    @ThreeUK do you have an email address for complaints? I have called dozens of times and call handlers are difficult to understand I have been cut off three times. And three times your computer system has been down. Last call said my contract was cancelled but now I received bill!

    @ThreeUKSupport I spent time yesterday talking to someone and they raised my issue. Today someone tried to call me but I wasn’t available. I’ve tried calling back but the menu isn’t clear I keep being told to use the app. Can someone help and get them to call me back please?

    Is anyone else on the @ThreeUK network (4g and home broadband) having problems accessing Netflix or the Apple app store? I've been unable to access either of them on any device since yesterday.

    @ThreeUKSupport @samorris6182 I have the same problem. I also have problem to log in to iTunes. Can’t see me purchased history. But if I turn on VPN everything is fine.
