    @ThreeUKSupport I had a down service with your network on Tuesday with no service and also had no credit put on the accounts I have with you for the mobile phones and homefi broadband.

    Thanks to my sister who's letting me use her spare EE sim card I'm able to get 5G and fast speeds on my mobile. But that still leaves 5 other devices with very poor speeds. If this is not fixed before end of week I'll be likely switching to EE. @ThreeUKSupport

    @ThreeUK help. I upgraded to a sim only deal, switched to my new sim & despite being assured my number etc would all remain the same, it’s changed! Seriously unimpressed.
