@ThreeUKSupport I had a down service with your network on Tuesday with no service and also had no credit put on the accounts I have with you for the mobile phones and homefi broadband.

I can't believe how incompetent @ThreeUK are. Its the 3rd time in the last 12 months I've had huge disruption because of a lack of service and @Ofcom are just sitting around doing nothing. Do they not realise mobile phones are a essential utility these days.

@ThreeUK Ffs, people are acting like Three is the only network. Why can't people ask to borrow somebody else's phone or ring out through FB messenger? Hopefully, it'll be fixed soon but it's not the end of the world.
