@ThreeUKSupport That’s the first time I’ve gotten through to the UK 🇬🇧 call centre on @ThreeUK. What an experience (a bad one). Would try again to chat to someone offshore where they’re helpful. This guy was a joke. So pissed off, got a PAC code.

Broadband down across the full estate and can only get 3g on my mobile thanks to @ThreeUK ! Also supposed to be getting switched over to @bt_uk fibre to the premises today but no engineer has appeared, this is just going to be one of these days!

@ThreeUK your customer service is abysmal, call centres are abroad and the staff cannot comprehend what I am Asking for. I know have mark on my credit rating because of your continued failure to change my direct debit date. I will never recommend three.
