@ThreeUK absolutely useless 4G continues between London Bridge and East Croydon on the train. Wonder if @VodafoneUK is as bad?

@cockaparte @ThreeUK Three have a history of poor reception issues and will just toy you along for a bit and then not be able to resolve the issue due to the inadequacy of their infrastructure. Their customer service team can’t even tell you what is going on with the network.

@ThreeUK My phone was stolen earlier today, I was near one of your shops and went and asked for help. You know what? They said, no can do, go and speak to customer services. I said I had no phone and they said, not our problem. That’s appalling customer service.

Hey @ThreeUK is there any particular reason why data service has been degraded over the last couple of weeks in the CM23 area? Doesn’t seem to be a signal thing… full signal, but data connections are almost unusable

@ThreeUKSupport Hi Three support. Soooooooooooooo network down again? Failure to provide a service? Webchat service denying any issues with said service? Blaming our devices for data outage? What is going on???

And customer services only response is “it’s working fine while we’re on this call, keep an eye on it and let us know if it keeps happening”! Nobodies got time for that!! Makes WFH a struggle, and streaming almost not worth it! @ThreeUK

@ThreeUKSupport seriously I am truly fed up with your broadband. I am paying for a service that I am not satisfied with. The lights on my router keeps going red, and it is causing so many issues .

Looking to change my mobile phone provider as my contract is up. I used to be happy with @ThreeUK but - to add to recent appalling “customer service” - lately I’ve noticed my phone coverage is patchy, often almost non-existent. Is this happening to others or only on Three?
