    @ThreeUK I did get the alert, but that's nothing compared to the network failure I've experienced since I got this sim. My complaint hasn't changed anything. At this point, I just want out of this heartbreaking contract.

    @ThreeUKSupport I was offered a contract for £8 a month, which is in writing. I have been getting charged £23 for the last 2 or three months. I contacted support who assured me it was fixed weeks ago, but I still just got charged £23.

    @ThreeUK Just left three, had 3 contract phones for 15 years, customer service has become diabolical. Well never go back to them..
