@ThreeUKSupport Ordered on 27th March online and been trying to cancel as soon as the modem was recieved which was a few days later. Been waiting for a pre paid ebvelope to send it back and now concerned that the money is going to come out before I recieve this and will be out of pocket

@ThreeUKSupport That’s the first time I’ve gotten through to the UK 🇬🇧 call centre on @ThreeUK. What an experience (a bad one). Would try again to chat to someone offshore where they’re helpful. This guy was a joke. So pissed off, got a PAC code.

@ThreeUKSupport I don't have the tracking number but I have now received an email to say I owe £33 on a number I don't recognise which I assume is the broadband that I requested to cancel over 1 month ago.

@ThreeUKSupport It’s been over a year now. The Three store in Glasgow told me to turn off my 4G as the signal from Three couldn’t cope with demand. I get the upgrades but 12 months of issues I’m afraid I’ve had enough.

@ThreeUK you should be ashamed of your customer care, over the last 4 weeks I’ve spoken to 4 different so called customer care reps, had 4 promises of a refund of £519 that you owe me for a under warranty repair. I am now forced to take you to the small claims court.

@ThreeUK despicable customer service...mum got a new phone from store which is closed due to COVID and no one in Three is willing to replace this faulty phone and say she needs to go to store...IT'S CLOSED!!! I will be pulling all 5 contracts I have from you as soon as I can!!
