    @ThreeUKSupport That’s the first time I’ve gotten through to the UK 🇬🇧 call centre on @ThreeUK. What an experience (a bad one). Would try again to chat to someone offshore where they’re helpful. This guy was a joke. So pissed off, got a PAC code.

    Been with @ThreeUK for three years and after dealing with unnecessary stress for that duration I think I’m done … Crap service Bad customer service Expensive DON’T RECOMMEND. Please go to Vodafone or EE

    @ThreeUKSupport Hi Stephie, I ordered the contract online and got it delivered to a Three store to pick it up, noticed at home when I unpacked the parcel that the box is broken. Thankfully the phone itself has no damage but for such an expensive product like this I wasn’t expecting this
