@ThreeUK do you have an email address for complaints? I have called dozens of times and call handlers are difficult to understand I have been cut off three times. And three times your computer system has been down. Last call said my contract was cancelled but now I received bill!

@ThreeUKSupport I have a mobile broadband account with you. How do I access your London Underground wifi? When you used to log in via the 'Virgin Media WiFi' network you could use your log in details. Now that you have to use the 'Three_WIFI' network it no longer works

Hi @ThreeUKSupport. I have a number of lines which are not working on my biz a/c. I called your biz support line and was told that there is an outage; that there are no online updates; and that you don't know when it will be fixed. Can your twitter support team be more helpful?

@ThreeUKSupport Well I didn't have a direct debit set up so I went to pay my bill manually, it successfully got paid but my services were shut down anyway and anyone I ring for help tells me it should be up and running again 'soon' but fail to provide me with an actual time frame.

@ThreeUKSupport Like I said. I turn the sim on only for text messages for maybe 1 minute at a time. If these charges stand. I will be cancelling My account with 3. I've been a loyal customer for 10 years. This is beyond ridiculous

@ThreeUKSupport I'll be cancelling my account and going to a better provider. Three has become awful in recent years anyway . Why stay?

@ThreeUK How about winning some actual customer service from your Indian call centre agents that doesn't involve fobbing off, lying, and cutting customers off when they get bored or have no answers? That would be a highly successful competition!
