    Hello @ThreeUKSupport , I was hoping someone might be able to help. Once upon a time three did a Wi-Fi calling app. Sadly I get no signal in my new house. Anything I can do via three to improve. My device is a Google Pixel 2.

    @craigcavyleader @ThreeUK This happened to me last year, I ended up paying for an additional service that I didn't ask for and they refused to refund me, the customer service is absolutely awful.

    @ThreeUKSupport Hi, I haven’t been able to log in to my account on the app or website all weekend. Keeps saying my password is incorrect when it isn’t and hasn’t been changed. Can you help please? So tempted to leave 3, constant problems.

    @ThreeUKSupport Thanks for the reply but what we needed was a decent sales person. Never mind, we’ll just buy it direct from @Apple and change all our mobiles over to @EE and do it that way.

    @ThreeUKSupport Yes I have. I clicked it about 10 times and I still have no email, getting extremely frustrated. I even went into the store to talk to someone yesterday and he didn’t help and said it was just because the website was under maintenance. I haven’t changed my password at all.

    @ThreeUK what a waste of 20mins calling your customer sales to buy Apple Watch. You would think they would know what mm stand for. Didn’t know anything about product unless they looked it up. Couldn’t transfer me to anyone else. Hard to understand due to accent. One lost customer

    @ThreeUK do you have a complaints telephone number please? Your CS staff have been incredibly poor lately. I am not going call and waste another 30 minutes of my life talking to someone who doesn’t know what THEY are talking about. #three
