    @ThreeUK wtf is going on with your signal.. I’ve gone from being able to stream to being able to do F..all. This is an absolute joke.. signals got worse over the last month.. think it’s time to change suppliers

    @ThreeUK You do a hard credit check when you buy despite payment is upfront. Then report to credit agencies you’ve opened a new account but don’t mention the low value. Result. My credit score plunders down.

    @ThreeUK why are you not issuing new eSIMs? Looking to upgrade phones in the near future and need an eSIM, but you're one of the few networks who don't offer them. Long time Three customer who will have to leave for another network.

    Ending go roam free was annoying but at least I got grandfathered in. Now @ThreeUK is telling me I have 30 days to find a new contract. Or pay more than double for my same plan sans the go roam. Worst service, it was the only thing going for you. So bye!

    @ThreeUKSupport called up to renew my contract again in line with my partners and quoted £10+ more per month than hers for the exact same contract. So now on a much cheaper SIM only deal. Basically down-sold by the sales agent, pretty poor.
