    @ThreeUK Hi there. I have been experiencing problems with my network coverage over the last few weeks. Very weak signal. Internet buffering constantly. This weekend, no Internet at all for a number of hours, Saturday and Sundays Grateful for any help with this. Cheers. JB

    @ThreeUKSupport i have a a three 5g hub broadband contract. When i call for support it asks for the phone number. It doesn't say this on the invoice or on the sim. How can i get tech support for the hub?

    @ThreeUKSupport @wangpuppie Just spoken to Tnree customer services who say the entire network is down and still hasn’t been fixed, so not sure why you’re informing customers that it’s working. She’s said a text message will go out to customers once the network is up again.

    @ThreeUKSupport Thanks Ali - approximately when was the known issue fixed? Both last night/this morning it was doing the same thing (DNS Server not responding) which is what has been happening all week. Post code is SW1H 0AQ. I have 2 Three broadband boxes at this location and both have been out

    @ThreeUKSupport Just called your support team to ask what's happening with my home 5g broadband - apparently there's a new outage and it's not just my area. Why don't you update Network status checker page to let everyone know?

    @ThreeUKSupport Hi, reset it and it's completely cut out again now after being fine all morning. Are any outages showing in SW17? If not what do you recommend doing next?
