    @ThreeUK wtf is going on with your signal.. I’ve gone from being able to stream to being able to do F..all. This is an absolute joke.. signals got worse over the last month.. think it’s time to change suppliers

    @ThreeUKSupport A full factory reset of the router fixed it — but now I’m confused about the “Advanced Tools” reference made by your advisor, along with his comment of a week long outage, when clearly there wasn’t one. Really poor service, which warrants a review please.

    @ThreeUKSupport Hi, keep trying sim activation for a replacement sim. keep getting presented with :"Please try again. We seem to be having some technical problems. Please try again later." Any estimated time for resolution?

    @ThreeUKSupport Thanks for all your help again today. I can connect to 4G and have around 3/4 bars of signal for Wind and Vodafone but sadly it doesn’t work! :(

    @ThreeUKSupport I rang at 10AM today. The advisor stated he had checked “Advanced Tools” available to him. He also could not explain why I couldn’t access the Huawei router administrative panel at 192.168.8.1 despite this not needing an internet connection. Can you help please?

    Anyone else on @ThreeUK and having continues issues with 4G? I pay so much a month and can hardly use my phone due to not having signal or conection, luckily my contract is up at the end of the year so will be looking to move. Any recommendations on a new provider?

    @ThreeUK @ThreeUKSupport Really disappointed with mobile data signal quality over the last week or so. Surprisingly London city centre was poor and around Brixham, SW England poor too.

    Fot replacement SIM card from @ThreeUK on Saturday. Been trying to connect it since Sunday 11pm with no luck. Rang customer service at 8am. Apparently SIM needs to be activated before it can be connected to the network! Will take 2 hours which isn't good service from @ThreeUK
