@ThreeUK @ThreeUKSupport What is wrong with your live chat? I've been cut off twice today, trying to sort out an account issue that should have been solved months ago #notimpressed

@ThreeUKSupport I take it back, received an email today saying they now have my phone in stock. This has been an absolute joke, poor communication and just terrible service, how can nobody at all know what's going on there or just give me an honest answer. That's me done with Three for sure.

@D_R_Fletch @Three_Is_Broken @ThreeUKSupport Just finished a 2yr contract in which I complained for about 20months, paid over the odds the entire contract for a phone useless unless on home WiFi, cant wait to get out to the shops and choose a new phone and network!

@ThreeUK @OPPOMobileUK Three Very Poor Customer support and Network, I am Getting in only 1 bar of 4g signal in 2021 without Vowifi nor VoLte service. Support keep telling in your area everything is fine and insisting to use 3g instead of 4g

  • Hathor32563459 Hathor (@Hathor32563459) reported

@ThreeUK . I asked if I would be welcomed as a customer, the agent said 'no'. Cue the denials, claims to be angels, and 'sorry you feel that way' dismissal.

  • joe3_3 Joe (@joe3_3) reported

@ThreeUKSupport Hi haven’t been getting any 4g signal for three days now in BN14LS have had to switch both mine and my wife’s phones to 3G and also our AI cube router, what is the problem and when will it be fixed.

  • Peter_Tix Peter (@Peter_Tix) reported

@richardhowle @ThreeUK @EE I did the same a few months ago and it's great, the speeds are far better than I can get on a fixed-line service. I did find I had to split it into 2 wifi networks 2.4 & 5 as some things would only connect to a 2.4 network like Alexa and Nest smoke alarms but it was easy to setup

  • top_dave1982 D (@top_dave1982) reported
