    @ThreeUKSupport I have been trying to make a purchase from your website, but keep seeing the message that your entire service is down for essential maintenance. How much longer will I need to wait before buying something from Three?

    @ThreeUKSupport @ThreeUKSupport I did receive a phone call and was told the issue would be resolved, but I have been told that before and it wasn't. I haven't yet had any written confirmation and I'm afraid I won't believe this actually is resolved until I have that.

    @ThreeUKSupport have the worst support going, no uk offices or straight answers for poor service, team reading from the same book copy & paste, was also told to climb my nearest 5G mast and turn it on and off #three5Gisslowerthan3G

    Welp, I'm back to using my phone because the internet is STILL down. Hey @ThreeUK can you hurry up with putting up a 5G mast near me cos I'm apparently in a random dead spot where just my street doesn't have it. Kkthx ;)

    @ThreeUK trying to call your customer services (open from 8am) to be told they're closed. Had so many issues since joining a week ago this is very poor service! Someone contact me please.
