I have called dozens of times and call handlers are difficult to understand I have been cut off three times. And three times your computer system has been down. Last call said my contract was cancelled but now I received bill!

I couldn’t care less what is being invested all that shows is just how much money is coming out of your customers pockets when we’re all suffering

No formal complaint has been made but to be honest, from experience, I'm not sure I'd get a response other than "we'll be in touch"
