@pd_langford @ThreeUK 24 bloody months. And it’s been two months. On average, they’ve caused hassle every two weeks, from not doing stuff they said they would to doing stuff they never tell you about to several times outright lying. Gonna go through the contract as I’m sure a good lawyer will sort it.

Seriously @ThreeUK what have you done to your network? On my personal, data only SIM, I get no usable data most of the time (variable locations in SO22 and SO23). But, I have a business MVNO SIM via @aaisp hitting a solid 10/2mbit in the exact same area. What gives?

@ThreeUK Your chat lies and says there is button to 'save transcript' at the end of the chat. There never ever is and when I call them on it they end chat and throw me off. They also lie and say the phone is coming, day after day after day. Why would I engaged with them again?

@ThreeUKSupport a couple of times they changed/reset settings but as I say, this isn't a device issue, this is a network congestion issue. They'd suggested I set the device to automatic mode for 3g/4g, but i only get 1bmps on 4g and 7mbps on 3g, so i have switched it back to 3g only...
