@ThreeUK - Four weeks without a working phone, countless webchats, calls, engineers visit, visits to stores - now faced with a further wait until 13 September for a 2nd We-Fix engineer visit. Beyond shocking. If you have any kind of Customer Service/Care would appreciate a call.

@ThreeUKSupport Currently in Romania and roaming has stopped working. Was fine during the last 10 days. Shutdown my phone twice and unable to register with any local network.

@ThreeUKSupport Hi Laura.....Nope. Restarted everything. Signal is utter crap. Im guessing you have way too much traffic in this area resulting in a crap signal for customers. This service is not good enough. Do @ThreeUK #Threeuk intend doing anything about it?

@CurlyTazzi @ThreeUK They were charging me for a contract I didn’t use for years. After approaching them they reimbursed me & apologised. At first they did argue, I escalated it. You should see if they can reimburse you if you’ve had such poor signal; your services hasnt been fit for purpose.

@ThreeUKSupport Shouldn’t be a local network issue if all operators are affected. Trust in your roaming setup reliability seriously questionable I had issue on my previous trip in NL with registration / routing dropping. Also kids on other operator been roaming no problem.
