    @ThreeUKSupport No luck I’m afraid. Plus iPhone 13 doesn’t have an option to use 3G only. Anything else you can do? Having to hot spot on my wife’s @giffgaff service…

    @Three_Is_Broken @ThreeUKSupport Sorry I've been with Three for almost 5-6 years and I've had really good service. My street has always had bad signal no matter which provider I'm with but Three has been fine in the rest of London.

    @ThreeUK after over 15 years, I have ended my contract! Cutting off my service because of ‘suspicious activity’ without any contact with me first. I disgraceful 4 1/2 days to sort it out.

    I have been told that the PAC should be sent over text and since they weren't able to send the sim, I will not be able to receive the PAC and hence won't be able to cancel the contract and carry over the number! And I am stuck no with a terrible company without service @ThreeUK

    @ThreeUK why is it for weeks now I am unable to get any sort of signal and my phone is always running on 1 bar of signal? I'm having to connect to WiFi at home to even use my phone

    @ThreeUKSupport I no longer get a signal for 5G broadband - which your 'technical department' confirmed - but the useless cancellation team hang up or refuse to cancel the contract.
