@ThreeUKSupport I've spent over 10 hours on the phone to incompetent liars on 333 and a good few to the online chat over the last 4 weeks. I've also taken 2 days off for a phone that's never been delivered and waited on call backs that have never happened. Is that not perseverance?

@ThreeUKSupport Nothing to do with my postcode or the phone itself. Its a sim only contract and while travelling around its VERY poor.

@ThreeUKSupport Thanks but that is a support page but not a contact method . I would call but I don’t have a spare century . How about social media webchat (not the main useless webchat ) , will they be able to help ? Thanks

@ThreeUKSupport Ok I’ll try but not sure what alternative soloution they can provide. If a manager in a complaints department can’t help not sure a chat room will but I’ll give that a go

So you have recalculated my bill and found no errors @ThreeUKSupport?? Not telling me you were going to charge for delivery reports is an error!!

@ThreeUK I’ve been on to your broadband people for the last 30 minutes trying to change my iPad contract. I was finally being able to speak to someone and it cut out. Is there anyway I can get straight through to someone who can help me without going through all the phone options
