@ThreeUK do you have an email address for complaints? I have called dozens of times and call handlers are difficult to understand I have been cut off three times. And three times your computer system has been down. Last call said my contract was cancelled but now I received bill!

Anyone in the #MobileTech world can give me a hand? Customers on @ThreeUK are not able to call me since I moved to @O2. I have been sent back and forth each telling me to contact the other. I'm sure it's a simple routing problem. Anyone has any emails one can use? #ThreeUK #O2

Absolutely dreadful customer service from @ThreeUK ! Call centre staff should have a reasonable understanding of the English language if their core customers are English speaking... painful experience #poorcustomerservice

Seriously @ThreeUK you're ***************. 1st you don't cancel a service I asked you to cancel & continue to take money out my ACC. Then you refuse to refund all of it back, only some, and then you even fail to pay me that back even after me contacting you to confirm. Thieves.

@JopskiChas @BBCNews But it's not the lack of masts that are the problem! It's the fact that there are trees and walls in the way, blocking the signal! At least, that's what @ThreeUK told me...
