Latest outage, problems and issue reports in social media:

  • WWETrashBag WWETrashbag (@WWETrashBag) reported

@ThreeUK Your signal is appalling! This is the biggest false advertising I’ve seen. I’m 2 months away from leaving— can’t wait

  • briangoodflock Brian Goodflock (@briangoodflock) reported

@ThreeUKSupport I do understand that I will need to wait. That’s not a problem. But how will they know to contact me when both my emails have been reported as ‘undeliverable’?

  • Sammly Samuel Li (@Sammly) reported

@ThreeUK @ThreeUKSupport been told that because I didn't report it within 7 days of recieving it nothing can be done. I wouldn't have paid the price of the package if I knew I would be shipped a faulty product. Locked in a 2 year contract with a broken TV...

  • daveake Dave Akerman (@daveake) reported

@ThreeUKSupport What nobody at Three seems to understand is that the service *used* to be good till work on the local mast a week ago. The signal itself remains good - 4 bars out of 5. We have an external aerial mounted high with line-of-site to the mast. 1/2

  • ellengau Ellen Nguyen (@ellengau) reported

@ThreeUKSupport I was doing live chat but when I changed tab even just for a sec I had to log back in again with a SMS code and the chat was lost. Also your UX copy was terrible as well - when an user clicks on live chat it shows 3 options that don't really make sense.

  • Matthew_Coman Matthew Cøman (@Matthew_Coman) reported

When you want to leave an utterly disappointing & useless provider in @ThreeUK who either gave you a phone that doesent work or have terrible coverage, but you forget the effing notice period when you ask for your pac number 😡

  • Sammly Samuel Li (@Sammly) reported

@ThreeUK @ThreeUKSupport you cannot lure in customers with a deal and ship them a broken item. £29 compensation is an insult when you advertise a fully functional 4k LG TV. I'll have no choice but to escalate this to the ombudsman.

  • thekevinennis @thekevinennis (@thekevinennis) reported

@ThreeUK your data network has been horrendous recently. Please fix it.

  • h_tucks Hannah Tucker (@h_tucks) reported

@ThreeUKSupport Thanks Mark, it is pretty much all of central London for me. And my signal is pretty awful when I’m not connected to WiFi, which means I am struggling to do anything out and about

  • AndyFRESHMODE WeeAndy (@AndyFRESHMODE) reported

@AppleSupport Thanks @AppleSupport but my issue is with @ThreeUK The iPhone is great, just a poor service from the mobile provider.
