@ThreeUK Well maybe you guys should review your customer service issues before congratulating yourselves! The amount of complaints I’ve had about 3 and the shoddy customer service and underhand tactics from their call centres is just beyond a joke!

@ThreeUK what is going on in London SE1? My wifi has been running at a snail’s pace since last week. I can’t participate in video calls, open files - and it’s impacting my job. Your help desk can’t offer any solution other than ‘wait 7 days’. Help or I leave. #southwark #three

@ThreeUKSupport I set up the account years ago and can’t remember the postcode. Even though you have a copy of my passport you can’t help. I’m therefore stuck in this contract forever? (I don’t get bills and can’t get into my online account to see bills due to postcode issue)

@ThreeUKSupport hi guys, I've not used the My3 app for a while. My phone suggested an update, so I tried to login. First authentication step was fine, finger print. Next you sent me an alphanumeric code, to enter on a screen that only allows me to use a numeric keypad. Help!

@ThreeUK are you aware you can't use 123 to access voicemail anymore on mobile as it dials an emergency number (ambulance). Is there a plan to change the voicemail number to one that can be used?
