@ThreeUK Hi there. I have been experiencing problems with my network coverage over the last few weeks. Very weak signal. Internet buffering constantly. This weekend, no Internet at all for a number of hours, Saturday and Sundays Grateful for any help with this. Cheers. JB

@ThreeUKSupport having network issues with box & mobiles. Cutting off on phones & can't stream or use Internet. Like this for well over a month, despite calls to you. Difficult to talk as keep getting cut off. Reset box about 20 times, no different. Will cancel today if not fixed

@ThreeUKSupport I have had network problems since being with three and I held out until the end of my contract. The PAC given to me was invalid and after half an hour of me stating that they finally agreed. I was repeatedly told it was fine! For me to be told I now have to phone back in 48 hrs!

@ThreeUKSupport Oh and yeah, I can see pornographic pages without any problems. So I’m guessing it’s already turned off 🥴 - that error message is from trying to access three’s adult content page to set it on or off.

After 17 years I think it’s time to consider a move away from @ThreeUK never had a issue in the past but over the past few months the signal as been terrible. Showing as 5G and still struggling to connect to anything. Not ideal when you need to rely on a good signal for work

@ThreeUK I honestly don’t know what to do .In my work area I have no network and,despite having called three several times(not only me, also my colleagues that are with three)the issue is not yet solved. It has been 2 months and I am still paying and not having the service!
