I have called dozens of times and call handlers are difficult to understand I have been cut off three times. And three times your computer system has been down. Last call said my contract was cancelled but now I received bill!

That’s roughly £289 MILLION additional revenue just from the UK alone.

It is now impossuble to WFH as the service is so poor, and £4.60 compensation. Lost the will to live with your terrible customer service
