    @ThreeUK I got this message from you “You may remember from your contract that we review your monthly charge each year in line with RPI. This year it will increase by 2.7%” I find this disappointing and extremely poor timing.

    @glasgowbila @ThreeUK The worst thing is, my daughter has gone on a residential trip, only communication we have, is a call. And if she trys, she won't get through to us! Hope she don't think we are ignoring her 😭
