@ThreeUK Hi there. I have been experiencing problems with my network coverage over the last few weeks. Very weak signal. Internet buffering constantly. This weekend, no Internet at all for a number of hours, Saturday and Sundays Grateful for any help with this. Cheers. JB

Oh brilliant, MV trying to cancel our @ThreeUK SIM cards as they don’t work in our area. They’re telling him that we have to pay a £200 cancellation fee. Never get Three, they’re quite awful!

@ThreeUKSupport I am a business customer. When we rang we gave our account number and security and they said until we can provide the mobile number associated with the 5G hubs they won’t cancel!!! 😡😡

@ThreeUK international roaming is a nightmare. Should be £5/day - bill is heading to £100. Also network issues mean we can’t use. And then, why the bill? Sort it please.

The @ThreeUK live chat merry go round continues! Silly me, I should have copied and pasted the last four chats, as this would of saved a lot of time. @ThreeUK appear to keep no records of previous chats or complaints #Disgraceful Worst customer service ever!

All you need to do is set up a webpage on my3 where customers can enter a bank account to receive their refund. Why are you wasting customer and Three staff time on an easily automated process?
