@ThreeUK do you have an email address for complaints? I have called dozens of times and call handlers are difficult to understand I have been cut off three times. And three times your computer system has been down. Last call said my contract was cancelled but now I received bill!

@ThreeUK completely appalling service from 3. Bought an unlimited data add on. Can’t speak to anyone. Chat not working and still they want to charge £2 per day! They’ve made it impossible to talk to anyone. Beware roaming!

@ThreeUKSupport It’s the Huawei 5G one and issues on every device. Mobiles sometimes work but PlayStation and PC don’t for Netflix. Getting a network error code.

@ThreeUK wait you added Roaming fees? Didn't you brag about getting rid of them before the EU legislation and claim it had nothing to do with that? It's the only reason I joined in the first place and the rest of the service is not different enough to stay.

@ThreeUK @ThreeUKSupport It's been 4 weeks now since I signed my contract and yet to receive my tablet. After multiple visits to store and 2 phone calls to customer services, I am no closer!! Very poor from a company I have been with for a number of years now.
