I’m a customer -was in Sauchiehall St Glasgow store Sat. My daughter bought a package (previously not 3). All would be easy, no downtime, simple. She has no connection now & none for 72 hours @ThreeUK. She’ll need to buy a phone in the interim. MISINFORMED. What u doing about it

@ThreeUK My direct debit failed the other day for some reason so I paid manually online. Today I have been charged AGAIN for my phone bill. Help would be appreciated !

@ThreeUKSupport I think latest agent may have solved everything for me - will find out for sure on Monday. First agent I contacted was useless, latest agent couldn't went out of their way to solve the problem. I am still confused by what is showing online Vs what I believe the state to be.

@ThreeUKSupport 3. The internet barely works, it needs constant refreshes to load a simple ******* website. Your support is non-existent, your willingness to acknowledge problems is appalling. I used my Vodaphone 4G to write this because yours just cut out AGAIN.

@ThreeUKSupport 2. There is a clear issue with your network. I am now tinkering with all manner of settings to figure out what it is. Dealing with you guys is like dealing with fraudsters.
@ThreeUKSupport 1. Spoke to tech support. They were as useful as a chocolate teapot. They sent me a link to your troubleshoot website which said all was working fine and if I have issues try airplane mode or reset my router. I Love being treated like an idiot.
