    @ThreeUKSupport I had a down service with your network on Tuesday with no service and also had no credit put on the accounts I have with you for the mobile phones and homefi broadband.

    @ThreeUKSupport I’ve been having issues with imessage and have tried troubleshooting this the last few days I still have ‘waiting for activation’ on that and facetime after 48 hours now so wanted to see if there is an issue with not being sent an SMS to then active them

    @ThreeUK You have the worst customer service, and also the worst for offering anything for customer loyalty. Had an email about upgrading, in the email it says free Disney plus. Wasn't offered that, Wasn't offered the actual phone from the offer. Was offered a lower model for

    @ThreeUK I'm still waiting for my new phone 5 weeks later when it was meant to be next day delivery, courier have lost it, confirmed to yourselves they've lost it and you're still not replacing it until the investigationis complete, terrible customer service, 16 years ive been with you 🤯

    @ThreeUK appalling customer service. Account was hacked and charged £50. Three refuses to give money back insists it must be a credit on account. Apple agreed it was fraud but 3 refuses to sort it
