When you contact @ThreeUK for a refund in April & they tell you it’s proceed. We are now nearly in July and I haven’t received anything. Contact them this morning and can’t access my account so I’m therefore asked to email or send a letter in the post. Shocking customer service.

@pd_langford @ThreeUK 24 bloody months. And it’s been two months. On average, they’ve caused hassle every two weeks, from not doing stuff they said they would to doing stuff they never tell you about to several times outright lying. Gonna go through the contract as I’m sure a good lawyer will sort it.

Hey @ThreeUK - your signal in Newquay (TR7) is currently so poor, I can't even get onto your website to complain about it. Could someone look into it? It's impacting other family members (inc those on the Smarty network) so must a wider issue with your network. Cheers

@ThreeUK morning, the past couple of days I've had scam calls from numbers on your network (I'm also on Three and the numbers are very similar to my own), the scam isn't very sophisticated and is badly executed, but I reported the numbers to 7762. Is there anymore I can do?
