@ThreeUKSupport Literally all week we've had no signal on either of our Three phones or on our WiFi box which comes from a sim card. Just our street, it's really weird.

The prize for annoyance of the day goes to @ThreeUK Who keeps installing games on my phone without my consent and providing alerts that are difficult to get rid of. I have uninstalled related to Three. The usual lark over coffee, purging crap, especially so much spam mail.

@ThreeUKSupport This is hilarious - your call centre staff just told me to go into branch to cancel as they can't cancel this over the phone? If branch can't cancel and the contact centre can't call, who manages cancellations for a service you can't provide? Thanks.

@ThreeUKSupport Why are you putting the responsibility of your colleague thinking it was straightforward on to me? It's not my fault that you and your colleagues don't have the adequate level of training to complete your roles - I just want to cancel the contract that you have failed to fulfil.
