    @ThreeUK Hi there. I have been experiencing problems with my network coverage over the last few weeks. Very weak signal. Internet buffering constantly. This weekend, no Internet at all for a number of hours, Saturday and Sundays Grateful for any help with this. Cheers. JB

    @ThreeUKSupport I mean I don't take a photograph every day I check.. But I'm now paying for pointless broadband, and phones that only work if I walk a few minutes away from my house.. it got bad a year and a half ago but since the middle of November it's non-existent..

    @ThreeUK Hello, I set up auto-renewal on your app, been charged £ 15 and never got the data pack. Live chat customer service says I haven't been charged. My bank begs to differ!! I cannot get an operator on the line! I walked into a store and they were as baffled as I was! SHAME

    @ThreeUK Shameless network. The poor basic network, put fault in my credit score, no customer service and now you call me to give a premium offer? Better erase record in credit score(because you don't understand your customer query), improve network coverage.

    @ThreeUK @ThreeUKSupport Seems like a pretty poor show that you can’t give me 16 days leeway on my early upgrade after over a decade of giving you my custom. My handset has broken but if I upgrade now it’s nearly £90. On 21st it’s completely free 😤😞
