    @ThreeUK Hi there. I have been experiencing problems with my network coverage over the last few weeks. Very weak signal. Internet buffering constantly. This weekend, no Internet at all for a number of hours, Saturday and Sundays Grateful for any help with this. Cheers. JB

    @ImdadKh32182797 @ThreeUKSupport @Apple I don't even own an apple phone and even I know they stopped including them in the box. It's not network related. It's an Apple decision. You're blaming one company for another company's decision. And you are saying I've lost it? Lol.

    @ThreeUKSupport The fee was added in error. The contract doesn't end until Feb. They keep saying they'll remove it but it's been nearly a week and nothing has happened apart from now my service is being cancelled. I've also re-setup my DD and I've paid the outstanding service charge.

    @ThreeUK Ordered a new phone online on the 7th Dec. Still waiting, last weeks excuse from 333 was It’s been returned and this weeks one is blaming Apple for no stock. Bit of consistency would help!

    @kels80 @ThreeUKSupport @kels80 Did they solve your problem? I contacted again and they said they fixed it now.. but only two weeks have passed!!! and they are charging me again full price. I don't know what to do, their custumer service is not existed!

    @ThreeUKSupport your so called bereavement service is disgusting. Firstly suggesting I pay over £600 for my deceased husbands SIM card, telling me to give it to my son now refusing to put me through to someone else. Somebody get in contact before this goes further
