    @ThreeUKSupport Literally all week we've had no signal on either of our Three phones or on our WiFi box which comes from a sim card. Just our street, it's really weird.

    @ThreeUK can you tell my why it’s almost £200 more to ‘upgrade’ to an iPhone 14 Pro 512gb than it is to get one as a new customer on your website? I’m eligible for an upgrade and have been with you for years. Doesn’t really feel fair.

    @ThreeUKSupport So what you’re effectively saying is that you’d rather take a gamble on a new customer than keep happy someone who has spent the last 10 years on your top plan? And I am out of contract.

    @ThreeUKSupport I don’t believe so because it’s not like I was purchasing anything as you can see in the ss. Unless it’s capped at £0? In all honesty I don’t think this is an issue on your end, too bad Xbox support is so awful.

    @ThreeUKSupport Sorry I have samsung a32 which I've had for 1 year roughly.some calls aren't getting through and signal drops a lot.

    @ThreeUKSupport I had two months of terrible 5G broadband, followed by three months of almost daily hassle from you. I thought it was over when I received a letter confirming I owe no money. Then received an email from the debt collection company. You are the worst.

    @EE , regretting leaving @ThreeUK, in turkey and cant get data working , texting 150 with “travel” does nothing, even after phone restarts and checking your website help section, can’t even call you without incurring massive bill ! I’ve seen I’m not the only one with this issue

    @thedoctorkhan @ThreeUKSupport @SamsungTV Netflix was working a few weeks ago. I went abroad and came back and it doesn't work now.
