    @ThreeUK Hi there. I have been experiencing problems with my network coverage over the last few weeks. Very weak signal. Internet buffering constantly. This weekend, no Internet at all for a number of hours, Saturday and Sundays Grateful for any help with this. Cheers. JB

    @ThreeUKSupport Thanks for the quick reply and i had a letter with majority of a entire month credit weeks ago as Id left, So to today take a further full payment afterwards can’t be right. I’d only left the direct debit running incase it’d cause a issue with my crew refund yet now I’m worse off

    @ThreeUKSupport I am unable to make phone calls as I am deaf, I have been trying to cancel my mifi for some months now. I no longer need it as I have unlimited data on my phone. I need a way to cancel that doesn't need a phone call. Any suggestions?

    @ThreeUKSupport Good morning Maxine. Yes it is. It’s almost constant disruption now and after almost four months of it I have quite simply had enough. The maintenance on that mast just never seems to end. But of course every time someone goes up there it’s switched off.

    @ThreeUKSupport are potentially the worst company I’ve ever dealt with. Problem after problem. Incorrect information repeatedly. To make matters worse the language barrier within the customer service team makes any conversation even more frustrating 😠

    Been waiting over three days for @ThreeUK to activate my sim. Paying for a phone I can't use! Customer service give me different answers everytime. Remind me to go elsewhere next time. #fuming

    Hi @ThreeUK your customer support is absolutely diabolical. I've had a new phone for less than a month, it won't charge and you've spent the last hour passing me from person to person to person and I'm ready to throw my phone out the window. 🙃
