DAVID GREGORY KERR (@grego76525) reported@ThreeUK (Private Message for Three Only) I pre-paid so I don't have to worry about the problem I earlier today when I ran out of data allowance, I just wish that Flickr would not sign me out as it eats into my data allowance

Craig 🧣 (@cmckopite1983) reportedTruly awful company to be with @ThreeUKSupport can't wait to leave.
-
Vocsolo (@Vocsolo) reported@robj3d3 @ThreeUK Also, they cancel it if you’re inactive , so when you do get a physical sim and abroad, make sure to make some phone calls like once a month
-
Martin Seebach (@mseebach) reported@OldLondonW14 @ThreeUK If you want to be sure, get a cheap pre-paid SIM from (a provider on) the network and test it before committing to a plan.
-
xXx (@ImmaStar26) reported@ThreeUK I've been without service for 4 days. Every day since my service stopped, I've contacted support, and each time I've been told to "wait 7 days." If I'm being told that every single day, when exactly are those 7 days supposed to be up?
-
Jon ✨💫 (@jle2386) reported@robj3d3 @MatthewFoxAF @ThreeUK You need to leave it active. Next time buy a cheap phone (not smart phone) plug it in and leave it activate. All networks do this it's not new. Since you didn't have it in s phone the network didn't pick up a signal so it automatically thinks its inactive.

the_bearded_courier 🇬🇧 🏴 (@bearded_courier) reportedAnd for the previous 22 days you will have charged me £9.88. How on earth does this make any sense what so ever. So now instead of keeping me as a customer I will be moving all four of these plans to another network. Seems 20+ years of loyalty means zip in the world of @ThreeUK

naomi (@ROSS_G3LL3R) reported@ThreeUK As a young woman travelling abroad not only is this very dangerous but also absolutely disgusting that you think it’s acceptable to treat customers this way just to make more money! Sort it out @ThreeUK
-
Steve Blair (@UniversalExile) reported@AdamBat92308251 @three @ThreeUK Yes, sorry to hear that, Adam, that’s awful.
