@ThreeUK I got this message from you “You may remember from your contract that we review your monthly charge each year in line with RPI. This year it will increase by 2.7%” I find this disappointing and extremely poor timing.

@ThreeUKSupport Already spoken to them, they are the problem! Called me a liar! Router not recognising the two SIM cards that have been sent. Refuse to send a replacement router unless I go to a 3 shop, which isn’t going to happen. Not getting another penny from me.

  • xosassysarahxo sarah (@xosassysarahxo) reported

@ThreeUKSupport Connection/signal even in a slight breeze is shocking. As you can imagine in this wind it's constantly dropping out. That's if it even connects in first place. Keeps saying Internet unavailable.

  • MI5_Spook Dave (@MI5_Spook) reported

@ThreeUKSupport Last couple of days. I think it's another issue personally, but thought I'd ask you. Do you have a landline number I can give them to call and speak to one of your representatives? Thanks

  • CcieOne Oneccie 🥇 (@CcieOne) reported from Stevenage District, England

@ThreeUKSupport Any way to cancel the contract agreement due to unsutisfactory network coverage? I dont want to keep playing for the services that not working more often then working.

  • SILV3R SILV3R (@SILV3R) reported

@Barry_Carrot @ThreeUK Been with O2 since the iPhone came out and never had any real problems with them.

  • alanbooth1972 Alan Booth 💙 (@alanbooth1972) reported

@ThreeUK Absolute disgrace of a company! Refusing to believe the word of paying customers when reporting mobile broadband router issues and then refusing to cancel contract when no service has been received.

  • lilyforel lilyilly (@lilyforel) reported

@ThreeUKSupport PO4 0JJ - are there issues? Really patchy mobile data connection all day.

  • IanKendallmagic Ian Kendall (@IanKendallmagic) reported

Couldn't make it up dept; spend all morning trying to sort Spanish bank problem. On hold for 30+ minutes, and finally get connected. One minute later @ThreeUK drops the call because I've hit my spending limit. I am now screaming at inanimate objects.

  • pengetoanywhere Becca Jones (@pengetoanywhere) reported

@geegeemidnight @ThreeUK I've always had good experiences with O2, signal is always pretty good and as others have said some decent offers out there

  • harlequin_1963 Gary Mackenzie (@harlequin_1963) reported

@SMARTYMobileUK @ThreeUKSupport Now a single bar 3g+ signal from a mast you guaranteed would be working on Friday last week Your service sucks
