    @ThreeUK I got this message from you “You may remember from your contract that we review your monthly charge each year in line with RPI. This year it will increase by 2.7%” I find this disappointing and extremely poor timing.

    @ThreeUKSupport I reset my network settings and rebooted my phone but still only have H+. If I try to select 4g/3g only, it disconnects from the network.

    @ThreeUKSupport This isn't an accessibility issue - your live chat are just lying and replying with platitudes and refusing to answer questions. How hard can it be to reinstate someone's account that you suspended in a major error?

    @ThreeUKSupport I have tried switching using PAC from 3 to SMARTY they are not able to see it. Now my 3 number is receiving texts and calls to my SMARTY SIM but I am unable to text or call myself. But their systems do not show my 3 number so it is causing issues.

    @ThreeUKSupport Surely a lot of people wanting to use your network in central London is something you could predict and plan for? Along with your lies about inclusive EU roaming, this makes me minded to go elsewhere when my contract ends.

    I have never been angrier with my treatment by a company than by @ThreeUK They have lied to me three times about when my account will be reinstated and won't give me a code so I can switch providers until they unlock it. Farcical.

    @ThreeUKSupport Im not confident as had multiple agents say its delayed then last one claimed its commoing tomorrow, but the fact I was told to cancel the order and was sujested i go to some heart beat team to back out of the whole thing, think chat staff need better intergration or training
