@ThreeUKSupport Literally all week we've had no signal on either of our Three phones or on our WiFi box which comes from a sim card. Just our street, it's really weird.

@ThreeUKSupport The outcome is that all I am ever told is that it is the same problem that started last Friday, that it has not been resolved, and that you can't say when it might be resolved. I am occasionally told that somebody will call me back, but nobody ever does.

@ThreeUKSupport put £10 on my phone the other day and it says I have £0. I have a job that pays £10 an hour I don’t stand up for hours a day to pay for smth and then it DOESNT work. This is the second time this has happened

@TalieDelemere @ThreeUK Haha! Right? As soon as I saw the contract a year ago I bought my old handset out of contract to upgrade. It was a total no brainier. I have no idea what the contract is called though - got it on day one of the iPhone 12pro being released if that’s any help!
