Hello @ThreeUKSupport , I was hoping someone might be able to help. Once upon a time three did a Wi-Fi calling app. Sadly I get no signal in my new house. Anything I can do via three to improve. My device is a Google Pixel 2.

@craigcavyleader @ThreeUK This happened to me last year, I ended up paying for an additional service that I didn't ask for and they refused to refund me, the customer service is absolutely awful.

@virginmedia Once again I am unable to gain access to my account. I have changed passwords numerous occasions! I am DONE with VM. CANCEL. After 27 years of mediocre service and ever rising prices I have gone for @ThreeUK 5G broadband at £10 a month!!!
