    @loupepper @ThreeUK Binned Huawei years ago because of this issue, their "flagship" models seem to lose interest with @Huawei very quickly, culminating in immediate dropping of updates etc.

    @ThreeUKSupport shocking customer service!!! Why can’t your advisors just put you through to the complaints department?! I already have a complaint open with yourselves and your sales advisors insist on telling them what the issue is!! Awful business to deal with!!!

    @ThreeUKSupport I understand the logistical issues, but when you’ve sent confirmation with a delivery date, it’s to be expected that people are unhappy. It’s not unheard of that on launch day supply will be short, so set expectations and give a window, not a solid date which you’ll likely miss.

    @simonbangs @ThreeUKSupport It’s a shambles. I phoned this morning to know for sure it wasn’t coming and the advisor told me it was still down for being delivered today, so I told them about the text I received and they responded with the text must be right. 3 are a bunch of clowns

    can you believe I've been trying to get hold of someone at @ThreeUK since 10am, I finally get transferred to someone who can help, and they've put me on hold for nearly an hour, and their customer help line closes in 45 minutes. What a joke.

    @ThreeUKSupport I did chat to them again the same response “we will do our best to deliver it to you/shop soon, we apologize and now we will transfer you to the complaint team” i have made 4 complaints and i bet NOBODY have even looked at them. Absolutely terrible and unpleasant experience.

    God damnnit @ThreeUK can’t you handle a few people in town, was told a year ago you’d be fixing this. I don’t want you to work on 5G I want capacity on existing network - even on 3,4 or 5G it’s the same. More than 10 people and the network crumbles, let me guess “maintenance”

    Rubbish customer service from @ThreeUK - told new upgrade due 9th December; today (12th December) I chase them to be told there was a problem and delivery not due till 15th December. SORT YOUR ACT OUT!
