@ThreeUKSupport Masts. They provide your service to areas. I wish to know where the closest mast is to Sy25by. As I will need to position my antenna to get best signal

@fttppro @ThreeUK @ThreeUKSupport This mast in particular was only upgraded last summer - before that it was 3G only for Three. But it does serve a wide area. Capacity of the mast and bandwidth isn’t the issue, it’s the backhaul, I believe the backhaul wasn’t updated with the mast RAN equipment.

After being a customer for over 6 years I was so shocked at the terrible customer service I received, complete lack of communication, long wait time for my new upgraded iPhone, being passed around different departments and given a long list of excuses @ThreeUK

@SocialTechHD @ThreeUKSupport I switched away from Three a few years back because it was bad, but came back in march this year on their Smarty plan (unlimited everything for £16 per month) after a friend said they’d improved- they weren’t wrong.

@SocialTechHD @ThreeUKSupport Three were quite bad until about a year ago. Since then they’ve upgraded their 4G network round with more bands and new masts. Plus 5G deployment. They’ve gone from worst to best network in the area in around 18 months.

@hbafilmshorts @ThreeUK @EE EE do support Apple Watch. This graphic is just for international roaming. Could be that EE will be supporting it but it’s just missing off the graphic

@ThreeUK @XiaomiUK Sorry, paid intern, but the way you have treated me over the last week is shockingly bad. Just the absolute worst. I am so utterly disappointed that you think it’s okay to be so scummy. After being with you for seven years. Shame on you.

@DanBron @ThreeUKSupport Silence. Bet they won't be silent when customers start leaving in thousands. Without #goroam they are just an an average phone network with the worst customer service. People stay with them due to #goroam and that's all changed.

@Bazzza64 @ThreeUK All the big companies have done the same including EE, best bet is go to a smaller company like @ToTheMoonMobile they run off the EE network but don't charge for EU roaming
