissed off, got a PAC code.
-
vivianne sutherland (@missviv_s) reported from Ayrshire, Scotland@ThreeUKSupport This does not help as i still require a 16 digit voucher code & there is none printed on my receipt.
-
Samantha Jane 🌕 (@sammiejane_9) reported from Galston, Scotland@ThreeUKSupport It’s been over a year now. The Three store in Glasgow told me to turn off my 4G as the signal from Three couldn’t cope with demand. I get the upgrades but 12 months of issues I’m afraid I’ve had enough.

-
Abbeygold (@capricorn_gene) reported@ThreeUKSupport You could request for my number via DM if you are willing to help.
-
Jerome (@MonsieurValroux) reported@GeorgeMonbiot Same kind of issue with @ThreeUK as I was moving back to France. I did everything by the book except... confirming I still wanted to stop using the number I cancelled... The SIM card was in the boxes in a van. Threats to sue, collection company... I just blocked them all.
-
David Low (@daviddlow) reported@sazzy @ThreeUK I’ve had a few of those in the last few weeks, in the same circumstances. Currys had by far the worst customer service I’ve ever dealt with - just at the time you need it to be straightforward.
-
🇪🇺🇺🇦🦇Books with Bite, MA🧙🏼♀️🌎🌍🌏 (@TweetsWithBite) reported@ThreeUKSupport I’ve since found out (from a letter from Three I received while I was abroad) that Three changed my contract plan to unlimited data/calls/text from previous plan that was unlimited data/text/200 min calls. I never requested or approved that change.
-
Jordan (@JordanFuller__) reported@ThreeUKSupport I cancelled it around May time. It would've gone to my old address as I moved so I wouldn't have a clue. Cancelled it through the app and didn't take my number with me. Also said I didn't have anything left to pay and 2 months down the line have had 2 payments come out.
-
Daisy Whitehouse (@Social_Daisy) reported@ThreeUKSupport This happened to me when I rang to cancel mine because I had no signal at home, told I could cancel for free and then sent a bill for £300 and the transcript of the call was all weird and didn’t cover what was discussed at all.
-
beca (@enyajaceb) reported@ThreeUK why is it so complicated to issue a refund? Been waiting over a monthI think it’s time to find another network #maybeishouldjustcancel #badcustomerservice
-
Tanya Sparham (@tin_tan_89) reported@ThreeUKSupport I have no signal and even though you say it’s good it is so bad. After checking everything webchat advised they would allow me to cancel with no fees for both sim only contracts. From the conversation today that doesn’t seem to be happening
-
Heather (@FairyElephant) reported@ThreeUKSupport Thanks for the non existent help yesterday. I am now taking my case to the ombudsman. It may only be a fiver but it is my fiver and I was told I could have it back. I will never use three again and tell other people not to either.
-
Liz Campbell (@Goacosmicgirl) reported@ThreeUK I have been trying to leave you since last Thursday but your app is down and your chat is not working I have requested a PAC code but I would like my £10 back for this month!! 😬
