    So anyway. Still no WiFi and my mob signal has gone pants too @ThreeUK so tethering is not working. the universe is telling me something. BT have posted me a temporary 4g hub until it gets fixed. A lot less screen time meantime! #unplanneddetox

    @simonbangs @ThreeUKSupport It’s a shambles. I phoned this morning to know for sure it wasn’t coming and the advisor told me it was still down for being delivered today, so I told them about the text I received and they responded with the text must be right. 3 are a bunch of clowns

    @loupepper @ThreeUK Binned Huawei years ago because of this issue, their "flagship" models seem to lose interest with @Huawei very quickly, culminating in immediate dropping of updates etc.

Both my Three phones plus my wife's Three phone have been unable to make calls to landlines since Saturday. No point paying for unlimited calls when we can't make them. Will we be credited for this outage?

    @ThreeUKSupport signal is terrible at IG6 2UU.Can’t make a phone call as keeps breaking/failing as signal jumps from 4G to 3G to 5G and then back to 4G etc.Not good enough!!!!!
