    Hello @ThreeUKSupport , I was hoping someone might be able to help. Once upon a time three did a Wi-Fi calling app. Sadly I get no signal in my new house. Anything I can do via three to improve. My device is a Google Pixel 2.

    Warning to anyone who has an account with @ThreeUK to not expect any support in the instance of fraud. Reported that my sim has been cloned and calls had been made on my account without my knowledge. £100s of call charges for calls I haven’t made.

    @ThreeUKSupport mobile broadband in FY16BJ. Full 3G signal. speeds worse and worse over 2 months - today nothing. Please can you find out what is going on

    @ThreeUKSupport our network was down last week and was told it’s due to maintenance in our area that should be done by now but everyday we’ve had either no signal or intermittent. Is work still going on? I work from home so it’s a big inconvenience.

    @ThreeUKSupport So I have no idea whether that has been looked at. Oh and the person I spoke to today suggested I speak to the Ombudsman because it was not possible to contact me while I’m overseas. Utterly ludicrous that that is your proposed resolution.

    @ThreeUKSupport I also just spent ONE HOUR on the phone to your customer service department trying to sort this out which is going to cost me a ridiculous amount of money.

    @ThreeUKSupport 3 chat agents recommended different things. I had already checked them all. They tell you to restart and you lose connection. Terrible service. I will cancel at end of contract in august
