Steve Harrison (@stevejh1973) reported@ThreeUK even after the merging with Vodafone my actual phone signal remains at one bar at home (E9). And, for some reason, my WiFi calling hardly works too. It is not my phone as I have always had this problem. Basically it is impossible for me to actually make calls at home!

Jon Hilton (@Jonhilton77) reported@ThreeUKSupport 3.5 hours, 8 people later, 3 disconnected chats all to add another SIM and smartwatch plan to my current contact. Terrible experience and all just to give you some more business. End of this contract and I’ll be gone after 16yrs.

Jo Smith 🌹 (@carsonsmummy) reportedJust had a call from someone supposedly representing @ThreeUK @ThreeUKSupport advising me that my sim will be blocked in 3 days due to network issues. Is this a load of old tosh / spam / phishing, or is it true? I hung up.

Colin Maxwell (@weecalvin1509) reportedHi @ThreeUK I am a long term generally satisfied customer. I need a number to ring so that I can speak to a real human being about the +40% increase in my monthly bill. I have done the AI merry go round, got texted a4 figure code and back unto the going nowhere roundabout. 🙁
-
woodland246 (@woodland246) reported@CBTwizard @MartinSLewis @ThreeUK Can you cancel the contract? For online/phone (distance) sales of mobile contracts, the cooling-off period is 14 days. The Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013 apply, but some companies allow a longer period.
