    @ThreeUKSupport David Richards 68 Le53dj. ...2150. Parcel gone missing at Dpd. No idea where it is. Dpd told me to contact yourselves to resolve this issue

    @ThreeUKSupport customer support on live chat is shocking. SIM card didn’t arrive in the envelope, so contacted as it says on the envelope, and will not send a replacement due to “incurring the credit limit” I have said it didn’t arrive, so nobody should be spending any money!

    @ThreeUK Warning for 3 PAYG Users They cut off my service and kept my remaining credit, claiming no chargeable activity for 6 months, despite a recent call I have the logs on my phone to prove. This is the last time they will rob me. I’m switching to another provider.

    @ThreeUK - Hello! Ever since Vodafone and Three have merged my signal at home went from 250-300mbps download to 3-4mbps. It only goes back up when I turn my phone to airplane mode on for a few minutes and then back off. Any help would be much appreciated!

    @ThreeUKSupport @ThreeUKSupport frustrating. This situation is causing me serious stress. If this is not resolved immediately with a full explanation and refund of any incorrect charges, I will proceed with cancelling all my services and escalating this complaint further.

    Hi @ThreeUKSupport my dads lives in RG2 7hw postcode and can only use his mobile internet. Is there a problem with internet as it's taking ages to receive messages and can't call etc as it cuts out.

    @ThreeUKSupport it's 2026 and the service is absolutely diabolical!! Fifteen minutes worth of scrambled phone calls just to tell someone a phone number. Sort it out

    @ThreeUK I’ve complained about this before and I’m going to do it again. Why is your 4/5 g service in bishops Stortford town centre so bad .
