@craigcavyleader @ThreeUK This happened to me last year, I ended up paying for an additional service that I didn't ask for and they refused to refund me, the customer service is absolutely awful.

Hello @ThreeUKSupport , I was hoping someone might be able to help. Once upon a time three did a Wi-Fi calling app. Sadly I get no signal in my new house. Anything I can do via three to improve. My device is a Google Pixel 2.

@ThreeUKSupport How does that help when your organisation cannot even tell me the correct way to insert it into a 5G hub?

@ThreeUKSupport are you aware of any delay issues when calling. About 2 mins into every call I get a delay and its pretty big. Like 20 second delay each time. Happens using voip I think but switching to cellular doesn't help fix the delay during the call.

@ThreeUKSupport This was Cheshire today. Full signal on EE (I went to duel SIM)

@ThreeUKSupport Finally the idiots in your lack of help department tell me the metal part of the sim should be facing the ground, not very good if you are trying to fit a sim into the base of a 5G hub! As I stated earlier, totally useless support

@ThreeUKSupport are you called three because your service is third rate. Can you explain why you won’t answer the number to cancel a contract.

@ThreeUKSupport spoke to someone about 3 weeks ago to get a refund of about £15 after closing account in June (a letter you sent told me to do this). Never received refund and you took another £17 out of my a/c on 7th July, what’s that about?

Tom Darby
(@tomdarby1958) reported
@ThreeUKSupport Right the problem is with the sim. In my opinion, it does securely fit into the base of the 5g hub, there is no 'click' as described in your online video. Apparently the sim has been activated but the hub still says ' no sim inserted'

@ThreeUK Hi 3. Been a loyal customer for 7 years now. However, the 4g signal in Liverpool around the Albert Docks area flats is absolutely shocking. One of the roaming dragon seagulls could transmit more data. Could you attach antennas to them so we can get data coverage
