    @ThreeUK do you have an email address for complaints? I have called dozens of times and call handlers are difficult to understand I have been cut off three times. And three times your computer system has been down. Last call said my contract was cancelled but now I received bill!

    @ThreeUKSupport On the phone to what I can only describe as useless customer service! He just said to get the PAC at the end of the month and go elsewhere!

    @ThreeUKSupport I've rang up after an hour on phone maybe sorted. Wasn't for me to cancel, your mistake you even admitted that in January. You then charged for it but can see now it never came but then put me back on highest tariff.. isn't what was agreed. Told them sort it this week or ofcom

    @ThreeUK are they useless at 3, broad band cancelled in store, 2 weeks after the 28/2 you will get final bill. great i think .it dont work like that, 1/3 final demand for payment. threat of dept collectors and negative credit rating! customer service HOPELESS even more threats

    @MoneySavingExp Anyone know a way to penetrate @ThreeUK corporate shield to get a statement about @ChelseaFC sponsorship. SM won’t reply and customer complaints say its not their dept. but cannot send you anywhere else.

    @ThreeUKSupport My contract ends soon with yourselves, unfortunately I fell down some stairs breaking my s20+, as I need my phone for work I decided to open a new contract via mobile phones direct using you as my network. The phone I ordered was the S21 ultra at a further £50 p/m...

    @ThreeUKSupport So I was the going to pay off my last 3 months with yourselves around £200 and have the S21 ultra on a new contract. However 1 week later S22Ultra came out so I have sent my S21 ultra back to mobile phones direct and cancel that contract to open a new one.
