@ThreeUK I got this message from you “You may remember from your contract that we review your monthly charge each year in line with RPI. This year it will increase by 2.7%” I find this disappointing and extremely poor timing.

The simple action of activating a sim, where I'm told it takes up to two hours, has not happened. I am now told it will take at least 48 hours. Because I love having to piss around with 2 phones like a cheap, drug dealer. Cheers @ThreeUK for your poor service and unhelpful staff

@ThreeUKSupport Hello, are there 5G signal issues at the moment? I’ve had one bar on 4G in several locations in the last couple or days.

@ThreeUKSupport This issue is always happening in central London, WC2, W1, etc. I have changed SIM card it was ok for two weeks, now, back to 0. I am not going to use 3G, I am paying for 4G. It is very frustrating. I have decided. Finishing my contract, I’m moving to another network

@joethewizzard @ThreeUK Reviews online are about the same for Virgin and Three tbh. But like I said, the positives of being with Three at least outweigh that of Virgin, even if they are just as unstable I might as well get faster speeds and pay less at the same time

  • sid1307 Síd Peacock (@sid1307) reported

@ThreeUKSupport trying to talk to your telephone support and they've just hung up.

  • burnie007 John Burns (@burnie007) reported

@ThreeUKSupport Tried that. No difference. Whole families phone are the ame over here(ame network).

  • madebyclancy Jack Ryan (@madebyclancy) reported

Very excited to leave Virgin Media for a cheaper, more reliable, and FASTER 5g service from @ThreeUK - not to don't let me down lads 🙏 If I have to live with another unstable broadband for 24 months I may well tear my hair out
