  • PauPau_Lacey MrsLesbianMermaid (@PauPau_Lacey) reported from Wrexham, Wales

After being a customer for over 6 years I was so shocked at the terrible customer service I received, complete lack of communication, long wait time for my new upgraded iPhone, being passed around different departments and given a long list of excuses @ThreeUK

  • Shaunjenks Shaun Jenks 📱⌚️💻🎧📸✈️ (@Shaunjenks) reported from Shrewsbury, England

@hbafilmshorts @ThreeUK @EE EE do support Apple Watch. This graphic is just for international roaming. Could be that EE will be supporting it but it’s just missing off the graphic

  • ClassyKyleJones Kye (@ClassyKyleJones) reported from Shrewsbury, England

@ThreeUKSupport Masts. They provide your service to areas. I wish to know where the closest mast is to Sy25by. As I will need to position my antenna to get best signal

  • RuthieM81 RuthieMcmarshmallow (@RuthieM81) reported from Wrexham, Wales

Waited all day to enter @HeartNorthWales competition only to be blocked from entering by @ThreeUK network provider. Lost my chance at £15000 thanks to you @ThreeUKSupport #fuming

@KnightkingU @ThreeUK @ThreeUKSupport Looks like capacity issues to me

  • Shaunjenks Shaun Jenks (@Shaunjenks) reported from Shrewsbury, England

@fttppro @ThreeUK @ThreeUKSupport This mast in particular was only upgraded last summer - before that it was 3G only for Three. But it does serve a wide area. Capacity of the mast and bandwidth isn’t the issue, it’s the backhaul, I believe the backhaul wasn’t updated with the mast RAN equipment.

  • Shaunjenks Shaun Jenks (@Shaunjenks) reported from Shrewsbury, England

@fttppro @ThreeUK @ThreeUKSupport Does your router also support b32 and b28 ? They are also present on that mast, b32 is SDL only

  • Shaunjenks Shaun Jenks (@Shaunjenks) reported from Shrewsbury, England

@fttppro @ThreeUK @ThreeUKSupport Yeah I live near the proposed Stanley lane site so will be goof for me too. Issue Three is having is it’d upgrading all its 3G only masts (ready for 3G switch off next year) to 4G and 5G, but on many sites the backhaul isn’t ready for full 1gbps band 78 5G

  • Shaunjenks Shaun Jenks 📱⌚️💻🎧📸✈️ (@Shaunjenks) reported from Shrewsbury, England

@GadgetsBoy @ThreeUK Looks like the network is overloaded to me

  • Shaunjenks Shaun Jenks 📱⌚️💻🎧📸✈️ (@Shaunjenks) reported from Shrewsbury, England

@SocialTechHD @ThreeUKSupport I switched away from Three a few years back because it was bad, but came back in march this year on their Smarty plan (unlimited everything for £16 per month) after a friend said they’d improved- they weren’t wrong.

  • ClassyKyleJones Kye (@ClassyKyleJones) reported from Shrewsbury, England

@ThreeUKSupport Can you tell me who do, if not 3 customer support....

  • Shaunjenks Shaun Jenks 📱⌚️💻🎧📸✈️ (@Shaunjenks) reported from Shrewsbury, England

@SocialTechHD @ThreeUKSupport Three were quite bad until about a year ago. Since then they’ve upgraded their 4G network round with more bands and new masts. Plus 5G deployment. They’ve gone from worst to best network in the area in around 18 months.

  • _aramsay Alan Ramsay (@_aramsay) reported from Shrewsbury, England

@ThreeUKSupport Thanks for the update @ThreeUKSupport - how can I get an update as to when they have investigated and what / when the resolution will be?

  • natalieeliza29 Natalie S. (@natalieeliza29) reported

@ThreeUKSupport I did, but I was told there's an error with the website so the good deals you are advertising are not actually available! The only thing you offered was more than I've ever paid with you! I've been a loyal customer for years & so far you've given me no reason to want to stay 😥

  • Jaxxsparks Jaxx (@Jaxxsparks) reported

@ThreeUK why is your service so bad ? 3 times today the network is down in London E1. I can’t deal with this. I call up and get a guy in India who has no clue. This is appalling

  • mlovin2019 maria2019@punc (@mlovin2019) reported

@ThreeUKSupport I have a Lenovo tablet with a broadband sim. I can't find the number associated with the sim, it doesn't show it under SIM in the menu - if I'm using it as a hotspot, how do I recognise which is the right network?
