@ThreeUK I got this message from you “You may remember from your contract that we review your monthly charge each year in line with RPI. This year it will increase by 2.7%” I find this disappointing and extremely poor timing.

@ThreeUK I need urgent help. My 2-year iPad contract ended Dec 2024, you’ve kept charging me ~£95/month up to today. Why am I still paying for a contract that ended? Please investigate & refund immediately. A letter is being sent to your CEO Robert finnegan. U keep ignoring me

@ThreeUK Finally got it returned. They never sent the envelope I got the guys in the Three shop to phone direct and ask for a QR code to be sent to my email. So I parcelled it up myself and took it to a DPD approved shop.

Over the last 12-18 months, the lack of phone signal either at home, or on commutes to work, or even just when travelling around the country has been shocking.. There was a time where i had full signal anywhere.. now im lucky to make a phone call without it dropping out @ThreeUK

@ThreeUKSupport Great job on making it clear that your 14 day go roam ATW extra pass for £49 that says “use your plan allowance” does not in fact allow you to use it and has a 12gb cap. My mistake for assuming you wouldn’t try and ******* over with misleading descriptions.
