    @ThreeUK @ThreeUKSupport Please help. I'm 14 months into a 24 month contract. I've put up with no signal in my house all this time, but it's just so inconvenient. I'm not in a remote area, I'm in Stevenage. Why such a feeble signal?

    @RozaDimkaRegan @ThreeUK In spite of @ThreeUK 's repeated and vague assurances, I still only get one bar of signal. I think it's time for legal action/ombudsman as I am nowhere even near getting what I pay for.

    @ThreeUKSupport And FYI, I've done over 30 webchats about this Only the PAYG team overseas can help and they closed my case when I asked for the ADR. @ThreeUK put my number on someone else's phone! Not good for when you're getting work calls and work in urgent care!

    .@ThreeUKSupport Neighbour on Virgin getting refund for the month. Three hasn't even explained why there are still issues. "Hello, we're planning work this week. We’re sorry if you experience any network disruption, we really hope you won’t. We expect to finish by 20/10/20."
