@ThreeUKSupport please get your network fixed. Having down time like this with 0 mention of it via and update I'll be leaving mid way through contract! Just as I did twice with EE! Ask them if they managed to win a case trying to get the rest of their funds!

I’m wondering what the point of having a phone contract with @ThreeUK is as they don’t seem to be able to provide any signal in the RG20 area. In the past it was ok but ever since they trialled the emergency messaging it’s been awful.

@ThreeUK I bought a phone from you and wasn’t happy with the signal in my area and I returned the phone within 14 days. 10 months later, after numerous phone calls and live chats I have debt collectors asking for £1300. I have proof of live chats and promises from your customer

@ThreeUK so AGAIN poor data connection in the bn150bs area, had to switch my primary data over to @O2 on my iPhone 12 Pro just to get anywhere. Why does this keep happening with 3 when it’s perfect with #02 ?

service staff that this issue will be resolved, to no avail. There is nothing left that I can do, this has caused me more stress than it’s worth. And unless it’s resolved in the next 2 weeks I will be seeking legal advice. @ThreeUK
