    I’m a customer -was in Sauchiehall St Glasgow store Sat. My daughter bought a package (previously not 3). All would be easy, no downtime, simple. She has no connection now & none for 72 hours @ThreeUK. She’ll need to buy a phone in the interim. MISINFORMED. What u doing about it

    @ThreeUK My direct debit failed the other day for some reason so I paid manually online. Today I have been charged AGAIN for my phone bill. Help would be appreciated !

    @ThreeUK help please can't get into app or website as number saying not 3 mobile despite it being one. Topped up credit but it's not registered so internet cut off. Using mobile WiFi device so all texts going to device I can't access without internet access.

    @ThreeUKSupport I ordered a sim on last week. On the call I was told I will be receiving the SIM in 2-3 days. I haven't received anything yet. Can anyone please help out. It's been quite long. 🙄

    @ThreeUK I'd recommend avoiding @threeuk all together. By far the worst customer service I have ever had... and I'm a @virginmedia customer so I know a thing or two about terrible customer service.

    @ThreeUKSupport This assumes the security team manages to actually call ME this time. It seems you have a massive process and communication issue to resolve here, it should not have took me all this time to find out what was going on.

    @ThreeUKSupport every night after 8 my signal drops to below 2mbs. Received an email Nov 6 that my network was being upgraded. On your checker, it says problems, and work on a mast. Every day. What’s going on?

    Hi @ThreeUKSupport, Two Qs... (1) My DD is due on 25/12, what day will it be taken in December? (2) The signal has been poor in EH30, calls/signal continuously dropping out. I've tried to 333 but keeps dropping out. Been like this for c. 2wks. Any ideas?
