@ThreeUKSupport Literally all week we've had no signal on either of our Three phones or on our WiFi box which comes from a sim card. Just our street, it's really weird.

@ThreeUKSupport @ThreeUKSupport I have been on chat. I spoke with senior management who PROMISED to resolve this complaint & call me back within an absolute MAXIMUM of 48hrs - that was on 10.03.21. Still no resolution & I am still awaiting a callback. What do I need to do to get help?

@ThreeUKSupport I did, and they said they were closing it without a resolution. I'm now persuing a chargeback claim with my bank and a complaint to Ofcom. Refusing to refund even the overcharge is unacceptable.

Day 11 and @ThreeUK still have not refunded my £295. So that confirms support Agents 1, 2, and 3 to be definitive liars! Anybody able to advise the legal issues involved I might have to take this to small claims court in a few weeks.
