    @ThreeUKSupport And yet again today the mobile signal at my home is almost non-existent. Until a couple of months ago it was totally reliable. It's having an unacceptable impact on my productivity. I'm giving up and moving to another provider.

    @ThreeUKSupport day 8 of no signal doctor hung up could not hear me, I ring people they cant hear me. partner called 3 sat+ got txt today it said problem was sorted both got 1 bar signal. he has asked for his pac code can i get out of my contract if you cant give me the service Im paying for ??

    Hello @ThreeUK Transferring my number from Pay As You Go to a monthly contract. First went to a store, bought a new contract, got a new sim, agent initiated the transfer of my old number to new sim 2 days later nothing had happened Got in touch with customer care via the app
