@ThreeUKSupport Literally all week we've had no signal on either of our Three phones or on our WiFi box which comes from a sim card. Just our street, it's really weird.

@ThreeUKSupport The customer service rep said it was a pay as you go, but the proof of purchase I requested because I’d thought I was buying a prepaid sim says I had a 24 month contact, so sounds like even you guys don’t know!

@ThreeUKSupport please can you help. I joined three mobile last week. Money has been taken out of my account twice but I’ve yet to receive a confirmation email or notification to pick up my phone as promised on the call by today. Starting to get worried I’ve been duped.
