    @ThreeUK Hi there. I have been experiencing problems with my network coverage over the last few weeks. Very weak signal. Internet buffering constantly. This weekend, no Internet at all for a number of hours, Saturday and Sundays Grateful for any help with this. Cheers. JB

    @feck_fr_jack @ThreeUKSupport There was a little power cut just now over the whole of Bristol. Three was down for a few minutes. Their masts are in the centre. Lots of rebooting going on, no doubt.

    @ThreeUKSupport We spoke to customer service and they said 3rd Nov! I'm not sure why this was not communicated to all customers before work started to allow us to prepare in advance. My husband uses his 4G for work and I am heavily pregnant and if I go into labour I need to call the hospital.

    @ThreeUK I won’t to cancel a mobile broadband account. I am not paying to cancel the contract via ‘cancel contract’. Please advise and alternative option.

    @ThreeUKSupport No mobile Internet in BT45 area. Has been out all day. Always usually have a stable signal with anything between 20 to 40 Meg download speed. No bars on my device at all.

    @ThreeUK Absolutely fuming. Unable to get a data passport for Abu Dhabi, where I cannot get into any public place without internet access. Spoke to support yesterday who “fixed” it, but stuck again today. No 3 support lines open (it’s 11.10am here!) so stuck in my hotel. Livid!!

    @seanohara07 @O2 @ThreeUK Sadly I’m finding big companies care less and less about retaining loyal customers. My dad has just closed all of his bank accounts (not an insubstantial amount) with a well known bank after 50 years as a customer due to their poor handling of the situation when we lost my mum.

    @ThreeUK I am leaving the network in the new year after 10 years, because 3 can’t even provide the basic talking function on there network. And as you say football needs a big network
