@susiebantam @GoldenShimmer @EE @ThreeUK Dam Susan Not good! I've noticed that users need to speak in proper English and slow. I didn't at the start of the dealings. That's where I wasn't getting anywhere with 'em. I'm not saying that you wasn't! I'm just telling my experience.

@ThreeUKSupport Moto G6. Have tried restarting, wiping app data for Carrier Services and Messages and restarting, no dice. When I did it on my O2 phone I got a text message from Google, but never seen anything like that on my 3 one.

Well that’s me done with @ThreeUK @ThreeUKSupport not only is the network 💩 round the westend & town but they have taken payments from me today, said they hadn’t & that my cards are being declined. The language barrier is unreal & turns out there’s nothing wrong with my cards 🙀

@ThreeUKSupport It’s been over a year now. The Three store in Glasgow told me to turn off my 4G as the signal from Three couldn’t cope with demand. I get the upgrades but 12 months of issues I’m afraid I’ve had enough.

@susiebantam @GoldenShimmer @EE @ThreeUK I've deals with three customer services lots of times. Always heard my problems not just with the signal issue's. Closing contact even a day after the 'cooling off' then ringing them bk to change it to PAYG, the next morning. Brilliant for me. It isn't all Bad!

@By_TonyAllen @ThreeUK @metwhine If they’d replied to a customer with that type of message I’d agree with you. A “tough tamales no insta for you dweeb” would be bad. Banter between social media accounts parody or not is how these companies maintain their cultural identity. Look at how Wendy’s as an example.

Genuinely loved the @ThreeUk customer support and sad to be leaving for EE but I waited a year for them to add eSIM and Watch support and it’s still not ready.

@ThreeUKSupport Not sure if 140 characters can cover it. You can browse through the lengthy chat logs and calls I had to sit through, including the last one where I was hung up on! There’s a marked difference in the quality of service, information and coordination.

After many years of loyalty with @ThreeUK I will never be a customer of theirs again. No great deals on new mobiles, no price match for loyal customers, wanting hefty 'early termination' fee when there are just 2 months left on contract, and a couldn't care less attitude.

@ThreeUKSupport I have restarted my device, tried 3G, everything. I’ve been complaining about this for years. Literally, years and always get told ‘there’s work being done’. I’m paying for a service that I can’t use and I’m sure you can understand my frustration
