    @ThreeUKSupport It’s happening where I live and in another area in Bristol. I was in London the last couple of days in various different places, had no signal pretty much everywhere. Tried force quitting my phone - no joy. Tried turning mobile data on and off - no joy. 😭

    @ThreeUK we took out insurance with yourselves which is @SquareTrade and so far the service has been extremely poor workfb information given & still waiting to be refunded thought you should know the service your 3rd party supplier produces

    @ThreeUK seriously what’s happening?! I’m on 4G - no signal in Bristol, no signal in London. Think I’m going to move to another network soon. This is getting out of hand. 😫

    @ThreeUKSupport Had a faulty sim, have just put replacement one in that I was sent but it's not working. So now I have no working call ability.

    @ThreeUKSupport @Deansmiles I called customer support and they said the refunds were stopped on 10th March. We've been billed over £50 also and more to come on next bill!! Vodafone are free until end April and still reviewing after that BTW. Last in, First Out!!
