I've had no data since yesterday afternoon @ThreeUK and now seems like most of us are on Emergency Calls Only. Your website's been telling me my network problems are down to essential maintenance in my area since July. Now can I move without penalty please, this is too much.

Banter between social media accounts parody or not is how these companies maintain their cultural identity. Look at how Wendy’s as an example.

Well that’s me done with @ThreeUK @ThreeUKSupport not only is the network 💩 round the westend & town but they have taken payments from me today, said they hadn’t & that my cards are being declined. The language barrier is unreal & turns out there’s nothing wrong with my cards 🙀

@ThreeUK @ThreeUKSupport .. I mastered it eventually, clicking the "Ad to basket" button, results in redirecting to the main account page and starting the process all over again. There is no basket. Seriously, I've never seen as bad a website as yours.

@ThreeUK Your outage in the LD3 area has been going on for days. Its a rural area where there are no land based internet connections - you do realise, there a number of vulnerable people with no comms to the outside world? How much longer?

@SkyHelpTeam I’d rather ask actual people who’ve used it. @ThreeUK ‘s checker said it was brilliant coverage at my postcode but I have to hang upside down off the edge of my bed to make a call.
