David Taylor (@gm8arv) reported from Edinburgh, Scotland@ThreeUKSupport Kirsty, I have neither three phone, nor a three home service. I have an iPad with a 200 MB/month SIM, and I would like to check the usage. With Wi-Fi disabled, mobile data enabled 192.168.0.1 just times out. You are apparently sending a text to my iPad, which cannot receive it

Stephanie Ashford (@steph_ashford) reported from Edinburgh, Scotland@ThreeUKSupport It's not my phone, it's the WiFi. I've rebooted the router multiple times this morning & if I'm lucky I'll connect for 20-30mins, then it's gone again. This god awful home WiFi is the worst thing I've ever experienced and will be why I leave you when my contract is up.
-
Stephanie Ashford (@steph_ashford) reported from Edinburgh, Scotland@ThreeUKSupport I've also tried turning the phone off and on and switching to airplane mode and back. Having no issues across town at my work, so know it's not the phone.
-
Scott Campbell (@Scottc79) reported from Edinburgh, Scotland@ThreeUK @ThreeUKSupport Have just spent the most hofficially infuriating few minutes of my life trying to string together a conversation with some absolute moron in your joke of a call centre. Jon (@JonInEdinburgh) reported from Edinburgh, Scotland@Nate_Brady @ThreeUKSupport Will do. It does seem to new customers who are having the same issue. I only joined on Thursday. I’ve uninstalled the app for now and will try downloading it again in a few days. I don’t have much faith it’ll work though!
-
Stephanie Ashford (@steph_ashford) reported from Edinburgh, Scotland@ThreeUKSupport Hello. I have an ongoing router issue & spoken with someone on the phone, who's running tests & getting back to me next week. Now I'm getting an APN connection error, have zero WiFi in EH11 2NQ & the system thinks I've not paid my bill, which was taken on 2 Nov.
-

Can't do this until 2021 so Three better improve or provide a reduced bill for a service am not getting.

Mbappe's 1️⃣ hater (@SoundWavePapi) reportedThank you @LycamobileUK for providing the very basic level service I have paid for that @iD_Mobile_UK (and @ThreeUK; anyone affiliated to Three mobile network you will know exactly what I am on about) have failed and continue to fail to serve
-
Alex 💪 (@awpthorp) reported@robj3d3 @ThreeUK Doesn’t sound right. I was with three for 5 years whilst abroad. Now I’m with EE and no issues.
-
Jon ✨💫 (@jle2386) reported@robj3d3 @MatthewFoxAF @ThreeUK You need to leave it active. Next time buy a cheap phone (not smart phone) plug it in and leave it activate. All networks do this it's not new. Since you didn't have it in s phone the network didn't pick up a signal so it automatically thinks its inactive.
-
delwyn hawkins (@desmoderby) reported@ThreeUK Really pi**ed today. Buy European roaming as an extension to our contact with you. Approaching Verona no signal for 90min which meant no navigation around 2 serious accidents. Fortunately we have driven to where we were going in Verona before. Nowhere good enough.
-
