    @ThreeUKSupport No luck I’m afraid. Plus iPhone 13 doesn’t have an option to use 3G only. Anything else you can do? Having to hot spot on my wife’s @giffgaff service…

    @ThreeUKSupport @ThreeUKSupport well yet another 48 hours have passed and I still have had no PAC code, absolutely disgusting customer service. Lost count of how many times its been promised to me now!

    @ThreeUKSupport No stock issues, just lies , was told today that apparently 1500 handsets had been incorrectly labeled and dispatched then recalled sounds like BS to me have been dealing with complaints team who promised the phone on for mentioned dates then basically got told if not happy leave

    Here's my experience with @ThreeUK. 10 years customer. Finally fed up the website is always broken, phone app is s**t. After days I can't use the phone I move to other provider. They tell me twice they will refund my credit. Except they won't. Want a Xmas gift? Avoid three. yw

    @ThreeUKSupport It's not my device that's the problem...when the signal is working my device works fine. It's been working all day but now...6pm..it's stopped working again. Hardly any download speed at all. My postcode is NE650HF. All weekend your engineers were working in the mast.

    @ThreeUKSupport PLEASE can you get someone who is technical to call me back. I have now been hung up on twice, when speaking to the technical support department about an issue I am having with IP addresses.

    @ThreeUKSupport You guys have tried to charge me an upgrade fee even though I haven't upgraded. I cancelled the direct debit now you're threatening to cut my service. Spoke to 6 people over a week and I'm still no closer to sorting this out. It's getting silly now.

    @Ofcom can you point me in the direction for advice? I requested a PAC code from @ThreeUK 10 days ago. Every 48 hours since then I've been told I need to wait another 48 hours. I don't think I'm going to ever get the code, please help?!

    @ThreeUK The worst network provider ever. Very Incompetent, rude agents who do not have a clue on what is going on half of the time. You guys have left me without a phone and sim card for the festive period and none of your agents are able to tell me exactly what is gong on.
