@ThreeUKSupport Literally all week we've had no signal on either of our Three phones or on our WiFi box which comes from a sim card. Just our street, it's really weird.

@TRNSMTfest @ThreeUK That line up is terrible, disappointing 🙄🙄

Camara Fairweather (@CamarasCanvas) reported
@ThreeUKSupport @ThreeUK Extremely disgusted with customer service and the repetitive unhelpful responses. I was lied to in-store and have been charged 10 months for a phone I DON'T HAVE. This is how they treat their customers during a cost of living crisis...

@ThreeUKSupport @QualterZam All I see is people complaining about your service lol, your app doesn’t do it’s job either.

@ThreeUKSupport For service, yes. The service is currently priced at £12. You’ve continued to charge me £80.78 a month for a phone I’ve already paid off.
-

@ThreeUKSupport I thought I’d sorted it on the app, but maybe haven’t as I’ve had family issues over the past couple of months, but that’s an extra £140 you’ve taken over the last 2 months as you’re sim only deal is £12 for the first 6 months. I will just leave three if I don’t get reimbursed.

Is @ThreeUK voicemail broken? I listen to a msg and press 3 to delete, main menu: press 1 to listen to messages: saved voice messages: the ones I deleted

George Carter (@GeorgeCarter46) reported
@ThreeUKSupport Forgot to reply to this. It’s not that it’s congested, your coverage is abysmal and it’s not worth the money paid to you. There are literal black spots where it says I have signal, but does not work in any way. It’s honestly terrible and when my contract ends I will be leaving
-
Jane Byers (@Janey210111) reported
@ThreeUKSupport 16 days later and the network is still down, I have a WiFi hub and a mobile contract and it really is not good enough, I can't work from home when I am working from home contract! Why should I be paying for a service that is not being provided?

sam 🥀 (@ssuccubitch) reported
@ThreeUKSupport ongoing issue since 8:30 last night 3/4g wifi router flashing and unable to connect (it’s placed on a windowsill) and my 3 mobile is struggling to connect to mobile data taking about 5 minutes to load a webpage. status checker says no issues but nothing is working

@ThreeUK If I was to order a 'pay monthly' sim card, would it work straight away if I put it in a Three network enabled phone?
