@ThreeUKSupport Literally all week we've had no signal on either of our Three phones or on our WiFi box which comes from a sim card. Just our street, it's really weird.

@ThreeUKSupport I've had emergency calls only now for a week in my area after years of having an amazing service. Everyone else on Three in the area having the same issues. Can I not pay my bill as my phone is useless. No data no calls?

@ThreeUKSupport hello, how do I go about getting a refund for a phone that has never arrived? No dispatch email or tracking number was sent, and we have been waiting for delivery for over 7 days.
