@ThreeUK So after many years with Three we have decided to cancel all of our three accounts across our company as and when the individual contracts come up for renewal. Why? Because their customer service is atrocious.

@girlonetrack @ThreeUK @ThreeUKSupport Had the same problem with three and ended up changing providers because even with number blocked they reappeared with different number and still costing £1.50. Ended up paying £615!

@ThreeUKSupport having had signal problems for the last 2 weeks, I was advised this morning that this was likely to continue for at least another 7 days. I am in the process of moving house so need a reliable 'phone which I don't currently have - nightmare!

@ThreeUKSupport No, no errors. I've tried it through the app and on my pc. I log in, choose existing customer then I add the phone to basket. It just logs me out and the basket is empty. I've tried going through live chat but I'm not getting anywhere

@ThreeUKSupport When is the signal going to return to normal for data in Aberdeen city centre? Been a few months with towers being overloaded is very frustrating. Struggles loading GIFs at times!

@ThreeUKSupport hi, my local mast in KA3 has been having an issue fixed for almost 4 weeks now which is becoming a bit of a joke. This same mast seems to be getting worked on a few times every month. Can someone advise what's going on and why it is taking so long please

@ThreeUK I am honestly so disgusted by the lack of customer service you have provided. I was mugged over a week ago and my phone stolen, and despite chasing numerous times, I am still without the necessary documents needed to claim on my insurance.

@_RobW_ @ThreeUKSupport Same - seems odd to me too. I suspect they over-sold vs network capacity. I think a few masts in Tooting had planning permission rejected
