    @ThreeUKSupport Literally all week we've had no signal on either of our Three phones or on our WiFi box which comes from a sim card. Just our street, it's really weird.

    @TheSonny25 @ThreeUK I would rather they spread it out instead of going to the same old ppl, I see it all the time and I speak to ppl who get offered tickets, shirts etc alot ... If its that east why can't they help ppl less fortunate aswell

    @ThreeUKSupport this is all i've been getting all week since joining you guys. if i stand at the back door or outside, i can get about 400 down and 15 up on 5g, but it doesn't reach indoors.

    @ThreeUKSupport I have not been able to make calls for three days now due to issues with your network in the CH43 area. When will this be resolved? Having recently renewed my contract it's very frustrating.

    @ThreeUKSupport I am trying to get through to a human being on the phone (333) but it is impossible. I’m going round and round in circles, pressing 1, 2, 3 etc then it takes me back to the main menu every time. I’ve tried TEN times. This is URGENT. Please help.

    @ThreeUK yous need to sort out your customer service, I’m trying to talk to a PERSON on the phone for the last 20 minutes going back-and-forth. Your chat is useless and yous are even trying to get more money out of me when I’ve just signed a contract

    @threeuksupport hey, any work going on in tw27bp? upload speed on 4g is really poor, less than 1mb! have switched off 5g as can only get that sometimes outside. can't drop down to 3g as on an iphone 13. have restarted phone, reset network settings, but no luck.

    @ThreeUKSupport i've had it since joining you on Monday. new sim and everything, so it's not the sim. i'm getting about 20mb down and about 0.8 mb up. can't hold a zoom call properly, facetime, etc. other people having same issue too in the postcode.
