@ThreeUK do you have an email address for complaints? I have called dozens of times and call handlers are difficult to understand I have been cut off three times. And three times your computer system has been down. Last call said my contract was cancelled but now I received bill!

@ThreeUKSupport Home postcode. I was getting 15mb last week after your service checker reported you had finished making improvements. Today it is sitting around 1-2mb. This is the worst I’ve experienced in over a year with you.

@ThreeUK 6+ year customer and now you’re randomly taking off my cap without notification or authorisation and charging me £92.83 over my contract. Refusing to give me any more than £40 of my own money back?

@ThreeUKSupport 5 times, 2 Macs and mobile, waited 4 hours between first lot this morning. Did a password reset after a couple of tries (I use a PW manager, this isn't a pw problem). I can get in fine with other accounts. Why don't you just email invoices? Would be SO much easier.

@ThreeUKSupport I’m not receiving an email to be able to set up an account. Please can you help? I tried phoning and she was no help at all.

@therichchic @ThreeUKSupport I would recommend complaining. And give them 2 weeks to fix it. If they don’t, you should be allowed to leave penalty free if you have a sim only deal.

@ThreeUK How about actually providing the service which people pay for? Like a stable working 4G network that doesn't drop out every 2mins or is so slow you can't even listen to an Internet radio station without it buffering!! & that's in an area with Excellent coverage!

Yet again @ThreeUK my phone call to @BritishGasHelp which I waited 30 mins for was cut off because of your appalling service. Explain to me again why I have to keep paying this phone contract!! 😡

@ThreeUKSupport Yes. We have now cancelled it as we cannot get hold of the hub. Nobody on the 3 broadband phone line or online chat could help with delivery to a different address. They suggested contacting 3 uk but the phone number we were given didn’t work

@ThreeUKSupport @therichchic Three you do realise that expecting customers to use 3G is bad. It’s 2021. Sort out your shabby 4G.
