@ThreeUK I got this message from you “You may remember from your contract that we review your monthly charge each year in line with RPI. This year it will increase by 2.7%” I find this disappointing and extremely poor timing.

@ThreeUK when a customer goes into one of your shops. Asks for a £10 top up, surely your staff should sell them what they ask for. Not grill them how they use phone, how many times a year they top up. And Try and sell them what they do not want. Not good

@ThreeUK For 2 weeks now my signal has been like a roller coaster. Since Friday it's been almost non existent. Regular red light on router. Your website says there's no network problem yet there's loads of people asking what's going on. What on earth is wrong!!!

@ThreeUK can you tell me if there’s an issue with Spotify over the three network? Can’t play songs that are not downloaded over 4g but works fine when connected to WiFi. Other networks seem to be working normal for Spotify. Tried different phones on your network same happens
