@ThreeUK currently having a terrible experience with the 3's customer service, firstly i had a debt which they squashed due to me paying back but also struggling for money. Then take £131 out of my bank two weeks ago and am still awaiting a refund in the cost-of-living crisis.👍

@jneill @ThreeUK #Three are one of the worst broadband providers around! They actually lie to their 5G customers, and only provide 4G to some, bc of the network & range of their masts!

@ThreeUK Really bad customer service. Phone not delivered and you won’t even give me the tracking number so I can see what happens. DPD seems to have “delivered” it but was not signed for or a photo taken. Makes me suspicious!!!!!!

@puddletash @ThreeUKSupport Don't waste your time with the customer services. Three are having server issues. If you have the opera browser you can turn on "use dns over instead of systems DNS settings" Then select whatever works in that list, try default first. That should help you surf at least.
