Millie Willer (@MillieWiller) reported from Inverbervie, Scotland@ThreeUK I got this message from you “You may remember from your contract that we review your monthly charge each year in line with RPI. This year it will increase by 2.7%” I find this disappointing and extremely poor timing.

Sir Potato KBE (@MrPotatoOfEire) reported@ThreeUKSupport Nothing you can do. Your masts are too far away for the frequency they are operating on. Add to that a new build home with highly efficient foil faced insulation and the signal simply can't get through. Wifi calling and good customer service has saved the contracts up to now.

Little Duck (@NotAllChris) reported@ThreeUKSupport Pay monthly. Upgraded phone, tried to activate the new SIM. There was an error, now everyone tells me they've done it, but somehow it's never been done. Also been assured my old number will be on that SIM too. Not holding much hope for that to be honest.

Kyle Slorance (@KyleSlorance) reported from Musselburgh, Scotland@ThreeUKSupport The signal hasn’t been great since Thursday morning and 3G isn’t much better due to the Mifi hub being indoors
-
Steven Ansell (@StevenJRAnsell) reported@ThreeUKSupport It appears to be on just the website from what I've seen, but I couldn't get the app to work properly with filters, so I stopped trying to use it earlier. Would it help if I provided a screenshot to pass to your IT/website people?

Aconite (@AconiteTheDog) reportedI'm still so pissed of that @ThreeUK failed to get in contact with me about payment in 2017 and it's still affecting my credit score. Such a garbage company.
-
Little Duck (@NotAllChris) reported@ThreeUKSupport I have been told by your Live Chat people that my SIM would be activated in 48 hours. They've told me this three times, but only after I contact them when it doesn't work. 6 days of it doesn't promote much confidence.

ᴊᴀʏ ᴍᴄ (@JayMc7000) reportedWhy am I paying £46pm when I NEVER EVER get a signal with @ThreeUKSupport @ThreeUK this has been going on now for well over a month and I keep getting the same rubbish excuse..... I'm so sick of this network!

hannah-louise ⚢ (@hannahhsimpsonx) reported@ThreeUK is your network down? says i have no connection :(

Andrew Scott (@AndrewS01250914) reported@VOXI_UK The SIM activation is fine, hence I was able to get 45Mb down from Vodafone. It's @ThreeUK I'm really annoyed with. They honestly couldn't care less about anything.
