@ThreeUK I got this message from you “You may remember from your contract that we review your monthly charge each year in line with RPI. This year it will increase by 2.7%” I find this disappointing and extremely poor timing.

@ThreeUKSupport hi, it seems all mobile data, internet etc on 3G / 4G is unavailable for me whilst I’m in Ireland. Are there tech problems? Very common for me to come to EU and roam. Have been getting nothing for 24hrs

@ThreeUKSupport Yes I can see that the money left my account in May. I was e-mailing asking for confirmation of the payment (as I paid with your online chat and received 0 confirmation). Not an issue with spam/junk.

@ThreeUKSupport I’ve tried a lot of things: powering off, switching ‘automatic’ on/off on Network Selection in settings and so on. Every app just has the buffer graphic and won’t connect.

@ThreeUKSupport Still no improvement, if anything it is even slower today than yesterday. Any more updates to this issue?

The only transfer I’m making is to @ThreeUK in just over a month. 15 year with my current phone supplier and service as been shocking for nearly 2 years.

Hey quick question, I'm with @SMARTYMobileUK in Scotland and my friend is with @ThreeUKSupport but he is in Poland right now, would it cost us much to call eachother? Or would it make more sense for him to just get a sim card for a Polish network until hes home?

@ThreeUKSupport But even if I do go over the limit a surcharge should be applied to go over? There was no text. Surely @ThreeUK wouldn’t just pull the plug on a customer’s access? I’ve gone over before and just had to pay the extra £££, never been ‘cut-off’.

@ThreeUKSupport I’m trying to use my phone abroad but the data passport I purchased seems to expire on a daily basis and seemingly costing me £££££ by moving into the standard £3/MB rate! I can’t check what happening as the system is down! I have 2 accounts doing this. Help!

@DT_NerdyGeek @mrjamesob When I spoke to @ThreeUK customer services they claimed it's to cover the cost of investment in 5G network etc...
