@ThreeUKSupport Literally all week we've had no signal on either of our Three phones or on our WiFi box which comes from a sim card. Just our street, it's really weird.

@ThreeUKSupport - centre staff in India were VERY rude. I said I wanted to cancel as I've not connected to the hub ONCE, it wouldn't connect to the sim. - I said I want to speak to a manager to cancel and he said no, no manages are available. I would have to wait for a call back. -

@ThreeUKSupport In writing and it was signed for. Your webchat service provided appalling service which is why I sent the letter signed. Can you please confirm whether I need legal advice as it seems a long time to wait.

@ThreeUKSupport Hi. I am still awaiting a response to a complaint I sent over a month ago. Not even had an acknowledgement. Is this standard practice?

@gcluley @TutanotaTeam Had I been a paying tutanota customer affected by ThreeUK's IMO deliberate suppression of encrypted communications, I would've been disappointed with tutanota's competence to uphold my right as paying user. Had I been a corporate customer, I would've dropped them right there.

@ThreeUKSupport - so they couldn't help me. Sim never actually arrived. I told branch I want to cancel as the service/contract from your side hasn't been fulfilled. (this was within 24 hours of purchasing the contract). Branch advisor said, sorry we can't cancel. You will have to call up to -

A quick word of thanks to @ThreeUK. We had a problem with the signal. I called them. They fixed it. A nice short story.
