Whilst I get that the #emergencyalert was a trial designed to **** out problems, it's worrying that @ThreeUK got it so badly wrong. My trust in the company has gone down, but not much given that the signal is terrible anyway.

  • Delreeve Wendel Reeve (@Delreeve) reported

@ThreeUK I am now dead and my wife as well. Thanks 3 network and no it wasn't the government's fault so don't say we are contacting them about the issue. It was your fault and I'm now dead. Thanks

  • Brannigand Donal Brannigan (@Brannigand) reported

@kejamieson_ @ThreeUK Apparently @ThreeUK had a specific issue. As their settings were different to other networks.

  • kayjay42667866 kay jay (@kayjay42667866) reported

@ThreeUK Could the problem be because I was using wifi for network / calls instead of 4G?

  • Metal_Rebel Metal_ Rebel 〓〓 (@Metal_Rebel) reported

@ThreeUK Sorry but my number is mine and only mine to give out. As a ‘3’ customer I would have expected my mobile provider to protect my number! By the way I disabled mine!

  • MOMXW Rugby Unicorn ✊🏿✊🏾✊🏽 (@MOMXW) reported

@emmapoulton13 @ThreeUK @tescomobile And they are on the O2 network which I'm on and mine was fine. Maybe your emergency notification settings are off?

  • HenryCThomas Henry Thomas (@HenryCThomas) reported

Sad not to have had an emergency alert, @OliverDowden says it could be the sound that saves my life… worried I’m on a list somewhere… @ThreeUK

  • martinimcfli Kate ♿️ (@martinimcfli) reported

@JIX5A @ThreeUK The network needs to send your phone a signal with a notification to check for alerts. Three apparently set it too long, so only the phones actively checking for alerts got it. 90%+ didn’t, because when their phones ‘listened’, the test had ended.

  • Lukepal78112372 Luke palmer (@Lukepal78112372) reported

@ThreeUK So we get no signal just about anywhere, slowest internet going, and now can’t even send out a alert, that’s me finding a new network
