Still not active and after an hour on the phone I’m told that as my billing date was 2 days ago then the pairing won’t be active till 14/9!

Put the Subtitles On 🇳🇬 (@CEOofDoing2Much) reported@ThreeUKSupport There are huge service dead zones especially when the user is in a building. I don't get service in my gym, local supermarket and often when I'm just walking out and about. I was with O2 until recently and didn't have such issues.

When I said I wasn't interested man kept ringing back in different numbers and swearing down the phone. Presume not your staff but you not sure if outsourced call centre?

mark tilson (@marktilson70) reported@ThreeUKSupport The sim won’t accept incoming calls. Replacement sim installed and still same issue. CS team have been no help and I can’t talk to anyone in the UK to get it resolved. Left with no option but to cancel DD.
