    @ThreeUKSupport Following on from the above, there is still no 4G in our area. My daughters phone (also in my name) doesnt have a 3G option so has no mobile data once out of out Wi-Fi range. I’ve registered a complaint, can you look into why this is still a problem after 10 days?

    @ThreeUKSupport Twice in a month, first time was 3 weeks ago for 5 days and now again for the past 5 days😢 never had problem like this before with 3 but network coverage doesn’t seem as strong nowadays

    @ThreeUKSupport I have paid my bill but three are saying I haven't. They have suspended my service but barclays confirm the payment was successful. I have screenshots showing the payment. I am mentally ill and this is causing me a great deal of anxiety and anger. Please help.
