    @ThreeUKSupport BB deal will be up in July at the end of my 24m contract. I also have a Three phone deal and can confirm that the problem is consistent with the network, not one device. The recent issues have been apparent on moth my 4G connections.

    @ThreeUKSupport I've been on the phone with tech support yesterday and conveniently, the masts are getting sorted today. This doesn't make up for the 13 months of awful service and 3s mistakes.

    @ThreeUK hi how can I get my network sorted sorry I just called 333 and was told it will be fixed by the end of the month, this has gone on for months I went into store months ago and was told to switch between 3G and 4G while you upgrade to 5G, how long does this go on for?
