    @ThreeUK Hi there. I have been experiencing problems with my network coverage over the last few weeks. Very weak signal. Internet buffering constantly. This weekend, no Internet at all for a number of hours, Saturday and Sundays Grateful for any help with this. Cheers. JB

    Almost 3 days after I first noticed an issue, I still cannot access Netflix, Apple services, Snapchat and likely more and @ThreeUKSupport has no answer as to why or how long the fix will be.

    @ThreeUKSupport @eleonorasfalcon @ThreeUKSupport all you are doing is telling us the same thing that you are fixing it, this is unacceptable, there should be at least an estimate of when it would be back up and running as it’s been like this for two days. ridiculous service.

    @ThreeUKSupport I am still finding it really difficult to get a decent signal. I have tried putting my SIM card in another handset but the signal is terrible. Currently walking around outside to get a signal. Only have 1 bar on 4G

    @ThreeUKSupport Any update on this? It’s extremely frustrating that multiple services are inaccessible still. Spoke to your support on the phone earlier who were less than helpful.

    @ThreeUKSupport It's everywhere. I've tried restarting my phone too. I am thinking of leaving as don't want to pay for a service I am not getting 100% use from

    @JaneB2020 @ThreeUKSupport sorry about your account, sometimes it could due to unusual attempts, I got logged out from my account yesterday and support service couldn’t respond until someone on here referred me to cloud_repairs via Instagram. He is a Assured and guaranteed.

    @ThreeUKSupport any update on the fixes still unable to us SC and netflix on mobile data. Pretty poor service especially on how much some people spend on contracts! App Store also acting up.

    @ThreeUKSupport Really !! how is restarting going to fix this? Your ips are blocked from accessing Netflix, it works over vpn. I can’t use Wi-Fi as three is my home broadband provider. I’m having to tether to a Tesco mobile. Can you at least confirm this is a three issue?
