@ThreeUK do you have an email address for complaints? I have called dozens of times and call handlers are difficult to understand I have been cut off three times. And three times your computer system has been down. Last call said my contract was cancelled but now I received bill!

@HullTeslaModel3 @ThreeUKSupport @SMARTYMobileUK i drive a few miles to our local Asda, you get a full strength 5G signal that’s faster than our fibre optic home connection ! I think mobile phone companies make a mint n give very poor service to a lot of their customers ?

Thank you @ThreeUK for fixing the issue as soon as you can. I wondered if the company could offer a free month to compensate those of us who have been affected. I’ve been with 3 for over 15 years. It would be a small token rather than expensive compensation claims.
