@ThreeUK I got this message from you “You may remember from your contract that we review your monthly charge each year in line with RPI. This year it will increase by 2.7%” I find this disappointing and extremely poor timing.

@ThreeUK Any idea how long these network issues will last? Network seems to go down more and more often lately, not exactly filling me with the urgency to renew my contract.

@ThreeUKSupport I can't access Netflix through my Huawei's broadband device. Its been two days now. It won't connect to Netflix servers. All other methods connect except through Huawei device. Pls Fix

  • danPad6 dan Pad (@danPad6) reported

@DaveFitness1 @ThreeUKSupport It’s various apps, App Store, Apple TV, Snapchat and Netflix. Accessible on other networks or by a vpn, three won’t admit they have an issue and lie to customers to push blame

  • danPad6 dan Pad (@danPad6) reported

@ThreeUKSupport Really !! how is restarting going to fix this? Your ips are blocked from accessing Netflix, it works over vpn. I can’t use Wi-Fi as three is my home broadband provider. I’m having to tether to a Tesco mobile. Can you at least confirm this is a three issue?

@m1871e @ThreeUK Why should we have to DM you to get you & @snapchatsupport to do your jobs. You have both been informed there is an issue. Please just sort it. It’s specifically 4G as house link isn’t working & 3G mobile data is. Yes we are rural & our fast internet is via your masts.

  • danPad6 dan Pad (@danPad6) reported

@ThreeUKSupport Three told me Netflix confirmed it was their issue - that’s a lie
