    @ThreeUK do you have an email address for complaints? I have called dozens of times and call handlers are difficult to understand I have been cut off three times. And three times your computer system has been down. Last call said my contract was cancelled but now I received bill!

    @ThreeUK absolutely disgusted with there service and support. I am on a unlimited everything tariff and I am in holiday in Spain and a. They are charging me £2 a day to use my data b. I have now gone over there fair usage and now being charged for data. They have already blocked

    @ThreeUK Please help! Somehow I’m using a lot of data abroad even though I’m only really sending messages. I’m close to the 12gb cap and have a few days left. Will the short term unlimited data package allow me to use more than the 12gb fair usage? Thanks

    @ThreeUKSupport Hi, I've been trying to cancel an order since it's been trying to get sent to the wrong address. I've had a chat through the live chat assistant but I don't feel 100% reassured that it has actually been cancelled.

    When I try to use my phone on @ThreeUK it constantly cuts out. People can't hear me. Just been shouting down thr phone to the vets about my sick cat. Honestly @ThreeUK, breaking my heart here with this bollocks. Cat sick, important calls, your phone service shite.

    @ThreeUKSupport why is it always such a pain to get an old number transferred to you? Every time I renew my contract or take out a new one, it's never straight forward to keep my number. It's getting very tiresome.

    @ThreeUK so this is the best conversation ever completely flawed. Insurance company say stolen phone is not blocked and 3 can’t help because they can’t text code to stolen phone. Is it just me?????

    @ThreeUK reception and phone network is shockingly bad in Devon yet again. I rely on my phone for my work too. I work with disabled vulnerable people and with my phone not working correctly it's really not good at all. Especially the price I pay for my contract. 65 pm
