@ThreeUK Hi there. I have been experiencing problems with my network coverage over the last few weeks. Very weak signal. Internet buffering constantly. This weekend, no Internet at all for a number of hours, Saturday and Sundays Grateful for any help with this. Cheers. JB

@ThreeUK My Mother has severe Dementia and has not used her phone for at least 18 months we stopped payments and told you to cancel the phone we have sent proof of her Dementia in a Doctors letter, you won’t accept this as she didn’t send it what part of Dementia do you 1/2

@ThreeUKSupport I want to cancel my order but your staff are wasting my time and my money! They say you have to wait we need to transfer your call ! And I’m waiting for six hours why they did that! The shops in the uk more better than the staff we are dealing with via call!

@ThreeUKSupport Hi Jacq, yes it is. I've been in touch with insurance and they told me the order wasn't processed because of 'human error'. Very poor. I've finally been given an order number but it is not recognised on the Carphone Warehouse website. I suspect human error has struck again...

@ThreeUKSupport 2/2 pay off the remaining tomorrow, I love 3 as a network and really dont want to leave them, but noone is being hopeful about anything with me and I'm angry and hurt that they didnt even attempt to contact but could text about debt collection.

Been with @ThreeUK since early 2000s... Best believe once these contracts are done I'm finding a new provider! Customer service at three is by FAR the WORST I've ever experienced ANYWHERE!!!!!

@ThreeUK this is getting painful. I lost my phone on Sunday morning. I ordered a second phone via 3 on a new contract Sunday evening. Same time my old phone turned up. I ring up to cancel my new phone arriving. Sorry we can't do that as your contract doesn't start till Tuesday ..
