    Hi @ThreeUKSupport. Service in PH16 5EL really poor. I have home broadband and my mobile phone, getting nothing from either. Preventing me from working. Can you help? Thanks

    @ThreeUKSupport No luck I’m afraid. Plus iPhone 13 doesn’t have an option to use 3G only. Anything else you can do? Having to hot spot on my wife’s @giffgaff service…

    Hey, @ThreeUK why are you sending me a message saying that you will charge my account in an hour for roaming WHEN I AM BACK IN THE UK?? Such bad UX...do I need to call you to cancel? Because the link doesn't lead anywhere useful!!!!!!!!

    @ThreeUK Your service for months now has been shockingly bad My internet cuts out constantly even tho my WiFi box is working & I do what is suggested turning it off & on 🙄it takes me half an hour to simply post something or reload a webpage. Absolutely ridiculous 'service' 💀

    @ThreeUK I’ve purchased a mobile broadband hub, the service is shocking, how am I supposed to work from home when it is so unreliable, what a waste of money.

    @ThreeUK if you’re running out of data (Wi-Fi is down at home so using it quickly) how do I buy more? Been sent a link by text but can’t see how to do it there, only how to top up credit or buy a new sim etc?

    @ThreeUKSupport Your website is broken and took me several hours to work out how to top up using it. Once topped up I cannot make calls, text or use internet, how do I go about getting a refund and moving my SIM away from @ThreeUK ?
