@ThreeUK Not only are @ThreeUK not refunding me for 3 weeks of no mobile broadband service but they have the audacity to ask ME to pay them £204 to get out of my contract when they cant even provide me with a service any more?! HOW IS THIS ACCEPTABLE?!

@ThreeUKSupport Have done now, thanks Holly. Safe to say with no 4G for 4 months, and I’m out of contract now and ready to renew, it’s not looking great. I love being with Three but I can’t continue with a network that doesn’t give me service for a third of a year.
