    @stevelitchfield @Three_Is_Broken @ThreeUKSupport That’s weird. Because every time in’s complained but your signal being non-existent in Leeds I get told ‘don’t worry! 5G is coming soon and it’ll be amazing!’ Sounds like I was right to be sceptical. Worst network is ever had.

    @dogpat65 @ThreeUKSupport Agreed! Worst mobile service ever. Can’t even make a phone call or send a text. Thank you @Barclaycard for the free WiFi. Lifesaver.

    @ThreeUKSupport Yes. It's connected to the 3 network but we still await the text or texts to get her started. Until we know her new number we can't do anything.

    @ThreeUKSupport I bought a Pay-as-you-go sim card and £10 credit for my elderly mother today just after midday and am still waiting for the text confirming her new number. This seems wrong, would you agree? Or are you always this slow?

    I don't know if it's a @ThreeUKSupport or an @iD_Mobile_UK issue but I recently moved from three to Id mobile. Bought a new phone and swapped my number. I'm still using the old phone around the house for music etc with my old now deactivated 3sim in but I recently... 1/?

    @ThreeUKSupport Once the store reopened, we did get a new SIM from them but it never worked or it couldn't get registered on the network. Seemingly there have been SIMs sent (we never received) & cause they were seemingly registered to the phone they couldn't register the new ones. A nightmare.
