  • TisMeCarl Carl. (@TisMeCarl) reported from Ayrshire, Scotland

@ThreeUKSupport That’s the first time I’ve gotten through to the UK 🇬🇧 call centre on @ThreeUK. What an experience (a bad one). Would try again to chat to someone offshore where they’re helpful. This guy was a joke. So pissed off, got a PAC code.

  • rgarrick_KTID Ross Garrick (@rgarrick_KTID) reported from Kilmarnock, Scotland

@ThreeUKSupport I don't have the tracking number but I have now received an email to say I owe £33 on a number I don't recognise which I assume is the broadband that I requested to cancel over 1 month ago.

  • sammiejane_9 Samantha Jane 🌕 (@sammiejane_9) reported from Galston, Scotland

@ThreeUKSupport It’s been over a year now. The Three store in Glasgow told me to turn off my 4G as the signal from Three couldn’t cope with demand. I get the upgrades but 12 months of issues I’m afraid I’ve had enough.

  • missviv_s vivianne sutherland (@missviv_s) reported from Ayrshire, Scotland

@ThreeUKSupport This does not help as i still require a 16 digit voucher code & there is none printed on my receipt.

  • stumpyuk6 Brian Davidson (@stumpyuk6) reported from Kilmarnock, Scotland

@ThreeUK Contracts up at the end of the month, contacted you 3 times and you can't match offers online. Even when the deal is with 3, through a third party! Don't think customer retention is high on your list #stayloyal #idontthinkso

  • macdivaofficial Kirsty Macgregor (@macdivaofficial) reported from Irvine, Scotland

@ThreeUK signal is terrible 😫😫😫😫😫 been trying to pay my phone bill for ages !

  • boab400 Robert Jelley (@boab400) reported from Ayrshire, Scotland

So, another day trying to cancel within my cooling off period on the phone with @ThreeUKSupport. Not enough staff to answer calls within 40 minutes yesterday. No one answering tweets

  • luluphooey lucy mcghee 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁳󠁣󠁴󠁿🇪🇺 (@luluphooey) reported from Troon, Scotland

@ThreeUK the 4G service in glasgow is terrible

  • rgarrick_KTID Ross Garrick (@rgarrick_KTID) reported from Kilmarnock, Scotland

@ThreeUKSupport Ordered on 27th March online and been trying to cancel as soon as the modem was recieved which was a few days later. Been waiting for a pre paid ebvelope to send it back and now concerned that the money is going to come out before I recieve this and will be out of pocket

@ThreeUK Where were you when you were ****?

  • whitepandaaa whitepandaaa (@whitepandaaa) reported

    @ThreeUKSupport does eSIM support PAYG?

  • GrayTendo Gray (@GrayTendo) reported

@ThreeUKSupport 1. It's not excessive usage if you're contracted to unlimited use. Using less than 100gb is more than fair. I have never been capped or halted before now. I've paid for the data, I've paid for the service .

  • pheekayo Fiks (@pheekayo) reported

@ThreeUK is the worst network I’ve ever used. And I used to use Glo in Lagos.

  • kate_fabric Kate Fabric (@kate_fabric) reported

@ThreeUK I would love to take my step-son to a Chelsea game he's never been before and is a huge fan #ChelThree

  • JaveriaVlogs Javeria (@JaveriaVlogs) reported

@ThreeUKSupport You need to step up your game, been a customer for 15 years and the only time I have REALLY needed something from you, you let me down.

  • aysha_happy1 #FreeThoseInNeed (@aysha_happy1) reported

@JaveriaVlogs @ThreeUKSupport Oh my god the 72 hours thing is really really starting to piss me off. First it was 48 now 72 just bloody fix up your business n sort yourselves out @ThreeUK literally a joke

  • HK_Behbehani H ⚖ (@HK_Behbehani) reported

Dear @ThreeUK It is a shame that you are not credible with the customer according to your advertisements in the street. One of the worst networks in Portsmouth. Moreover, I can not break the contract unless I prepaid for 12 months. No appreciation, Husain

  • Twinspark74 Dai Hatsu (@Twinspark74) reported

@ThreeUK Why is mobile data bandwidth so poor in London? When I'm at home in Wales, it's often faster than my Fibre line. Get within the M25, and it's back to a length of damp string. Has been for a few years... sort it out!

  • TLCTracyLouise Tracy (@TLCTracyLouise) reported

@ThreeUKSupport Our service is always good in our area both outside and inside the property. It’s only ever none existent when the network is down
