@ThreeUK do you have an email address for complaints? I have called dozens of times and call handlers are difficult to understand I have been cut off three times. And three times your computer system has been down. Last call said my contract was cancelled but now I received bill!

@ThreeUKSupport Hi again. Why are you still having issues with broadband internet? Also if were to cancel contract, will you charge us for not fulfilling your contractual obligations regarding providing a service?

@ThreeUKSupport I have no idea you plunder my account and take £71 above what I normally pay saying I've accrued it through excessive use with a service that's no better than what recall as slow as diall up service . So glad im now with another company .

@ThreeUKSupport Spoke to your ‘business team’. They couldn’t explain why I’m getting charged for a business line when you haven’t sent me the device yet. When I asked when I could expect the device I was told you ‘didn’t have any in stock.’ Do you see the issue here?

@Keir_Starmer @ThreeUK Everyone is claiming to be a keyworker and some keyworkers have been turned down for a place. @GavinWilliamson should be getting devices out to kids not sending more in to make his life easier and increasing the spread at the same time by saying more can go back Defeats the point

@ThreeUKSupport Initially that there was no issues with the signal up here and after pointing out the inconsistency in mobile signal it took a while for them to recognise the issue.

All I ask is please re-connect/re-activate my number as originally promised by your customer service. I've been paying a monthly sim-only contract for 4 months now and not received anything but stress and promises you can't deliver @ThreeUK

@ThreeUKSupport Registering again fixes the problem. If an account is deactivated, why doesn’t your website or app say so? And why deactivate accounts of paying customers?
