    @ThreeUKSupport UPDATE: Phone can only be delivered 28th Feb, offered two months bill for free (my contract started on the 11th Dec, so two months would take me to the 11th Feb, I would still not have phone also the deal was 6 months half price so only really getting 1 month free) or cancel

    @ThreeUKSupport 3 is down AGAIN... after same yesterday!! How long til it’s back on? I have been a 3 customer for many many years and have 5 contracts with 3 which will soon be with another network if this carries on. We need a reliable network more than ever at the moment 😔

    @ThreeUK @ThreeUKSupport Service Medway Kent abysmal, cannot send or receive text, calls not connecting, signal 1 bar. Service has been terrible for last three months if not longer.

    @ThreeUK @ThreeUKSupport Texts not working again, Managed to get a verification code for one transaction just after 6am this morning but can't get anything now which has F***** several things up.

    @ThreeUK I'm getting an 'error 500 cannot send messages via three network' message and can't send or receive texts yet your website says there is no issues in my area. Are you still experiencing difficulties as per your tweet 22hrs ago?
