    @pd_langford @ThreeUK 24 bloody months. And it’s been two months. On average, they’ve caused hassle every two weeks, from not doing stuff they said they would to doing stuff they never tell you about to several times outright lying. Gonna go through the contract as I’m sure a good lawyer will sort it.

    @ThreeUKSupport I've just checked my contract and it says Violet. I'm not happy, I specifically said I wanted the S21 and not the + because I wanted a pink phone... Never was Violet mentioned. So after offering me a tablet that I never got, I've been contracted the wrong handset as well 😖
