    @ThreeUKSupport And I was also told that I am in the cooling period so I cancel the contract but now I am being charge around 400 pounds to cancel a sim, which is ridiculous. Why would I want to pay 400 pounds for something I will never use. I have never had such a terrible experience before.

    @ThreeUKSupport I want out without a penalty. You have never provided me with the internet service you promised. You are so bad the Government should pull your license.

    @ThreeUK I have had a very bad experience with three and they have charged me incorrectly without any communication. I need my sim contracts to be cancelled because I am paying for something that I didn't sign up for.

    @ThreeUKSupport is there a reason as to why all 3 huawei routers have ceased streaming in my DL2 1 area? These were fine till 8th November now we have had to buy another router in order to get service 😡

    @ThreeUKSupport I had gone to a Three Store on 5 March 2022 to order for my replacement sim since I lost my Three and I was to that I need to enter a contract in order to get a replacement sim. I never got the replacement sim and above that I have been charged for a plan I didn't want.
