    After being a customer for over 6 years I was so shocked at the terrible customer service I received, complete lack of communication, long wait time for my new upgraded iPhone, being passed around different departments and given a long list of excuses @ThreeUK

    @Carlz94x @ThreeUK They’re supposed to be **** hot since Vodafone bought them ! “Forming the largest uk network” my ***. I don’t get why my phone says 4/5G and 4 bars but can’t send an iMessage. ?!

    @ThreeUK @VodafoneUK I thought the merger was meant to improve signal. Not make it blooming worse. Cambridge is meant to be “silicon fen” tricky with such terrible network

    Hi @threeUK I have no issue with your contact centres being outsourced - what I do have an issue with is when they don't actually listen (or read on live chat) what you are actually telling them the problem is.

    @robj3d3 @ThreeUK Use TOTP 2FA instead of Texts. It's safer and you avoid this problem
