    @ThreeUKSupport That’s the first time I’ve gotten through to the UK 🇬🇧 call centre on @ThreeUK. What an experience (a bad one). Would try again to chat to someone offshore where they’re helpful. This guy was a joke. So pissed off, got a PAC code.

    @peterbouncyball @ThreeUK @Craig_Simcox @LaraLatex @SuzanneEvans1 @VodafoneUK Been with @ThreeUK for years and have had no problems with their service and coverage. Also a bill that you expect instead of being overcharged.

    @ThreeUK Contracts up at the end of the month, contacted you 3 times and you can't match offers online. Even when the deal is with 3, through a third party! Don't think customer retention is high on your list #stayloyal #idontthinkso

    So, another day trying to cancel within my cooling off period on the phone with @ThreeUKSupport. Not enough staff to answer calls within 40 minutes yesterday. No one answering tweets

    @ThreeUKSupport Yes she will be complaining to Ombudsman services and she is going to call to cancel all her contracts with Three.Early termination is less so she will be taking all her numbers to another service provider.This is the service she gets for being with Three for 16 years

    @ThreeUKSupport It was confirmed 10th January. This whole situation is farcical. It is easier to change networks. The 30 day was waived as I am a ‘good customer!’ Can this be sorted? Or not?

    @ThreeUKSupport Yes very disappointing because now my mother is cancelling all her contract with 3.Well she has said that she has ordered it but that what the previous guy from customer relations said as well Angel Domas and he never ordered it

    @ThreeUKSupport How can a company wipe a debt then expect you to still pay that debt in order to correct there repeatly **** ups and fix my credit report. How ridiculous!!!!

    @ThreeUKSupport hello! I upgraded my contract, and got sent a new sim. It said it’d be switching over my number yesterday, but my current sim is still working and sending texts? Do I need to just swap out and then this one will terminate?

    @ThreeUKSupport Personally I think it is scamming.. customers can't call to pay a bill but three will continue to charge! Even though the contract has now become null/void because a service is not provided even though I'm trying to pay. I live alone, no family.. how do I call from another line?

    @ThreeUK was promised SIM card will arrive on Friday 14 Jan when called yesterday have been told by customer relations Sanji Jhadi that it wasn’t posted.On 12/01 Angel Domas from customer relations promised me that SIM card will be with my mother on 14/01/22 I did record the call
