    @ThreeUKSupport No luck I’m afraid. Plus iPhone 13 doesn’t have an option to use 3G only. Anything else you can do? Having to hot spot on my wife’s @giffgaff service…

    @ThreeUK @ThreeUKSupport I’ve been having internet issues for a while now on my 3 network but never as bad as today. No broadband. None. Restarted my phone 4 times. None. Tried calling your support line and the only DTMF number that worked was the one for checking the balance.

    @ThreeUKSupport Ironically I was disconnected several times due to poor signal and since then have had texts to say my complaint has been ‘resolved’? It absolutely hasn’t. Also, it is SO difficult to try and get somebody to actually talk over the phone with

    @ThreeUK Hi, you promised not to reintroduce roaming charges, yet you did. People would be far better ditching you and moving to a network who have so far kept their promise. @O2

    @ThreeUK so youve forced new contracts and removed "feel at home"? What is your USP now? Nothing? You get crappier and less unique every year. How many days do I have to cancel my contract?

    Erratic string of texts with questionable figures arriving in all 1 go from @ThreeUK yesterday before roaming (in 🇮🇪) stopped working. The account is fine, tried everything! @ThreeUKSupport have been helpful with good CS but there’s still no solution and I can’t work! Help
