@ThreeUK do you have an email address for complaints? I have called dozens of times and call handlers are difficult to understand I have been cut off three times. And three times your computer system has been down. Last call said my contract was cancelled but now I received bill!

@ThreeUKSupport I've got a receipt here saying that my router was posted back to you, but a letter that says it hasn't arrived. Your phone support guy seems to think it was a tracked bag though which you know it isn't right? Can we fix this?

@ThreeUKSupport The issue I'm having isn't with Amazon, its an issue connectig the speaker via Bluetooth, to a device such as phone/tablet. As mentioned previously, the speaker only plays music VIA Amazon. There's a fault with it. My audio devices connect to another huawei speaker just fine.

@ThreeUKSupport Hi, there's still mast issues showing for sk15 1hw, we are still on 3g which is okay if one or two devices are connected but not anymore. Any ideas when we can come off 3g on to 4g/5g for our phones and home mifi?

@claireyjenna @ThreeUKSupport So annoying. After complaining though a phone mysteriously turned up in about 5 days. Assume the help team must have had the wrong info, who knows, but still annoying that they continued to sell that deal as available for next day delivery, which was clearly false.

@ThreeUKSupport I did the chat thing yesterday and was then told to call up. Then I was told someone would ring me back. They didn’t. I’ve sent a notice of cancellation in writing. I imagine you’re kept busy because everyone is trying to leave Three after abysmal service
