    @ThreeUKSupport No luck I’m afraid. Plus iPhone 13 doesn’t have an option to use 3G only. Anything else you can do? Having to hot spot on my wife’s @giffgaff service…

Upgraded to Pixel 6 based on the fact I'd be getting a new laptop for free as part of the deal but never explained clearly to me on how to claim. Managed to claim it today after 3 weeks + many frustrating calls with your call centre

    @ThreeUK You charged me the maximum on data roaming within 5mins even though I have unlimited data. Your chat team admitted it was a mistake and promised to fix it, but now I’m blocked from using any data abroad which had screwed me over. Help ASAP.

    I was told almost 4 hours ago that I would receive proof of my contract to my email address in 1 or 2 hours by @ThreeUK Since you're making me pay almost £250 for moving to another country and cancel my contract, I want evidence that my contract started when you said it did.

    Can't wait for my contract with @ThreeUK to end. Had no signal what so ever Monday and friends also on Three was the same. Since then been getting cut off regularly. Just called @ThreeUKSupport to be told to send my phone off to @SamsungUK for repair. Nothing wrong with the phone

    @ianstuartbull @ThreeUKSupport Also in Cwmbran here and having issues to. I called Three up and they said there is no issues in the area and I have to send my phone to Samsung to be repaired. I told him there is no issues with my phone and I have friends in the same area with the same issue. Not listening 2 me
