    @ThreeUKSupport Literally all week we've had no signal on either of our Three phones or on our WiFi box which comes from a sim card. Just our street, it's really weird.

    @ThreeUK @ThreeUKSupport i have asked to cancel my 5g hub twice over the last 2 weeks as it doesn't work!!! everytime u say u can't cancel it till I return the router and say you'll send prepaid postage but it doesn't come.

    @ThreeUKSupport hi, any idea why there appears to be issues with your signal in the SA10 area? both my mobile signal and home router are affected which is making it difficult for me to work from@home at the moment

    @ThreeUKSupport Maybe worth assuming a little that people asking about eSims are worried they have to leave Three. It’s your job also to inform your customers. I was looking elsewhere until I read a tweet from a three customer saying there was a nano sim option.

    @cpaulthorn @aston_adam @ThreeUK Probably not that long, Three did it to me a decade ago when they realised giving every customer unlimited data was a bad business move.
