One day left of @ThreeUKSupport 5G broadband and lack of service for over 10 weeks now. Sky broadband comes tomorrow and Three are going to receive that box back in a million pieces. (Well definitely if I send with Hermes) @Ofcom avoid avoid avoid. #broadband

@ThreeUK at 70 years old I needed help with my phone (no signal where I live and WiFi calling only available if you buy your phone from @ThreeUK) - finally got thru to a human who then cut me off 😱😱😱

Shockingly bad service from @ThreeUK @ThreeUKSupport. I’ve been trying to get my mobile broadband sorted for nearly a month, and get passed from team to team (after a long wait for them to call) who will apparently fix the problem, to then get passed along again with no solution!

Hi. @ThreeUKSupport sigh. Never ending problems with Three, even now I've switched to contract. Set up a My3 account but after I set a number and password it says they don't match and now my account has been locked for 30 minutes.
