@ThreeUK I got this message from you “You may remember from your contract that we review your monthly charge each year in line with RPI. This year it will increase by 2.7%” I find this disappointing and extremely poor timing.

@ThreeUKSupport Yes I am, I’ve tried everything but nothing seems to work. I’ve read on your twitter feed that some other three customers are encountering the same issue. Can you assist?

  • ForestDave1 Forest Dave (@ForestDave1) reported

@ThreeUKSupport what are network issues in NG31 6JE Can’t even get on google most the time all morning

  • Reece_andre__ 🇯🇲🇯🇲 (@Reece_andre__) reported

@Signedbysophiee @ThreeUK EE, £16PM (NHS discount, otherwise £20), 160GB data. The best customer service too 👌🏾

  • noelpadgaonkar Noel Padgaonkar (@noelpadgaonkar) reported

@ThreeUKSupport It has returned but service is not great at all. Very disappointed. I can't even cancel as I'm on a contract and I need to pay a huge amount.

  • Signedbysophiee Soph ✨🇯🇲 (@Signedbysophiee) reported

Absolutely hate being with @threeuk. Their customer service team only care about a sale and I’m at the point where I’m willing to pay more to avoid their shoddy service. Who are you with? And how much do you pay? I need a sim only deal unlimited everything.

  • jamie_2127 Jamie Taylor (@jamie_2127) reported from Paddington, England

@ThreeUK @OfficialRandL If I wanted tickets I’m sure I wouldn’t go via you bunch of clowns to get them. Without doubt the shittest network going.

  • Stitchmeupp Lauren Scott (@Stitchmeupp) reported

@ThreeUKSupport No it’s definitely the network. Works fine on WiFi. Is there a link for complaints please?

  • MrJoestarsBro MightyK: Doolally Mood Boy (@MrJoestarsBro) reported

@ThreeUK Is there a reason why your mobile/home WiFi stuff never seems to want to work? Or why the reception is always terrible? It seems like my internet only works when it feels like it and honestly, you NEED to FIX this. I'm not paying £23 a month for such garbage internet.

  • carlbramhall Carl Bramhall 💙 (@carlbramhall) reported

@ThreeUKSupport After no home broadband service for a week, it came back on Tuesday. Last night at 11pm I lost service again. What's happening? When will I have service? Thanks guys.

  • wayne386 Wayne R[]berts 👌 (@wayne386) reported

@ThreeUKSupport Online gaming & remote access to cctv cameras do not work, as three use a service called CGNAT which blocks online gaming & cameras, despite three publicly saying how good online gaming is on 3's 5g service.
