@ThreeUK @ThreeUKsupport My Father died 2 months ago and his mobile contract (in my name) is about to renew. I phoned 333 today to cancel this and was told my name was wrong and I should check how it's spelt. Log in on your website AND app won't work, so I'm stuck. And annoyed.

@ThreeUKSupport PAC but it failed partway through. Never generated the PAC but cancelled the contract she was then told she’d need a new SIM posted out and her old number would be on it, she was then told that it would take 2 days and the number would xfer. Then you have her old 2/3

@kimtheyogi @ThreeUK Hi, yes I did. Here's the solution: I called 333, asked them to remove the block on calls when going over my limit. I HAVE UNLIMITED MINUTES AND THE APP SHOWED BLOCKS INACTIVE so this is obviously some issue with how three were managing my account. Hope it works for you too
