  @ThreeUKSupport Still waiting for a sim i received on 22nd january to be activated and have contacted customer support SIX times only for each member of staff to give me a deadline they then miss without bothering to update me. Really **** service.

  @ThreeUKSupport I won't be back in that postcode until tomorrow now but seeing as today there was no signal at all e.g. no calls, sms, or internet, I'm not sure what difference this will make.

  Hi @ThreeUK! Can I get some technical support please? There's issues with a particular eNodeB in my area. Band 32 & 20 wont aggregate with band 3. I tried to explain this to your level 2 support yesterday and was told it's because of congestion which is not true. Can you help me?
