@ThreeUKSupport I had my data service upgraded on the 24th Sept to unlimited from 100gb. 4 calls to support have failed to reconnect me to Netflix and Deezer, both of which I pay a subscription to and cannot use due to 3. How can I progress this?

@ThreeUKSupport No worries now. Turns out my wife got through and was told that there are issues, they will not be fixed, it’s as good as it gets, local shop have had many complaints, exit fee waived as it’s so bad. 5 friends now changing their network too.

@ThreeUKSupport I’ve already got my pac and joined @EE. Done with your network. I’ve filed a complaint and intend to take beyond with the ombudsman. Your network has been the worst for ages and shoddy practices like this only solidifies it. More fool me for staying for so long.
