Latest outage, problems and issue reports in social media:
-
Paul THORNE (@harrewis) reported
@ThreeUKSupport It’s been a holiday location for a week and is a really poor show across the whole area! A week without service.
-
Aldo (@AGDun_162) reported
@ThreeUKSupport It's getting beyond a joke as this is not the first time it has occurred in my area, yet your engineers never do anything to properly fix the issue. O2 can provide a vastly superior 4G and 5G network.. why can't you?
-
Aldo (@AGDun_162) reported
@robturp @rjbccj @ThreeUKSupport At present Three's 4G service, especially around EH6 7BY is little to non existent. You know there is an issue when switching to 3G, your speeds are much faster - on 4G Im lucky if I get 1.5Mbps Down & - Certainly not the service I am paying for - Despite complaining
-
Cianne Cass (@ciannegcx) reported
@AppleSupport @ThreeUK my phone was working fine up until yesterday when @three made me reset my network settings since then my flash for alerts won’t work. It’s very frustrating as I had them in for a reason.
-
Ryan Clark (@Rtclark16) reported
@ThreeUKSupport Is there a number I can call tomorrow to speak to someone to check it's not an issue with my individual router?

@ThreeUK is there a Data problem in Leighton buzzard tonight? I can’t use my phone unless I’m connected to WiFi!!
-
Chris Williams is typing... (@Scampiuk) reported
There's only two real reasons for this. 1. A major UK Telco can't implement SSL 2. @ThreeUK want their website traffic unencrypted maybe 3: the site performance is so bad the SSL overhead is one of the 'tweaks' to get around it. I'm struggling to think of any more.. #infosec
-
Ed (@edscoeliacdiary) reported
@glutenfreeginge @ThreeUK I’m very worried I’ll sign onto a new contact, move somewhere, and not have signal in my house!
