@antartica81 @ThreeUK I’m told that its to do with the frequency/length of sound wave. Every network is different and buildings interfere with some more than others. I think EE is particularly bad as I had trouble when I was with them too.

@Paul68958640 @ThreeUK 2/ Three: have you tried using our wi-fi calling service? Me: But I pay you for a mobile service. Are you going to pay towards my broadband bill? Thought not.

@ThreeUKSupport I have been told by your Live Chat people that my SIM would be activated in 48 hours. They've told me this three times, but only after I contact them when it doesn't work. 6 days of it doesn't promote much confidence.

@ThreeUKSupport hi I need to order a replacement SIM for the second phone on my account (my Nan’s). I can’t log in on app or website, neither will let me change the password. Called 333 but went round in circles and couldn’t find a human. Please help!

@ThreeUKSupport Yeah. Seemingly at random, though different across devices, it displays the message something along the lines of “this content is blocked by the network administrator. Please contact the admin”

@antartica81 @ThreeUK It's a lot easier to pretend there isn't a problem, than to sort it out, of course.

@ThreeUKSupport Older ones I think. Is there a support chat or number I can call?

@ThreeUKSupport Looks like it was an intermittent issue, as I now cannot get it to recur. If it happens again, I'll send a screenshot. Thank you kindly for your help. Stay well and take care!

@ThreeUK To add to the constant flow of scam phone calls we now have scam text messages flowing in, these appear to come from MyHermes and request that you pay money to get your non existent delivery redelivered. A very insecure network being run by @ThreeUK @Hermesparcels
