@ThreeUK I got this message from you “You may remember from your contract that we review your monthly charge each year in line with RPI. This year it will increase by 2.7%” I find this disappointing and extremely poor timing.

@ThreeUK There must be made another test with so many Three costumers not receiving the alert. Further Three support told my husband being on WiFi-call (due to the poor connection at our home) or on Wi-Fi will result in not receiving the alert! NOT ACCEPTABLE!
