Harriet (@HjRobins) reportedI switched away from @ThreeUK because their customer service agent told me they have blazing fast 5G speeds of up to 100Mbps. I said that's awful. They said it's 100MB per second. I asked them to clarify. And they said it is 100 Mbps but I can pay £4 extra for high speeds. Awful.

Ruth Seager (@ruthseag) reported@ThreeUK terrible customer service. I have wasted at least 4 and a half hours talking on the phone with no progress. mia (@MiaxKempster) reported@ThreeUKSupport customer support on live chat is shocking. SIM card didn’t arrive in the envelope, so contacted as it says on the envelope, and will not send a replacement due to “incurring the credit limit” I have said it didn’t arrive, so nobody should be spending any money!
