Tricia Hylton (@hylton_tricia) reported@ThreeUKSupport I’ve called and spoken to someone on the customer relations team on COUNTLESS occasions who say they can’t issue me a PAC code over the phone and that I have to wait for someone to call within 48hrs. Either no one calls or if they do, they hang up on me. Why is this so difficult.
