@ThreeUK do you have an email address for complaints? I have called dozens of times and call handlers are difficult to understand I have been cut off three times. And three times your computer system has been down. Last call said my contract was cancelled but now I received bill!

Last week I order next day broadband from @ThreeUK. Wedneday no sign, chat with support Thursday, it's top priority and will be here 24 hours. Now a week late, call 3, no option for customer services, finally tell me your systems are down and the operator can't even call me back

So @ThreeUK is repeatedly charging me for the same cancel fee. Every time I pay it, the flag gets reset, and they bill me again. Third time now. And when I call @ThreeUKSupport , they take my details, say they'll call me back, and don't. When can we fix this, please?

Good morning @ThreeUK!! Right it’s ultimatum time!!!! Either you permanently fix the never ending problem with coverage in PO15 by the end of this week or you lose me as a customer. Enough is ENOUGH. I am absolutely at my wits end now.

@ThreeUKSupport When you make a payment through your bank you put a reference to help the receivers allocate the money- he didn’t put the correct thing. Yes from our end. I’ll find out at 1:55pm if your end is happy or not.

@ThreeUK No/awful phone signal for over two weeks, phone to cancel but the operator can't hear me due to the awful service. Go to the online chat and get told to come back later as the systems are down... Could someone help as I'm losing work.
