    @ThreeUK Any idea if there's an outage in Galashiels, Scottish Borders. When I don't have WiFi I can't access any apps that are online - any idea why!? I can still text and call. #help

    @ThreeUKSupport Also what do you do when the complaints person doesnt look at the full notes? - So i told them to close complaint without resolution &i am leavng as NOONE can answer me the simple question - if i arrange a deal, can notes go on account to allow me to go in store & collect phone!

    @ThreeUKSupport Other networks allow this, so why not three?? - I am so fed up with the recent poor customer service and misinformation given - not evening going into the deals offered, accepted and then removed - just a complete failure on three's part

    @ThreeUKSupport I did and got conflicting information - raised a complaint which was closed without resolution so after 14 yrs with 3 I’m looking else where.

    @LFCmike_ @ThreeUK That may be a factor. Mostly down to poor service and badly instructed customer service - 'tell them it's fine and keep them in their contracts' - along those lines. Strongly suspect signal throttling going on.

    @ThreeUK I've got really slow speeds (basically not usable at all) on my mobile broadband since 14th April 2022. No improvement over 24 hours. Tried resetting etc already numerous times!
