@ThreeUKSupport Literally all week we've had no signal on either of our Three phones or on our WiFi box which comes from a sim card. Just our street, it's really weird.

@ThreeUKSupport Yes, but I was told an exact figure, hence why I decided to go ahead with it? I was going round and round in circles, to then be pointed to the ombudsman service, when the advisor just wouldn’t help me?!

@_jimmy_the_gent @ThreeUK James - this happened to my partner too. He contacted them to ask where it was and they'd cancelled his order without telling him because they ran out of pixel 5s. Heads up, Carphone warehouse have them in stock for delivery tomorrow if you have time to cancel your Three order.
