    Ok @ThreeUK - now I’m being advised to be connected to the specialist renewals team (?) and ask for the best deal, decline and ask for a PAC. But surely they will just text it too which was the whole issue over an hour ago. Third team lucky, I suppose... #veryunhappycustomer

    @ThreeUKSupport Complaint Tracking ID 22072022-105757-000001 Raised on 22 July still no reply or update. The biggest **** thing is three can't contact three insurance company and three insurance company can't contact three.good news is three charges me 14£ and pays to insurance.

    @ThreeUKSupport No, I was told I’d have to return to the UK to get my PAC number and that nothing else could be done. Currently being escalated to the Customer Relations team but was told they wouldn’t by able to help either.

    @ThreeUK @UKHonor @JackHoward Never mind movies Three have still not refund me after massive price increases for PAYG customers it will be two months soon and ever time I speak to there chat I get more bullshit , watch this space next month.

    Bemused that a company can refuse to provide the means for a customer to change to another provider unless I get on a plane to another country @ThreeUK - just been told complaint details have been sent by text to the phone you’ve disconnected that I’m trying to move. #classy
