@ThreeUKSupport I've been with Three since day one for years. Indian call centre staff very helpful and a great network until recently. This poor signal is unbelievably annoying. It's nice to have calls that I can hear or do not cut off prematurely...

  • BarbaraJoanAbr1 Barbara Joan Abraham (@BarbaraJoanAbr1) reported

@ThreeUK Don't now network of user that phone belongs to but are some issues that calls go through to other users of network and not the person the number belongs to?

  • nidhinj12462643 nidhin jose (@nidhinj12462643) reported

@ThreeUK Still facing the issue , already I restarted my phone

  • pefarrell peter farrell (@pefarrell) reported

@ThreeUK There's always technical issues connecting to the 3 network from home. The signal strength is so weak it makes phone calls impossible.

  • TheWez95 Wez (@TheWez95) reported

@katn_03 @eggysplat @ThreeUK Stop spreading bs, it's only Three that having the issue.

  • TheWez95 Wez (@TheWez95) reported

@katn_03 @ChrisMo44540254 @ThreeUK I've been on VOXI for over a year and I've had zero issues with them, came from O2 who I had numerous problems with and they're frequently suffering outages, while VOXI has been fantastic.

  • Vivid_Web Gaz Parkinson (@Vivid_Web) reported

@Monarchofmoaner @ThreeUK This is not accurate, and is advice that will land people in hot water. You may find that you are due a refund for a loss of service, but you’re certainly not entitled to compensation to the tune of a brand new phone with no charge.

  • jaytweetty Ade (@jaytweetty) reported

@ThreeUKSupport Hi I have been experiencing problems with the coverage mainly around the Canterbury City centre and a bit out of the centre nothing works at all and this has been going on in a while now. Seems like paying for service that doesn't work in some part of the Canterbury area

  • HetmanPiotr EU expat in UK #toryout (@HetmanPiotr) reported

@LD_Sth @Monarchofmoaner @ThreeUK Sure. Once - ok, Twice - happens. When it is persistent there is no way of talking about accident as its failing to provide the service. That's what ombudsman said anyway.

  • dagger38 russell (@dagger38) reported

@ThreeUK why do i never get a signal at Green Park Reading?
