I have called dozens of times and call handlers are difficult to understand I have been cut off three times. And three times your computer system has been down. They upped my bill not to long ago and I said I was going to leave what not for a better deal.. they didn't offer anything better same plan same signal more money... Make it make sense 🤔 just daylight robbery
