@ThreeUKSupport That’s the first time I’ve gotten through to the UK 🇬🇧 call centre on @ThreeUK. What an experience (a bad one). Would try again to chat to someone offshore where they’re helpful. This guy was a joke. So pissed off, got a PAC code.

@ThreeUKSupport Ordered on 27th March online and been trying to cancel as soon as the modem was recieved which was a few days later. Been waiting for a pre paid ebvelope to send it back and now concerned that the money is going to come out before I recieve this and will be out of pocket

@ThreeUKSupport I don't have the tracking number but I have now received an email to say I owe £33 on a number I don't recognise which I assume is the broadband that I requested to cancel over 1 month ago.

@ThreeUKSupport Was a refund for a broadband contract that I cancelled in April and have sent bacj the equipment unused. Had 3 live chats and recently was told that an investigation would be concluded in 24hrs and I would reciebe the refund. Really disappointed in the service I've recieved!

@ThreeUKSupport It’s been over a year now. The Three store in Glasgow told me to turn off my 4G as the signal from Three couldn’t cope with demand. I get the upgrades but 12 months of issues I’m afraid I’ve had enough.

@ThreeUKSupport Hi Kim. I have been through this over and over week after week for 4 months. The warehouse have somehow lost (or someone has stolen) the device. I have been on about 30 calls and maybe 6 chats. Raj said he would call back, not happened. After more than 12 a three customer.

@ThreeUKSupport S20. The point was I was told there was an issue with the tracking etc which was resolved that day(last Thursday). I was told delivery will be Friday 11th nothing then Tuesday 15th.. nothing! Now tomorrow. Absolutely ridiculous and the worse service every. A 5year could do better

@ThreeUKSupport We are now 1.5weeks on and still no delivery. After speaking to 20 odd advisers, I'm still being lied to and given false information. To date, no manager has called me back despite 15 requests. This type of service will be an ombudsman's dream! No one should ever trust Three!
