@ThreeUKSupport 2 issues. iphone constantly says I have 3 voicemails when I don't have any. When I do know someone has rung and left a message it still says there are 3 voicemails when it should say 1. Secondly, it constantly tells me to remove/replace the sim or I cannot use imessage/facetime

@ThreeUKSupport It does indicate 3 messages and there are not 3 messages. That has been the case since November! If I can't sort I need to cancel our contract as it's hindering my work/life. Facetime is working at the moment

@ThreeUKSupport In the end, I got the phone working myself from my end with less than 10 minutes effort. A pity your support staff couldn't figure out as much as a customer could. STILL waiting for them to reply to my complaint ffs. Pathetic. End of contract can't come fast enough.

Since @virginmedia bricked my router, I’ve been tethering off of my phone with @ThreeUK and 4K HDR Netflix along with so much else is absolutely no problem 🙏

@ThreeUK Had a cold call from three today and the caller was rude and aggressive ..I've been a customer over 10 years I suggest you train your staff better
