Are you just screwed if you’re on 4G with @ThreeUK / @ThreeUKSupport now? For over a month I’ve been all over Brighton and to London and even with full bars my data doesn’t work. Just spent a week in France with absolutely no issues, back in the U.K. I can’t use my data again.

@ThreeUK should of stuck with bt seeing I’ve had no issue with them. Your claims team seem to think a delivery driver has come to pick the broken tv twice and I’ve had no one knock on my door but my post man..

@ThreeUKSupport I have spoken to your live chat team who were no help whatsoever, wanted out of my contract told it wasn’t possible without having to pay, they then put me through to someone else in customer services who then cut the chat off. I’m fed up of it
