@ThreeUKSupport No luck I’m afraid. Plus iPhone 13 doesn’t have an option to use 3G only. Anything else you can do? Having to hot spot on my wife’s @giffgaff service…

@ThreeUKSupport phoned up to get my pac code as the internet is poor to be kept on the phone for over 30 minutes talking to India, said I was a loyal customer and the network hasn't been good he could do me a deal then offered me £0.54p off my bill? Just rubbish customer service

@ThreeUKSupport No advice. I said I will cancel with the bank , but that isn't a refusal to pay. Just that you are not helping me cancel the account. Some of it is the system. As your chat system takes that Info as your 1st login attempt. But auto fill did mine.

@ThreeUK sent me a contract I never made with direct debit on my name and correct bank account (not the sort code). I contacted them. 1 h, no solution. Called the day after, got an email. The reply: send docs with picture and they will give me a password and call again. (1
