@ThreeUK Hi there. I have been experiencing problems with my network coverage over the last few weeks. Very weak signal. Internet buffering constantly. This weekend, no Internet at all for a number of hours, Saturday and Sundays Grateful for any help with this. Cheers. JB

@ThreeUK Sorry doesn't put money in my till does it? You've cut off my restaurant for an entire day, lost me numerous bookings, prevented me calling suppliers, prevented me making important calls. You WILL be compensating me for this, and I WILL be leaving the network. 2nd time recently.

@ThreeUK When will this be resolved, I’ve been unable to use Three mobile most of the day, with no telephony and texts. I have no landline now and completely rely on my mobile connection. Will you be compensating customers for this lousy service ???

@ThreeUK You are supposed to have merged with Vodafone....a better company.. Move the voice service to them already, better signal anyway...why beat about the bush? I've lost loads of business today because of this. ID Mobile customer. Three provides the service.

@ThreeUK @ThreeUK it’s extremely condescending that you wrote you know it’s frustrating!! Look at the comments people are more than frustrated.. you turned off live chat and have put poor updates with no info every 3/5 hours!! Do you really think this statement is appropriate?

@ThreeUK You haven’t even been honest enough to tell your customers what the " fault " is, instead we’re palmed off with two bland statements. I don’t want to use an app, I want to use the service I’m paying for. This whole operation reeks of impertinence!
