@ThreeUKSupport Ordered on 27th March online and been trying to cancel as soon as the modem was recieved which was a few days later. Been waiting for a pre paid ebvelope to send it back and now concerned that the money is going to come out before I recieve this and will be out of pocket

@ThreeUKSupport It’s been over a year now. The Three store in Glasgow told me to turn off my 4G as the signal from Three couldn’t cope with demand. I get the upgrades but 12 months of issues I’m afraid I’ve had enough.

@ThreeUKSupport That’s the first time I’ve gotten through to the UK 🇬🇧 call centre on @ThreeUK. What an experience (a bad one). Would try again to chat to someone offshore where they’re helpful. This guy was a joke. So pissed off, got a PAC code.

@MileEndComments @Tom_Glenwright @ThreeUK I'm in a London postcode but when I run a speedtest on 3 I get 1Kb/s 4G download and it fails to complete the upload test (errors out, no data at all). Contacted 3, but "there's nothing they can do" which is ridiculous as O2 manages 50Mb/s same phone, same location. Joke network.

@ThreeUK No alert here on three phones all on Three. Very poor- was it not tested internally prior to roll out? Are Three customers expendable in the case of a real emergency??! I suggest a retest in the event you manage to find out what went wrong!

@SteveBlythe @ThreeUK There were 3 phones in my house today 2 were 3 network 1 02 and not one single phone got the alert, so guessing were kinda screwed if there was a disaster as we wouldn't have any warning, feel pretty dissatisfied with this completely
