    @Three_Is_Broken @ThreeUK Usually not too bad around Edinburgh but today when I got over the hill and the phone swapped to an Edinburgh mast it just stopped routing to the internet.

    @ThreeUK When you have to switch to 3G because the 4G is so bad. This network is so poor. 1 month to go thank goodness.

    @ThreeUKSupport I have 4G but the signal is too low in RH10 1UA that i cant even open google or do anything. Is there a problem?

    @ThreeUKSupport Yes but no help to staff on site they didn’t even have a phone number I have to Google it to get it! Yes luckily a guy on the phone sorted but the worst customer service in store!! Not a manager at all she didn’t know anything! Needs looking into! Secret shopper required!!

    @ThreeUKSupport The number stopped working during the failed port process, but has not ported across, and is currently unavailable for more than 24 hr. Cust svc don’t care, and just say to wait 3 more days (incl wkend) - but this is a huge problem due to two-factor authentication.

    @ThreeUKSupport 5g broadband is down again in sg1 6np area... Online status says no issues. Is there a problem?

    @ThreeUKSupport painfully slow 4G router speeds today in BA14......any idea what the issue is and how long until resolved as i can't work at present....0.22mbs download speed 😭
