@ThreeUKSupport Literally all week we've had no signal on either of our Three phones or on our WiFi box which comes from a sim card. Just our street, it's really weird.

@ThreeUK has, after a month and a half, finally told me that I no longer have access to the Three+ app and WILL NEVER have access to the app because I changed the ownership of the account from my mother to me. That "glitch" is apparently my fault even though I was never told 1/2

@ThreeUKSupport Hi Holly. It's a broken 5G router .I have taken days off work and waited 4 weeks also I have spoken to three customer services about 25 time over the last four weeks sadly with no joy. I have to say I have no confidence in three at this moment in time
