  • beaton_bruce Bruce J Beaton (@beaton_bruce) reported from Queensferry, Scotland

@CarDealerEd @vertumotors Great interview. Been stuck all day with 10% wifi then @ThreeUK went down! Now catching up. The reason I invest in VTU is Robert. It's like buying £10💷 notes for £6.80 at the moment. A dividend would be nice but sure VTU will double up next year as a goodwill gesture

  • AlexLamond1 Alex (@AlexLamond1) reported from Edinburgh, Scotland

In other words, we’re in for a long one. Having to do a Zoom call this morning on the ropey @ThreeUK 4G network was not fun...

  • frvic93 frvic93 (@frvic93) reported from Edinburgh, Scotland

@ThreeUKSupport Thank you, but it's OK, I don't really need to use it at home. Just wanted to make you aware the network is struggling around these parts

  • Alfiedog9 Alfiedog (@Alfiedog9) reported from Edinburgh, Scotland

@ThreeUKSupport This doesn’t address any of the issues raised by the Swiss. Sorry. You know the risks but you’re only interested in £$€. The problem is, your greed is my risk.

  • Quietbiglad Ian 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁳󠁣󠁴󠁿 (@Quietbiglad) reported from Milnathort, Scotland

@ThreeUKSupport Very poor effort from your support team, trying to sell upgrades, 'no notes' and very dismissive. Certainly wont be recommending your company to anybody

  • ninjascotsman Winston Smith (@ninjascotsman) reported from Edinburgh, Scotland

@ThreeUK You can't even deliver 4g in Edinburgh city centre £20 a month can't even get signal to make call

  • CraigEdward_ Craig Edward (@CraigEdward_) reported from Edinburgh, Scotland

@ThreeUKSupport It’s been the entire week. Even on 3G it’s very patchy and doesn’t really work despite there apparently being signal. When I load WhatsApp it can take up to 10-15 mins to connect. This is my work postcode. It’s the Scottish Government’s Victoria Quay building.

  • davidgrierson70 le_deej (@davidgrierson70) reported from Edinburgh, Scotland

@ThreeUKSupport Thanks for the reply. Managed to get some online chat support this morning and it turns out my number has been ported to another network. I don't know why.

  • racheljryan Rachel (@racheljryan) reported from Edinburgh, Scotland

@ThreeUKSupport Hi, I've had no mobile data signal since yesterday lunchtime. EH11. Any known problems? This is getting old v quickly.

  • Alfiedog9 Alfiedog (@Alfiedog9) reported from Edinburgh, Scotland

@ThreeUK @ThreeUKSupport The reason 5th Generation (5G) technology is dangerous is because its signal is RF Radiation. There are hundreds of peer reviewed scientific studies linking RF Radiation to DNA damage and cancer (see Scientific Studies).

3 (Three) Issues Reports

Latest outage, problems and issue reports in social media:

  • blue_angel1968 Angi George (@blue_angel1968) reported

@ThreeUK Shocking network....stuck without a signal while waiting for a phone call from the hospital about my dad...signal in parts of St Helens is dreadful....can't wait to end my agreement with you

  • agent_outside Outside Agent (@agent_outside) reported

@Carlo14601 @ThreeUK Think the point is that what should be private numbers are now accessible to individuals who really shouldn't have those personal phone numbers, this wouldn't of occurred without this issue... doubt they have purposefully sabotaged themselves but it's still an issue on their end

  • matsco534 matthew (@matsco534) reported

@ThreeUKSupport @bonez1982 The issue is a data breach

  • meatntater Mike P (@meatntater) reported

@trainfanmatt @ThreeUK I must agree, and I’m not a great fan of the screeching public; however, 3 supply a service that customers pay for…therefore, surely the customers must be allowed to complain if that service doesn’t meet the expectations of those customers?

  • katdehtech Kit (@katdehtech) reported

@ShaunSandx @ThreeUKSupport @courtni_wilson Yeah no **** it's definitely a breach. Also the latency with actually connecting calls? That definitely shows signs of server impact so 3 is definitely not telling us the correct info. You been getting extremely delayed calls? Like my dad called me but one min later it came thru

  • a_nation_again 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁳󠁣󠁴󠁿#IndependenceIsNormal🏴󠁧󠁢󠁳󠁣󠁴󠁿 (@a_nation_again) reported

    @ThreeUKSupport It's never good, it's not temporary

  • chriswb Chris Ball (@chriswb) reported

All sorts of problems with @ThreeUKSupport this evening.

  • StuartR69254283 Stuart Richardson 🍻 (@StuartR69254283) reported

@motorolaUK It's okay it was a fault with the @ThreeUK network and it was just coincidence I had just had an android update. Thanks for replying

  • paulmai Paul Maidment (@paulmai) reported

@trainfanmatt @ThreeUK I think the concern is that this incident has signs that make it look like there was a data breach. This may, or may not have happened. If it did, there are consequences for those affected. Three should be sensitive to this and provide a clear narrative on what has happened.

  • pax681 Pax (@pax681) reported

@dazj72 @ThreeUK Darren Jones - Get a grip you whining, entitled *****! Big whoop, a tech company has technical issues. All Tech companies have issues. They will fix it in good time as is normal. You however can't be fixed and will always be a whining, entitled, *******.
