@ThreeUK Havent had service in all of skelmersdale for a month.. sooo nope.. not gonna order a phone when you take 2 line payments and cant even provide my service. Been without internet for a month. Had to buy a 4g ee pay and go sim just to get online. Thanks @ThreeUK

@ThreeUK Customer Service is trash tried to transfer a number from EE nearly a week and nothing now I am being told it never was requested, well we received a message from you to say it was requested. Awful customer service.

@ThreeUK my phone died, I have no access to my esim but your contact center insists I need to login into the website to request a new esim. Impossible given that I cannot receive an OTP. I am abroad and I cannot go to a physical store. Can you help on this?

@ThreeUK over 10 years I’ve been with 3 with 5 different contracts & today I’ve been lied to & ridiculed for 3 hours by 2 so called tech advisors & worst of all the biggest scumbag of a complaints specialist. I will never renew or recommend this company again.
