    @ThreeUKSupport I already reported the first issue last week, the broken TV today has not been reported yet because we are sick if having to ask people not to send us broken goods. Is this something you can rectify?

    Hey @SamsungUK, excellent customer service BTW regarding a repair for the A70 I got my sister Dec 2019 (sim card stopped working after update. @ThreeUK store team kindly tried sorting too) CS was a 🌟Arranged collection of device so no need to travel to repair centre. Kudos!

    @ThreeUKSupport I have a Lenovo tablet with a broadband sim. I can't find the number associated with the sim, it doesn't show it under SIM in the menu - if I'm using it as a hotspot, how do I recognise which is the right network?

    Hello @ThreeUK - it seems that every 0843 number I get come through to my mobile these days is a scammer of the Amazon or other ilk. How can we block ALL 0843 numbers or 0333 too as that one is a dangerous energy switching scam. Wld be nice if there was a network setting - TIA

    @ThreeUKSupport please could you confirm when the mast work is likely to be completed in the np20 5 area of Newport, your network checker states repairs have been taking place for a week and I have had very little or no coverage for the last week. Thanks
