    @Three_Is_Broken @ThreeUK Usually not too bad around Edinburgh but today when I got over the hill and the phone swapped to an Edinburgh mast it just stopped routing to the internet.

    @ThreeUK And with esim you promising to reintroduce „soon” since last year. Luckily in emergency there is satellite emergency system if you have mishap outside few places in country where 3 have good coverage and sufficient network capacity.

    @ThreeUKSupport Iv already reached out MULTIPLE times over the phone, email and your online complaints with NO RECTIFICATION and lies after lies from your customer service reps. Its been on-going for 3 MONTHS and iv already got him a different contract with @O2 and your still trying to charge me

    @ThreeUK been trying for weeks to cancel my daughters phone contract and set her up on her own contract and keep her own number. Told in shop by Sonny the assistant it wouldn’t be a problem!!! Weeks later after talking to online help and going into the shop incidentally they are

    @ThreeUKSupport It says that my sim does not allow connection to the network. I can't get into My3 account as it's trying to send a text with the 6 digit login code, but I can't receive texts. This has happened before so I made a point of speaking to various people at 3 to ensure it was fixed.
