    @ThreeUKSupport The fact is I have been a paying customer for years. I am still being charged and paying my bill but have no phone service and I am still stuck in the US. Turn my phone back on! You are being cruel and bureaucratic

    @ThreeUKSupport after my contract finishes I’m defo not going back to your network, your admin for billing is atrocious, contacting the wife and hassling her for a contract in my name, a phone that the daughter has not used in over 12 months and the final bill was paid days ago

    @ThreeUKSupport 4G being very slow in the SY16 1ET area ever since Monday when engineers installed 5G antennas. 4G now really slow and 5G not active yet. When will it be sorted?
