    @ThreeUKSupport Literally all week we've had no signal on either of our Three phones or on our WiFi box which comes from a sim card. Just our street, it's really weird.

    @ThreeUK @ThreeUKSupport Service Medway Kent abysmal, cannot send or receive text, calls not connecting, signal 1 bar. Service has been terrible for last three months if not longer.

    @ThreeUKSupport I have and they said it would arrive yesterday and it never did. And guess what? I still haven’t had any text saying when it’s due. The support I’ve received has been shambolic.

    @picklespick @ThreeUKSupport Same problem for me as well - Samsung and iPhones. No texts and calls intermittent. Have reset phones repeatedly- switched on and off as well as resetting network setting and trying aeroplane mode on/off.

    @ThreeUKSupport any issues with the network in Chelmsford area. I'm unable to login at work as there are no SMS coming or going. I need the OTP for login and right now can't do anything. No communication from 3 on network issue.
