@ThreeUKSupport iPhone 11. Today I had a problem in NW3 1PX. I generally have issues throughout the whole country, this is not an isolated case. I have lost faith in Three completely. My other devices have no issues Virgin (EE), CMlink (EE) or historically with Vodafone and O2.

@fonehouse I bought a sim-only contract from yourselves around Sep/Oct. The network coverage from @ThreeUK is atrocious even though I’m in London. Please can you let me know what options I have? Can a different mobile network buy out my contract? Are there exit fees?

  • ItsMeaney Adam (@ItsMeaney) reported

@ThreeUK not happy. Upgraded my phone online and it turns out to be for an additional contract. Spoken to 3 different advisors about correcting it but your terrible website keeps disconnecting the chat, not only that you can't honour the contract I took out

  • camcanary StewartB (@camcanary) reported

@ThreeUKSupport FWIW, one of my pet hates is when companies make life difficult for customers, blaming their own internal systems. In this case it even results in ‘loyal’ customers getting a worse deal. It looks unprofessional and results in a very poor customer experience.
