    @Three_Is_Broken @ThreeUK Usually not too bad around Edinburgh but today when I got over the hill and the phone swapped to an Edinburgh mast it just stopped routing to the internet.

    @ThreeUKSupport I usually charge it on a pad, but just hot a car with android auto. It keeps dropping out and it is random. Tried charging it at my sons, wouldn't charge unless I moved it about. My wife's S9 works fine in the car! But I have read about Port problems with S20.

    @ThreeUKSupport Hi Floyd,I got received your message from trust pilot. my request refunding deposit from three,but Any member of staff,three didn't help . the last time I got answer they said you should proof and I sent all documents to have been provided by three .no response

    @ThreeUK Interesting how easily you let me go as a customer. You only had to get 1 little thing right. Now I wont be using Three and my company staff phones will not be Three.

    @ThreeUKSupport BB deal will be up in July at the end of my 24m contract. I also have a Three phone deal and can confirm that the problem is consistent with the network, not one device. The recent issues have been apparent on moth my 4G connections.

    Nah wtf is wrong with phone companies. @ThreeUK have lost the plot. Customer Service team purposely ignoring calls. Called on another number and they answered straight away. Is it the crack?

    @ThreeUKSupport I went into store and they put me on the phone to the cancellation team and I was told it has been done and confirmed. Which clearly it wasn’t , I’ve been told numerous times they have put in an investigation which has never happened !!! Not happy at all @ThreeUK
