@ThreeUKSupport I had a down service with your network on Tuesday with no service and also had no credit put on the accounts I have with you for the mobile phones and homefi broadband.

a joke my super duper all singing all dancing quite expensive @ThreeUK sim can’t piggyback a GPRS network in an emergency, meanwhile, a @giffgaff sim i have in a spare phone still works quite well in a weather emergency. maybe i should switch networks while i’m out of contract 🤔

@Teddy_Suryanto @ThreeUK Many thanks, after resetting and resetting and cleaning memories I finally got it working ... Had to do the same for my wife's. Ironically the network reset on the pixel is not under systems network ... Many thanks

@ThreeUK have you got network problems in KY11 postcodes both my mobile and my 5G broadband are getting no signal on 5G or 4G this morning? Tried resetting both and not working.

Me again @ThreeUKSupport The signal is fine 300 yds down the road towards Folkestone. Why is Hythe being targeted AGAIN? 7 days to sort this out isn't good enough. I want to leave #THREE. If you can't provide a decent service, you're breaking your contract right? @ThreeUK

@ThreeUKSupport Furthermore, I'm not encouraged by the low ratings given to the app on Google Play. There seems to be an issue with connecting the app to the hub. Can you reassure me?

@collisionxperts @ThreeUK There was a time my account got locked so I tried changing the password but to no avail which continued for a long time, I had to contact unihacksupport also on insta and they got me back to my account. I think they can help you too

@ThreeUKSupport It’s very hit and miss, I was in Abu Dhabi for 3 days, 2 of which I couldn’t even get mobile data to buy a data passport, or any other website. The 3rd, it started miraculously working but now back in Dubai and same issue as before. It’s never connected to Du, only Etisalat

@ThreeUKSupport @ThreeUK just had a refund from your excellent support for lack of service which is OK but I can't do emails with money. I have a trial gift gaff sim. Let's see how that goes. If it's good, I'm off. I live in a block. I'll also let the others know. #three
