@BroadcastLost @ThreeUKSupport I have been told by customer support that it is a nation wide. Support claiming each area with issue is just that area but am guessing they are just going off a standard script. Maybe three could start off by being upfront with its customers?

@ThreeUKSupport Trying to swindle customers and refusing to send them copies of what they are agreeing to for a 24 month period so they can make an informed decision is bad business practice. It has lost you a long term customer.

@ThreeUKSupport What your colleague was asking me to agree to did not match what is online. The chat also differed from what I was emailed. He wanted me to agree to what was in the chat but I would only agree to what I had in writing in an email. The experience has lost you a customer.

@ThreeUKSupport Oh... no... broken again. Not going well this. Shame you've already refunded this months charges as a result of long term faults... Have just asked OpenReach for an updated ETA on fibre as this is really poor.

@ThreeUKSupport You seem to have restored service back to slow but at least working! Thanks very much

@ThreeUKSupport Hardly the point. I want a copy of the chat, and I don't want to have to wait for a calendar month to get it. This is not customer service, it's a Kafka-esque parody of customer service. Not acceptable these days, really.

@ThreeUKSupport 2 of your agents have told me the whole of the U.K. is down for mobile broadband, any idea on when it will be returned?

@ThreeUKSupport Not quite sure what is happening but it's gone from bad to worse - it was slow but we now have not data connection at all when connected to 4G. Is this a new fault? Certainly much more than "congestion"...
