@ThreeUK do you have an email address for complaints? I have called dozens of times and call handlers are difficult to understand I have been cut off three times. And three times your computer system has been down. Last call said my contract was cancelled but now I received bill!

@ThreeUK really don’t care about the newly bereaved, tried to charge to cancel a dead man’s phone contract & then cancelled his widow’s account leaving her without a mobile when she needed it most. Shame on @ThreeUK

@ThreeUKSupport Just wondering what's happening with the signal in the CR3 6DA area. 3g seems to not be working at all so having to use your rubbish 1Mbps 4g connection. Bit of a joke that the 3g at 15Mbps was faster than the 4g up until this point but now it's no longer funny..

@ThreeUK definitely leaving your network after 5 long years. You're customers services today led me to this decision after offering only explanations instead of solutions today for my roam data. I will look forward to joining one of your competitors on both my 3 contracts.

@ThreeUKSupport My Homefi contract comes to an end this week. I called to cancel it at the end of term, which wasn't easy because I'm hard of hearing, and the man said I would be sent a letter confirming this but I've heard nothing

@ThreeUKSupport So it's #VoLTE that's failing now, even with Wi-Fi calling on. If I switch to 3G there's no issue. I've sat with my phone on 4G only since you confirmed Voice across the whole LTE network on all frequency bands. Any thoughts on when it'll be fixed?

@ThreeUKSupport Calls terminate, I can't always hear the person then they return and I also get an annoying sound occasionally and I have to terminate the call.
