    I’m a customer -was in Sauchiehall St Glasgow store Sat. My daughter bought a package (previously not 3). All would be easy, no downtime, simple. She has no connection now & none for 72 hours @ThreeUK. She’ll need to buy a phone in the interim. MISINFORMED. What u doing about it

    When you contact @ThreeUK for a refund in April & they tell you it’s proceed. We are now nearly in July and I haven’t received anything. Contact them this morning and can’t access my account so I’m therefore asked to email or send a letter in the post. Shocking customer service.

    @ThreeUKSupport It's too much to tweet. I just want to speak to someone at 3 regarding a recent referral I made. The people in your offshore call centres seem to have no power, and - although they are extremely friendly and polite - cannot make a simple exception to help a long standing customer

    @ThreeUKSupport I would like to speak to someone who has the authority to look at my complaint and possibly change the decision, however it seems like they can’t speak to customers! Disappointed by your inflexibility & failure to look at cases on an individual basis.

    @ThreeUK supposedly has best signal, but I wouldn't know because I can't buy a data pack b/c their app is broken & website broken always and their customer support has been the worst of all the companies I've tried.
