    @ThreeUKSupport No luck I’m afraid. Plus iPhone 13 doesn’t have an option to use 3G only. Anything else you can do? Having to hot spot on my wife’s @giffgaff service…

    @ThreeUKSupport Hi, it’s a ZTE 5G router. They have refused to accept that the router is faulty. I’ve asked for a replacement router to be sent but the answer is no. The contract needs to be cancelled now without a cancellation fee. I’ve already paid for at least 2 months with no service.

    @O2 Further More @ThreeUK can do this in a matter of minutes and their support team don’t even speak English 😮😮 @O2 just give up … rubbish network and **** service

    @ThreeUKSupport My personal theory is that nothing is happening and the site is not working correctly. Let's see how long I can bear it before giving up. I'll be looking for a new provider ASAP. This is ridiculous. I topped up in store last time, and they were having issues!

    @SILV3R @ThreeUK Might switch. I feel all companies want to reward new customers these days (to draw them in) when the onus should be on looking after your old, long-term customers. But CEOs don’t give a **** when they earn huge bonuses before moving onto their next bank cheque
