@ThreeUKSupport On the phone whilst paying the £77 - quick enough to take money but neglected to process the cancellation. Will never go back to Three and will make sure no one I know does either. Awful service!

@ThreeUKSupport LA29HQ service for 4G has stopped, 3G HSPA+ is up but terrible speeds so we are unable to work here. Just called the help centre and they are telling me there is no issues!!!

@ThreeUKSupport That’s crazy by the way. You’re telling a customer to leave three, go somewhere else and then come back again. You need to sort your _internal_ systems out and not force those limitations onto your customers!

@ThreeUK Question. Why does three network not work in Tottenham Hale. At all. We are in central London and data has not worked for the last 6 months on any devices or those using three like ID mobile.

@ThreeUKSupport Thanks Scott. I was told by customer service last April that my remaining credit after account closure will be credited in 3-5 days. I called couple of times in February and March too.
