    @ThreeUKSupport I had a down service with your network on Tuesday with no service and also had no credit put on the accounts I have with you for the mobile phones and homefi broadband.

    @ThreeUKSupport I had one but didn't have access to the internet, so don't really understand how that happened. My partner's ran out a couple of days before the end of trip and then was unable to purchase any. Spend caps were increased, extra credit added by customer services. Still nothing.

    @ThreeUK why is your tube wifi sooo bad? I can’t use the virgin one now (which actually works) and the one you’ve replaced it with doesn’t connect at most stations, or connects just as the tube leaves the platform

    @ThreeUKSupport Anyone thinking of joining Three network don't bother they are the worst network going, I've spent over a year now with an unusable 4g network and a 3g service that's overloaded an still no news of a sate when it will be fixed from them!

    How long does it take to activate a suspended account and sim? 24-hours? 2 days, 3 days, a week? How long? A very #unhappycustomer here. Not to mention I’ve been a loyal customer for over a decade. @ThreeUK @ThreeUKSupport

    @ThreeUKSupport Have been offered a tariff that is not on your website when I follow the link. I phoned the number your chat said to and I've been hanging on for 40 minutes. Is there another number. Or how do I cancel ?

    @ThreeUKSupport my data isn’t working in Birmingham. Showing 3G but nothing loads, I should have 5G. Tried restarting my phone, taking out sim and resetting network settings but nothing is working. Can only get internet when connected to wifi
