    @ThreeUKSupport Why does your site always say the service is fine when my broadband modem AND phone (so 2 difference devices) have no service?

    @ThreeUKSupport Yes, I have no signal all over Guildford. I can see they are fixing network issues on the Network status checker, but this is day 3 now, and not acceptable. I’ve restarted my phone twice. Still offline.

    @ThreeUKSupport If I turn off the wi-fi, I see “no internet connection” in my apps, but I still am able to send / receive SMS and calls, so it’s not a SIM issue

    @ThreeUKSupport No, not sure why I would speak with the business team though it's just a personal SIM, also issue isn't with me, the whole area is affected

    @ThreeUK no signal in my home for at least 4 months. Every time I live chat I get the same generic answers. You are a shambles of a company. Customers in the area are having the same problem with EE and are getting their bills paid but I just get a promise of “it will be fixed”

    @ThreeUKSupport Hi, is there still on going mast issues for SK15 my 4g is non existent and on 3g.
