    @ThreeUK I got this message from you “You may remember from your contract that we review your monthly charge each year in line with RPI. This year it will increase by 2.7%” I find this disappointing and extremely poor timing.

    @rchoots @ThreeUK Which other companies discount a month for issues ? I know sky at most ( because of minimum guarantee internet speed) , no other phone company discounts a month for issues

    @RastaMou53 @ThreeUK Same here. 5 bars on 4g and its still ****. Speeds lower then 1 mbps cant do much online. Been like this for months. Just initiated switch. Shame really been with them for 6 years bit 11 months of this is too much

    @nem39esis @iD_Mobile_UK the problem is ID uses the same network as @ThreeUK meaning when 3 has issues (they are having massive problems at the moment) ID also has issues

    @ThreeUKSupport I spoke to someone else in cancellations who helped me but apparently there is no complaints team to handle this kind of issue? He only said that the call would be listened to and appropriate action taken. Is there really no complaints team for this?
