    @ThreeUKSupport Literally all week we've had no signal on either of our Three phones or on our WiFi box which comes from a sim card. Just our street, it's really weird.

    My mum who suffers has a disability has been having a lot of trouble with @ThreeUK @ThreeUKSupport and has not been able to call me, any friends or family over christmas. Now told will have to wait a further 2 days to sort the problem. First the replacement sim had to be sent

    @ThreeUKSupport i’ve sorted it now but i still don’t get the 5g issue? i have iphone 12 pro max which has 5g but my phone says 4g when i have data on?

    @ThreeUKSupport I can't believe the customer service. I have called Three 3 times this morning and every time the person has cut the phone on me whilst on hold. Noone is giving me information and I am expected to pay for this. This is so unprofessional and causing me unnecessary stress.

    @PedroClarke1 @ThreeUK @ericsson Don’t know how three can be so good, but also so bad. Where I live in the south east threes data network simply doesn’t work. In our town centre it states 1/2 bar 5g but data simply doesn’t load, 4g 3G no better

    @Randall_Hopkirk @ThreeUK Hi there, Thanks for that information. It looks as though it could be similar to what Three have said on the image so you will be fine to delete or ignore it. We use the Three network which is why the text has been sent out if it is indeed the same situation. - Ryan

    @ThreeUKSupport Thanks Jacq. The page just doesn’t load, it never does. It says the server isn’t responding. I’m on 4g, not wifi, I have enough preset spending limit, I’ve tried on chrome and safari. No luck. I need to be able to use my phone
