@pd_langford @ThreeUK 24 bloody months. And it’s been two months. On average, they’ve caused hassle every two weeks, from not doing stuff they said they would to doing stuff they never tell you about to several times outright lying. Gonna go through the contract as I’m sure a good lawyer will sort it.

When you contact @ThreeUK for a refund in April & they tell you it’s proceed. We are now nearly in July and I haven’t received anything. Contact them this morning and can’t access my account so I’m therefore asked to email or send a letter in the post. Shocking customer service.

@ThreeUKSupport The tariff I'm on is better than I had before, it's fine, but I don't feel like it's entirely ethical to offer a tariff and put a customer on a different one without any explanation. Why not just offer the actual tariff I signed up for? Or at least provide a breakdown.
