    @ThreeUKSupport @Ofcom The principal of this is I shouldn’t need to contact you to request you return my credit balance! This on top of the ridiculous long drawn out process to terminate a contract which was expiring. @ofcom needs to fix this.

Refund or I’ll make a formal complaint to @ofcom ; Citing “security purposes” doesn’t make any sense, there is no breach internally alerting another department within ThreeUK

    @ThreeUKSupport I’ll send you the details privately (not going to put details into public domain) and you can pass to the team responsible for issuing refunds. The policy here, of retaining credit balances, is the problem though and that needs addressed. @ofcom I shouldn’t need to call for this.

    I have 3 phone contracts out on @VodafoneUK and have had nothing but issues with them all today I have been advised I have been lied to by their own staff resulting in me missing payments! All contracts being cancelled stay away from Vodafone people back to @ThreeUK for me

    @ThreeUKSupport I don’t have signal anywhere inside the building in London which is ridiculous. I don’t have signal in central London W1, SE1. I don’t have signal in the hospital i work in and the official answer from the three service is to use WiFi call! That makes me angry. Ombudsman.

    @ThreeUKSupport It’s been like this since mid last year. And in the mean time, you continue to take £100 over two contracts from us monthly. Had we known how useless you were going to be, our contracts would have never been renewed.

    @ThreeUKSupport Thank you @ThreeUKSupport I have now resolved my issue. However, improvements needs to be made on your website advising how deaf customers can contact you and it needs to be prominent. Each Advisor I spoke to via text relay would not accept my call under GDPR rules.
