Had to call back two days later and speak to someone else. Was going to cancel my account there& then. Screw the early cancellation fee. But the lady said I wouldn't be charged it was impossible

It’s part of the basic framework for an iPhone but a lot of networks don’t support it. O2 does. I just fixed mine by using @hivoicemail which appears to be working great! Since the masts were being merged, its been awful. Its ridiculous @VodafoneUK @ThreeUK never had this many signal issues beforehand🙈
