@ThreeUK do you have an email address for complaints? I have called dozens of times and call handlers are difficult to understand I have been cut off three times. And three times your computer system has been down. Last call said my contract was cancelled but now I received bill!

@ThreeUKSupport I’m fine thanks. If there are issues in my area they will be resolved. The problem I have is that it has been throughout the duration of my contract and I will 100% terminate my contract at the first chance available

@ThreeUK Some calls lol I have had loads of random numbers telling me they have had missed calls from my number all day, and the calls dropping when I have been answering.. Thankfully when I needed to make a 999 call to the fire service it connected

@trainfanmatt @ThreeUK I must agree, and I’m not a great fan of the screeching public; however, 3 supply a service that customers pay for…therefore, surely the customers must be allowed to complain if that service doesn’t meet the expectations of those customers?
