Poor effort from @ThreeUKSupport @ThreeUK with everything that's going on just now, to announce a 2.7% contract increase is very very poor timing
@MrJoeGooch @VodafoneUK @EE @O2 @ThreeUK - I more than support their right to have an opinion on this matter, but they're not exactly a leading body in the effects of RF. Basketball clubs, taekwondo school, a lots of "crystal" shops. Again, voicing views, but it doesn't lend credence to any actual arm from 5G existing.
@ThreeUKSupport I'd like to return an item and cancel a contract with it, but the support chat keeps disconnecting and I have already spoken to 3 people that send me links that loses connection after I have waited 30 minutes each time.
Amidst all going on @ThreeUK are raising prices because they can - extra £1.50pm for me. Never mind money is running out or even that I barely get half of calls even with booster box 10 ft from me, now they want to charge more for a shit service. Cant wait to leave. #hadenough
@ThreeUK It would be great if this service was any good. Spoke to 8 advisors over 4 Chat Now sessions and given wrong advice and transferred to the wrong teams. Some were helpful but the majority useless

@ThreeUKSupport This option is not available - I’ve been calling for days and it still says to speak to someone on live chat (which doesn’t work) and it says it’ll hang up.
10x now I've engaged with chat on @ThreeUK and every time I get cut off, no solution, and now we're back to there being no operators available. I'm not special and I don't need urgent attention, but I'll BET YOU HAVE ENOUGH STAFF TO GET THE BILLS OUT ON TIME AND COLLECT THE DD's
