    @By_TonyAllen @ThreeUK @metwhine If they’d replied to a customer with that type of message I’d agree with you. A “tough tamales no insta for you dweeb” would be bad. Banter between social media accounts parody or not is how these companies maintain their cultural identity. Look at how Wendy’s as an example.

    @ThreeUK Or you could go with Smarty that use 3’s network and don’t charge you roaming charges when abroad.

    @ThreeUKSupport It’s been happening for months, just getting worse and worse as the days go on but it’s alright everyday is closer to my contract ending and me moving to a proper company that can provide proper cell service

    @ThreeUK is like the worse company ever.... For real... 4g+ signal is like full bars but gives like so crappy Internet... Ever watch something and keeps buffering every single second.... Then they speak of 5g... And imagine paying £53 a month!!! And you get a shitty service.

    @threeuksupport @ThreeUK ...cant get on app and haven't been able to since upgrade in feb/march. U cancel direct debit...no one advised me of this until today I cant call as your systems are down. You have shown throughout this Lockdown a level of inequality as to what I MUST ...

    @ThreeUKSupport Only want to verify my email address so I can access my new account....live chat 1hr45 told me to email proofs, they emailed and reset my password, emailed again & reset my password again (didn’t need this done) then told me they couldn’t help had to be through live chat 😳🙄😳

    Well that’s me done with @ThreeUK @ThreeUKSupport not only is the network 💩 round the westend & town but they have taken payments from me today, said they hadn’t & that my cards are being declined. The language barrier is unreal & turns out there’s nothing wrong with my cards 🙀

    Sorry but @EE totally beats @ThreeUK at any type of mobile signal. I’m in Glasgow and even in 5G the internet is so slow on Three. I use a BUSSINESS sim from EE and personal number from three and mostly have to use the EE at all times because it just works.

    While I’m ranting, @ThreeUK #Glasgow is the biggest city in Scotland, 3rd largest in the UK. WHY is it impossible to get a 4G, never mind a 5G, signal in the city centre?? And don’t tell me your system isn’t showing any problems, cos bollocks. It doesn’t work. @Three_Is_Broken

    @ThreeUK @ThreeUKSupport I would like to add why since capping pay go data to 25mb/s that where as you started supporting rcs messaging on iPhone over the three network, currently when I send messages to people who have android phones and I have sent texts and rcs messaging was supported, it longer appears to be? Overall the pay go service isn’t too bad but three uk/ mobile did cause me no end of problems and you still didn’t investigate the so called issue of fraud that had been committed by someone attempting to take out an E sim contract in my name and account for which you inadvertently just cancelled my contract and phone line with no warning followed by weeks and months of deliberate hassle and no investigation… Bizarre!

    @ThreeUKSupport when I'm on my way to/from work on the Underground, I notice everyone else’s phone seems to have internet connection, even in the tunnels, but my own keeps losing the signal. Why is that, and how can I fix it?

    @ThreeUK I renewed my contract for a one year last year with you guys. Turn off a couple of months maybe realise I cannot wait to leave in September. And jump to @EE . I’ve been with 3uk since 2012 since you joined Vodafone, my signal and 5G have been terrible

    @ThreeUK have done me up like a kipper fuming is an understatementim on holiday in dubai i paid 7 days around the world roaming it never worked so i had to pay them more money £17 for a three day use i was told as i paid 7 day earlier then it will work at least till sat now its off again and they are doing nothing

    @ThreeUK I think did a mistake by choosing three as network provider speed is slow and I am paying just for nothing if I have use WiFi 24/7 It’s how to come out of contract????
