@ThreeUKSupport No luck I’m afraid. Plus iPhone 13 doesn’t have an option to use 3G only. Anything else you can do? Having to hot spot on my wife’s @giffgaff service…

@ThreeUKSupport It was a broadband hub and nope they took it and said I didn't need anything as customer support confirmed I could take it back to the branch I collected it from. It's so frustrating

Over the last 2 days I’ve dealt with the customer service teams at 3 telecoms companies. @VodafoneUK @virginmedia & @ThreeUKSupport They were all utterly awful experiences involving being transferred multiple times, put on hold for ages, and at times ignored & lied to

@john_actuary @SteveFifield3 @ThreeUK BT (runs on EE network) still have free roaming in Europe, though they are encouraging customers at renewal on to EE (who don't).

@john_actuary @rmappleby @ThreeUK Plusnet is cheap and very good - 15gb for £10, one month contract and free roaming (not sure if it's worldwide, but certainly Europe). And it's on EE network so pretty good coverage. But they do screw you if you go over data limit.

@ThreeUKSupport remind me why I’m spending £40 per month with you when your service is diabolical!? 🙃🥺😩

@ThreeUKSupport When you call the customer support line, 0333 3381034 there is a message saying you cannot respond due to the pandemic. Totally lame excuse. Pretty much sums up the appalling service I’m currently receiving

Hey @ThreeUKSupport - what’s happened to your Signal in #Durham over the last couple of months. It has bombed. Shocking signal. 4G basically does nothing. Have to rely on Wi-Fi in businesses. Can you look into it? (Not a phone issue)
