    @ThreeUKSupport really thats not good i was in the 3 shop to do this last wednesday cant belive its taken this long to sortout the shop told me it was done in 24hrs not 7 days i now have a contract and sim with 3 that im paying for and no good to me till tuesday thats not the service i expected

    @ThreeUKSupport I have been put through to the complaints team on all 26 calls, yet not one person has resolved the issue, each time I’ve had to re-explain the situation and call up again. Still haven’t received my refund or any compensation for the hours I’ve spent on the phone to three.

    @O2 Trying to speak to someone results in an infuriating loop of "Most issue can be sorted in the app" (it can't!) and being cut off.. this is not the service I expected coming back to O2 and I'm very much considering cancelling and staying with @ThreeUK now.

    @ThreeUKSupport Yes it was generated but I’ve not received a copy as I’ve never been able to access my online account. I received a phone call demanding payment of the final amount but I’m not prepared to pay something I’ve had no breakdown of

    This might be my last year with @ThreeUK after 15 years+. Too many dead spots. Very difficult to browse anywhere outskirts of London. Always no reception at Barking. No reception inside large buildings. It appears service quality is falling. E16 boy. RM postcode soon.

    @TheSonny25 @ThreeUK I would rather they spread it out instead of going to the same old ppl, I see it all the time and I speak to ppl who get offered tickets, shirts etc alot ... If its that east why can't they help ppl less fortunate aswell
