    @ThreeUKSupport She was very rude and blunt and wasn’t willing to over any help. She just kept writing “need to call customer service” we feel like cancelling!

    @ThreeUK It's not only that suddenly second day in a row my mobile data speed drops from 20mb ish to 2-3mb and poor latency...Don't tell me that its a poor signal cause my phone hasn't moved really last 2-3 weeks ;-)

    @ThreeUK Ah, makes sense now. Thought it was just me. Just reverted to WhatsApp so no major problem. Been with Three around 15 years and no issues. Sure it’ll be fixed soon, 👍

    @RastaMou53 @ThreeUK I have only been with them for a month, struggled to switch numbers because they had no people to port over numbers, call quality is not great but thank god for WiFi calling & now this?? Only 11 months to go. Then again my contract is cheap but should not be having these issues!

    @ThreeUKSupport You're website said yesterday and this morning that you were aware of a issue and was working on it. My phone and router now pick up a 4g signal now so it must be fixed now. Thanks anyway.

    So I got slapped with a bill payment from @ThreeUK after I cancelled my contract in 2017 when my contract ended and then they still TOOK MONEY FROM ME BECAUSE THEY NEGLECTED TO TERMINATE THE CONTRACT WHEN I WENT IN AND ASKED AND THEY SAID THEY WOULD
