@ThreeUK I got this message from you “You may remember from your contract that we review your monthly charge each year in line with RPI. This year it will increase by 2.7%” I find this disappointing and extremely poor timing.

@walthizenberg @ThreeUK Before end of the year hopefully I was told in store. But there's been so many delays. They do support esim for apple watch, but that's useless to me!

@PrintIsntDead @ThreeUK @O2 Considering the same mate. Just so much money. Plus when I’m in London, Three’s network seems terrible as well.

@ThreeUKSupport @blonde_moment83 Hello, although they don’t manage it, they should probably also contact TfL as it’s on their service. They can do it via Twitter, their username is @TfL. not trying to be mean, just thought they may be able to also help.

Hi @ThreeUK all this you have spouted about how great your 5g service would be - its even worse than your 4g service was and that is pretty dire - why is the service so bad everywhere - the only time a phone with your Sim in is any good is when you connect another companies wi-fi

@ThreeUKSupport Yes, I am on the unlimited plan. I haven't tried calling today but I was able to make several yesterday. I was able to access my internet as well, only noticed an issue today (like the whole day).

@ThreeUKSupport The contract was due to end on 08/07, I left 3 on 21/06 after being told on the app and via text on 07/06 that if I left I wouldn’t be paying anything. I cancelled via PAC code as I wanted to keep my number and take it with me to my new network

@ThreeUK So you draw people in then screw them over with additional charges! Three the only uk network where you can’t get a signal with and they then charge you extra for use of your phone! You cannot continue your contract if you need a new phone so wave goodbye to roaming! Bandits!🤬
