    @ThreeUK do you have an email address for complaints? I have called dozens of times and call handlers are difficult to understand I have been cut off three times. And three times your computer system has been down. Last call said my contract was cancelled but now I received bill!

    @ThreeUKSupport Thanks for your reply. Yeah, it does say there's no coverage but there has been over the last few weeks since it was turned on. Was it testing and not officially ready yet? Its a shame as it made a dramatic difference as reception has been so poor before this (and is again). Thx

    @LD_Sth @Monarchofmoaner @ThreeUK Sure. Once - ok, Twice - happens. When it is persistent there is no way of talking about accident as its failing to provide the service. That's what ombudsman said anyway.

    @ThreeUK Three is not a great network in the first place. Worst service ever and their customer service is really poor. At times I wish I never got a contract with them. Can’t wait for this storm to be over so I can cut myself off three

    @ThreeUKSupport in the past two months I’ve been charged for bills multiple times, causing money issues and constantly no matter where I am my data cuts in and out working less often than it ever used to yet your expect me to be happy to pay my bill?
