    @ThreeUKSupport No luck I’m afraid. Plus iPhone 13 doesn’t have an option to use 3G only. Anything else you can do? Having to hot spot on my wife’s @giffgaff service…

    @ThreeUKSupport @ThreeUK hi someone from three rang me today asking if I had requested an upgrade and I said no - they said someone had on my account but they’d cancel it. Now I’ve just had an email saying it’ll be delivered tomorrow. I did NOT order this. Please help.

    @kattyork @EE @ThreeUK 3 are absolutely useless. I’ve had plenty of issues over the last year and have eventually taken them to the ombudsman, I won my case and are going to leave them as soon as my compo has run out!

    @ThreeUKSupport This is not customer service stop asking me questions and go and do whatever work you need to be able to answer those questions yourself, your the one with the database this is so unhelpful DONT USE THREE THEY ARE WILLINGLY ROBBING CUSTOMER

    @ThreeUKSupport never dealt with such consistent incompetence from and organisation honestly, no I’ve been given no reason for why three would think it was ok to rob thier customer, makes 0 sense, you’d be interested in finding out? Kmt WELL I’m interested in getting my money back joke ppl
