    @ThreeUKSupport Three says they don't option so cancel the order and do new one near by store. i am not sure is this is the customer friendly. even the mobile contracts are not good as compared to my old service provider. i want to keep everything one umbrella. not sure it is right?

    @ThreeUKSupport Gave me a broken phone and the manager Anna refused to speak to me and trying to send me to another store even though I got all my things from grosvenor Northampton! Refused to send back or help just send speak to someone online! Had to phone in store who helped

    @ThreeUKSupport Yes but no help to staff on site they didn’t even have a phone number I have to Google it to get it! Yes luckily a guy on the phone sorted but the worst customer service in store!! Not a manager at all she didn’t know anything! Needs looking into! Secret shopper required!!

    @ThreeUKSupport my march bill was waived and my promise to pay removed, my bill set to 0 bevause threes payment gateway didn't register my payment. This has still not yet been done. My bill shows 37 to pay. I cannot recommend anybody go with 3 mobile. Horrific service. Fraud.
