    @Ianmartin_gc8 @ThreeUKSupport @VodafoneUK I’ve moved my broadband away from Vodafone as it was useless kept dropping out several times a day and customer service was non existent . I’ve had my mobile with three since 2010 . In my experience they have sorted out any problems quickly and with no fuss thankfully

    @ThreeUKSupport I can’t get my existing Three contract as eSim and your customer services have not provided an explanation for why. I have been with Three for 16 years and will be cancelling my plan and moving to a provider that prioritises staying current with mobile technology.

    @ThreeUKSupport I paid by card. As for the other question I’m not sure what you mean. Also, apologies for the poor wording. I received a paper copy of my final bill summary yesterday. I saw a pending charge for the typical amount I paid when I still had the contract.

    @Ianmartin_gc8 @ThreeUKSupport @VodafoneUK I don't understand how so many people have so many issues with Vodafone?! I've been with them since 2005 and never had a problem...except them trying to sell me a second line with a free ipad...
