@ThreeUKSupport Literally all week we've had no signal on either of our Three phones or on our WiFi box which comes from a sim card. Just our street, it's really weird.

@ThreeUKSupport So your advisor lied to me? Wow, the customer service gets better and better. My account has changed, I just renewed it. The new SIM card will SUPPOSEDLY give me better signal. In the meantime I have zero service whatsoever.

I then called @ThreeUK (from my work phone), they made excuses, and then cut me off when they were supposedly putting me on hold (she said her name was Jennifer)! I need to find a better service provider… #badcustomerservice #three

@ThreeUK Had 2 phones on 3 contracted ended in May on 1st phone switched to O2 because they kept their promise and retained roaming.2nd contract ends in feb will be moving this phone to O2 as well. Was with 3 since 2010 will not support a company that does not stick to what I signed up to
