@ThreeUK Hi there. I have been experiencing problems with my network coverage over the last few weeks. Very weak signal. Internet buffering constantly. This weekend, no Internet at all for a number of hours, Saturday and Sundays Grateful for any help with this. Cheers. JB

@ThreeUKSupport I've done that 5000 times. Still the same problem day in day out I'm not paying any more bills until I get 4g or 5g all the time at home. This phone is a 5g one but don't get 5g at home, false advertising!

@ThreeUKSupport Do you not think I've done that? No help at all, I was sold the insurance by 3. Someone has to sort it. I am getting nothing from the insurance side of things. No offense but this isn't helpful either. So I take insist and do nothing. Should I try praying?

@ThreeUKSupport Hi, it's not a queue, it's just that the line is busy all the time and it ends the call. We have a direct debit for something (possibly mobile broadband) that we never used, set up years ago, and would like to cancel that. Thanks!

@ianrobo1 @mrjamesob @ThreeUK Their European counterparts will smell the money as well but probably decided to wait a bit. Irrespective of what the British telcos & service providers will do, they will be forced to recharge the fees of the EU networks which will follow shortly without a doubt.
