@Three_Is_Broken @ThreeUK Usually not too bad around Edinburgh but today when I got over the hill and the phone swapped to an Edinburgh mast it just stopped routing to the internet.

*According to @ThreeUKSupport, pdfs will only attach themselves to emails “about two hours” after the email lands in their inbox. Also advised it’s best to repeatedly send the same email (in morning, afternoon and evening) to ensure swift response. Great service!

I've had no internet ALL DAY so I've been unable to work and seeing as I'm self employed I've just lost an entire day of earnings thanks to @ThreeUKSupport. Your website says you're making upgrades but I received no notification or letter to say my internet would be down today

Broken phone. @Apple want to charge over £350 for repair - fine, I speak to the contract company @ThreeUK want me to pay for it up front to be reimburssed - becuase I obviously have that money lying around. This is going to be a great last six months of my contract

@ThreeUKSupport The PDF was a whopping 47kb. Your colleague told me the problem was that it was a pdf and that they only show two hours after the email arrives. The email told me to call contact customer services to resolve the matter. Customer services told me to email again
