    @ThreeUKSupport Hi Katherine, I have been a loyal customer for years and never usually have issues. Except when I upgraded to the iPhone XR last July. Since then, my network issues have been consistent. I usually have two bars max and rely on home or work WiFi. I reported the following:-

    @ThreeUKSupport then this offer was downgraded to £10 off my bill by a three rep without empathy and poor listening skills. -have had to explain my issues at least 10-15 times and each time I get taken through the same steps. - have been told on four occasions the ‘back end team will call me’.

    @ThreeUKSupport I have a new PAYG nano sim activated , But In my phone settings about phone ,and sim status ,it shows as phone number unknown , will i have any problems with calls ,do i have to fix this, or will the sim and calls be OK leaving at it is
