    @ThreeUK Hi there. I have been experiencing problems with my network coverage over the last few weeks. Very weak signal. Internet buffering constantly. This weekend, no Internet at all for a number of hours, Saturday and Sundays Grateful for any help with this. Cheers. JB

    @ThreeUKSupport I can order a new Sim deal via EE quicker than 3 can resolve this issue. As I said, same issue reported to 3 many times and nothing done about it. My 5 accounts have become 4. Im not wasting anymore of my working day forcing 3 to be better providers!

    @Ms_Me_12 @ThreeUKSupport I was able to recover my account with the help of @cyberbrainsecurity1 on Telegram and they were able to spy on my spouse account without him noticing I think they can help you out

    @ThreeUKSupport Yeah im not fully sure what was going on, just seemed like sales team gets commission so it kinda skews the support side of things however its all good, the device is supposed arrive in an hour so ill let you know if it comes. i have tracking info just they said it was cancelled

    @ThreeUKSupport Postcode is ML2 7BB. I have checked the website and it says someone is working on the issue yet I'm now on day 5 with problems. I will be switching suppliers because this is costing me work time

    @ThreeUKSupport you've got a really horrible sales and delivery team. Two sims on just one contract and you can get your act right on delivery.

    @ThreeUKSupport According to employee number three, a new sim is on its way. 4 of them told me it was a postcode issue, when I was having it across the country, and now employee number 6 says I have to go to Samsung. Someone is telling porkies.

    @ThreeUKSupport Hey three. I rebooted my 5G home BB router and since then I've no internet. Spoke to support, reset twice and now it's because of engineers working on nearby mast, but my phone works. Any ideas?

    @ThreeUKSupport No need Kirsty. I placed an order with EE and my Sim will arrive in a few days. I will call back for the PAC code though. 3 may be happy to give poor customer service but I dont have to accept it. I have another contract ending soon and it wont be renewed either.

    @ThreeUKSupport I also got more Data and its a cheaper deal. I am a loyal customer, until my loyalty is thrown back in my face. Ignoring complaints lodged and repeating a script without listening has cost 3 my custom.

    @ThreeUK the worst experience & customer service. 5 months ago u sent me an additional phone (ur error) I returned it...17 phone calls later and I am STILL receiving threatening letters. Last month I got £20 credit as an apology...still unresolved. Fix the issue! #Ombudsman
