@ThreeUK @ThreeUKSupport Between telephone department telling me "the next 7 days" for the last 15, and the social media people telling me there's "no fix date" I must wonder how @ThreeUK communicates with it's own network engineers. Do they send postcards back and fourth? Carrier pigeons?

@neil_stothard @ThreeUK I left for this reason. Was a customer for over 10 years and call quality turned horrendous in the last couple of years. Had to revert to calling via WhatsApp when possible

@ThreeUKSupport What planned work ? You have never advised us - the only message was that you were taking away the 3G signal box as it wasn’t required anymore - quite ironic really…… we can just about get a signal on 3G and 4G

@ThreeUKSupport I got mugged and attacked 3 weeks ago. I contacted you to bar my phone so I could claim a new one as they stole my phone. Contacted you 5 times since then and no solution to a easy problem. Clearly you don’t care about your customers.
