    When you contact @ThreeUK for a refund in April & they tell you it’s proceed. We are now nearly in July and I haven’t received anything. Contact them this morning and can’t access my account so I’m therefore asked to email or send a letter in the post. Shocking customer service.

    @pd_langford @ThreeUK 24 bloody months. And it’s been two months. On average, they’ve caused hassle every two weeks, from not doing stuff they said they would to doing stuff they never tell you about to several times outright lying. Gonna go through the contract as I’m sure a good lawyer will sort it.

    @ThreeUKSupport sorted it we booked a repair but strangely enough it was the repair company's guidance that fixed it , remove sin and sd card tray, it was a faulty sd card. Samsung didn't have any steps to do that in there support :D lucky simple solution, deposit charge for repair refunded

    Having a nightmare of an experience porting my number from one @ThreeUK contract to another @ThreeUK contract. Can't receive calls or SMS after 24 hours. Therefore cannot log in to some things I haven't changed to use 'real' 2fa yet (and things that don't support real 2fa)

    @ThreeUKSupport Its been this way for 12 months I've been through this rigmarole many times. Postcode checks reveal no works in the area and you say there's full coverage I can't even make a call inside my home. I have 7 contracts with 3. Never spending another penny after these are up

    @ThreeUK please fix the very poor signal connection at PO20 0LB. Its not fair im trying to watch the WEVERSE live of my future. Park Jimin and it gets cut off due to the bad connection at PO20 0LB its disappointing, frustrating, extremely annoying. Plz fix. Keep your promise

    @ThreeUKSupport When I originally put it in the broadband dongle some broken text messages did appear on that. Nothing I could see as a phone number, just some stuff about a three app. I've reset it since to try and resolve this. Would it have been in those?

    @ThreeUK You are spending money on sponsorship deals, instead of spending money in sorting the network issues in ML5 area that has not be working for a few months. Your network is falling apart, with EE overtaking you and resolving issues promptly

    @48Ireland @ThreeUK Please help with number porting.. 48 is unable to port my Three number as they lack proper techical staff. My number 0831419492 is currently suspended and I am unable to use Three and neither can I use 48 because they are unable to resolve technical issue
