@ThreeUK do you have an email address for complaints? I have called dozens of times and call handlers are difficult to understand I have been cut off three times. And three times your computer system has been down. Last call said my contract was cancelled but now I received bill!

@ThreeUK @ChelseaFCW Nop I support Arsenal just happen to be a long suffering three customer. Just want a much better mobile service from Three than we get at present. Your 5G service is laughable & your 4G service leaves a lot to be desired to. So why would I want to go and see Chelsea practice 👎👎

@ThreeUK this is ridiculous and has been going on for a few weeks since ‘maintenance’ in my NG3 post code area. One of the highest points in Nottingham and well populated but struggle to get one bar signal.

@ThreeUKSupport I have a 5 am start tomorrow . I’ll be glad when I move and can ditch your WiFi hub . I’ll need to raise a complaint as another week of no signal . I am paying for a non existent service

Why when you ask your network provider anything do they ask if you've turned your phone off and on? Like damn @ThreeUK I never thought of that. Then couldn't wait to pass the problem off as a phone problem because I didn't purchase the phone from them 🙄

@ThreeUK been trying to call your hemel hempstead shop now to speak to them re a new contract - no answer for 4 hours - phone not busy just ringing - called customer services cannot do anything - not looking good

@GracelessHippo Thanks frootles. Sometimes the disparity between what I get and what's actually there is genuinely funny. Sometimes it's shite. Fortunately customer service @ThreeUK have been brilliant and have put in place a repayment plan, and the amount left to pay isn't too extreme.
