@ThreeUKSupport It’s been over a year now. The Three store in Glasgow told me to turn off my 4G as the signal from Three couldn’t cope with demand. I get the upgrades but 12 months of issues I’m afraid I’ve had enough.

@ThreeUKSupport That’s the first time I’ve gotten through to the UK 🇬🇧 call centre on @ThreeUK. What an experience (a bad one). Would try again to chat to someone offshore where they’re helpful. This guy was a joke. So pissed off, got a PAC code.

I just spent 40mins talking with @ThreeUK to set up a direct debit and another 7mins listening to all these deal I don't want. WHAT IS GOING ON. NOBODY HAVE TIME FOR THIS 😵💫🥵 (I listened to everything cos I felt bad to say no to the one working, they just did their job)

@WvSchaik @ThreeUK Smarty. It's a daughter company of 3 and has EU roaming included, but it's a semi-prepayment network, so sometimes it'll tell you you need to bank up some cash. I like tethering abroad though

@WvSchaik @ThreeUK I have ID Mobile who do free EU roaming. They have been pretty good for me, and were the cheapest for what I wanted when I renewed last year. I think ID run on Three's network in the UK, so they should give you similar coverage/performance to what you get now.

@CSG1973 @ThreeUK I have used them for about 10 years and no problems until now as there were no roaming charges in Spain or Oz ...thats changed now ...I think the assistant in the shop was a bit green round the gills to be honest ....
