    @Three_Is_Broken @ThreeUK Usually not too bad around Edinburgh but today when I got over the hill and the phone swapped to an Edinburgh mast it just stopped routing to the internet.

    @bt_uk you guys are really rubbish (being polite). After moving house over a month ago I still don't have Internet and now offered 23rd December... Helpful for someone who lives with a person who is at risk... What do I need to do to get bloody broadband! @ThreeUK can you help?

    @ThreeUKSupport Issues continue with very poor data speeds despite having 4G and full bars. When will you sort this out as I haven’t been with reliable broadband for over a week, nearly 2. Works fine elsewhere except at home.
