When you contact @ThreeUK for a refund in April & they tell you it’s proceed. We are now nearly in July and I haven’t received anything. Contact them this morning and can’t access my account so I’m therefore asked to email or send a letter in the post. Shocking customer service.

@pd_langford @ThreeUK 24 bloody months. And it’s been two months. On average, they’ve caused hassle every two weeks, from not doing stuff they said they would to doing stuff they never tell you about to several times outright lying. Gonna go through the contract as I’m sure a good lawyer will sort it.

@craigcavyleader @ThreeUK This happened to me last year, I ended up paying for an additional service that I didn't ask for and they refused to refund me, the customer service is absolutely awful.

@ThreeUKSupport Your network has deteriorated badly since last March. I have reported several deteriorations in service - to the 1am to 4am internet link from September onward. As soon as I reported this. 24/7 internet blocks became standard!

@ThreeUK Horrible experience during the past 2 days. My data is slow and rubbish. I worked in a 3 different countries and this is the worst service ever. Horrible customer service experience. My first task tomorrow morning is to get rid of this contract and find a convenient other option

@ThreeUKSupport On a telephone call-cut off 3 times-I was told the contract will cease with immediate effect from the date so find a reliable network. Vodaphone via Lebara is only marginally more reliable. O2 is better than both. Three is unusable for 11/12 hours.

@ThreeUKSupport Another Three customer just 2days ago, attempted download of a utility app. First to their android mobile (which spent 10 minutes in cycle mode) then to their Surface pad -which also got lost in cycle mode & could not load the app. Three is unfit for purpose!
