    @ThreeUK Hi there. I have been experiencing problems with my network coverage over the last few weeks. Very weak signal. Internet buffering constantly. This weekend, no Internet at all for a number of hours, Saturday and Sundays Grateful for any help with this. Cheers. JB

    @Louise_Rowntree @ThreeUK Don’t remind me, too funny Three: we’re a very modern network and we only support 3G+ roaming if a) you pay and b) buy a new device. Also Three: we can’t send this life or death sms to “a number” of customers

    @ThreeUK A number of customers = virtually every @ThreeUK customer (didn't receive the emergency alert). Stop it with the PR clap trap spin and just say we messed up! 🙄
