    @ThreeUK Hi there. I have been experiencing problems with my network coverage over the last few weeks. Very weak signal. Internet buffering constantly. This weekend, no Internet at all for a number of hours, Saturday and Sundays Grateful for any help with this. Cheers. JB

    @EE I came to @EE Complained, when on a trip your roaming was so bad I went past my credit limit, because of phoning you to complain so much Then missed the cut off to end the contract Had to threaten to sue to get away Worst month ever! Back with @ThreeUK & never looked back!

    @ThreeUKSupport Hi any idea when 5G will be restored to TW10 area? Data as well as phone are limping along. Was it a bad idea to put all my eggs in one basked when I threw out my landline because this happens a lot.

    I am disgusted by the way @ThreeUK have treated my newly bereaved friend. First they try to charge her to cancel her dead husband’s SIM, then they close her account disconnecting her phone at the worst time in her life & when she needs it most. Shame on @ThreeUK

    @ThreeUK Shocking service from @ThreeUKSupport service. We ordered a 5G modem with TV offer on 13/07/21. On 15/07/21 we enquired & found out that DPD returned the parcel. Chatted to @ThreeUK sales who advised to cancel & reorder. That would mean another credit check so opted…

    @ThreeUKSupport So you are telling me its congestion, chap on phone told me you are doing work in the area, and the chap my missus spoke to told her she needed a new sim card. So basically, you don't know what the issue is.
