@ThreeUK do you have an email address for complaints? I have called dozens of times and call handlers are difficult to understand I have been cut off three times. And three times your computer system has been down. Last call said my contract was cancelled but now I received bill!

@ThreeUKSupport Is it really standard procedure for transferring a number within 3 to have them wait 30 days!! I've been told by a CS rep who agreed that it's faster for me to transfer my number to EE and then back, but at this point might as well keep it with EE, terrible help!

@ThreeUKSupport I’ve been with 3 for years- always been happy until now. Still being incorrectly charged , still no refund after talking with 3 customer services on 4 different occasions, all promising they would resolve the matter. Still haven’t been resolved.

Don’t know if there’s a problem with Twitter, this lousy stinking piece of junk that masquerades as a phone, or the latest lousy @ThreeUK 4G price plan I wish I hadn’t signed up for but my tweets have abruptly stopped loading. More ******* stress I don’t need.

@ThreeUKSupport Hi, is there an issue with the 5G Network in SE London? We've had download speeds of around 1 Mbps for weeks now. We work from home and it's stopping us from getting things done.
