@craigcavyleader @ThreeUK This happened to me last year, I ended up paying for an additional service that I didn't ask for and they refused to refund me, the customer service is absolutely awful.

@ThreeUKSupport Hindsight’s a wonderful thing. Now 3 times the chat window has just unexplainably closed making me start from scratch. Existing customers not being offered new customer deals. Seems an intentional policy to make it as complex as possible to stop people getting what they’re after

@ThreeUKSupport 3/3 @giffgaff gains a very relieved & overdue expectant mother as a customer & staff @Argos_Online were more than helpful sorting new handset. I generally find when I make a mistake dialling down doesnt work. An apology & taking some responsibility to fix is the best approach 👍🏻

@ThreeUKSupport The 4G signal is never great in Fort William (even though I know friends who get 5G) but in recent weeks even 4G is dire - as in not even usable speeds.

@ThreeUKSupport The worst discussion with the complaints team. I never wished to make a complaint but the agent was insistent on me speaking to them. But the way they have handled it has made me beyond furious and taken a minor frustration to pure anger, to the point of me not wanting to 2

@ThreeUKSupport Still nothing - spoke to a Three who said a DPD manager would call me to explain. They never called. Three have said my only option is to cancel my contract completely and start again. An entire week wasted, 3 days off work, 11 calls to Three, 7 to DPD for nothing. #poorservice
