    @ThreeUK do you have an email address for complaints? I have called dozens of times and call handlers are difficult to understand I have been cut off three times. And three times your computer system has been down. Last call said my contract was cancelled but now I received bill!

    @ThreeUKSupport I put in a complaint yesterday when someone called asking for him and when we advised he had died he basically just hung up on us. Today we've received a hastening email for payment which is why I've tweeted. I'm not sitting on Web chat, I'll wait for a response to the complaint

    @ThreeUKSupport Unfortunately it’s gone on long enough and sadly will have to switch over to another network. I just don’t understand why investing so much on new infrastructure then just leave it unfinished for so long..

    @ThreeUK @ThreeUKSupport Update received a SIM card waited 20 hours for it to activate I’m now going to the store to pick up a new SIM card, I can’t believe this is how the treat their customer I’m a OAP I have been told to walk to the shop to collect the SIM card, disgusting
