    @ThreeUK do you have an email address for complaints? I have called dozens of times and call handlers are difficult to understand I have been cut off three times. And three times your computer system has been down. Last call said my contract was cancelled but now I received bill!

    @ThreeUKSupport it has been almost 6 weeks i have barely had signal as apparently you have people working on a mast nearby…when will this be done?? I called over a week ago and was told it would be 7 days…I still don’t have a full signal and constantly can’t use my phone.

    Dear @ThreeUK why can't I cancel an add-on online when I can purchase said add-on online? Why is the add-on even recurring when I just needed it once? This practice shouldn't be allowed. @MartinSLewis

    @ThreeUK... There are problems with your network tonight for many people, your call centre is closed, live chat on app is unavailable. You cannot even tweet something to let customers know its your problem and not our phones? Pathetic service

    @ThreeUK I was a three customer for a while and then ported my number to Sky and now O2. I cannot now recieve any calls from people on the three network? My network has checked all ok on their side and it looks like 3 did not send routing files when number ported. Please help

    @ariesweeter @ThreeUK It's really worrying isn't it. Cos god know how you could fix it. Maybe you can't ring out of network. I would ring a mate who is on 3. But it's too late now don't want to risk waking them up lol
