Hello @ThreeUKSupport , I was hoping someone might be able to help. Once upon a time three did a Wi-Fi calling app. Sadly I get no signal in my new house. Anything I can do via three to improve. My device is a Google Pixel 2.

@ThreeUKSupport Hi there, having issues getting Snapchat to work on 3 or 4G, every other app is working and so is my browser. Can only get Snapchat to work with WiFi.

@craigcavyleader @ThreeUK This happened to me last year, I ended up paying for an additional service that I didn't ask for and they refused to refund me, the customer service is absolutely awful.

@ThreeUKSupport It’s every time I get in contact with you that you give the same rubbish reply! And nothing ever changes! I work in Cambridge a lot, and have been for 18 years. I have been with 3 for about 4 years, and their is still no fix or date to fix it! Do you think it’s acceptable?
