@ThreeUKSupport I had a down service with your network on Tuesday with no service and also had no credit put on the accounts I have with you for the mobile phones and homefi broadband.

@ThreeUKSupport Name may be different but you offer insurance which she had on her contract prior to upgrade, damage or full cover. She is wanting to insure it with you but due to website fault wasn’t able to select the option when ordering her upgrade.

@ThreeUKSupport Day 1 you took £200 out my account I had to fight for weeks to get back! Then now your robbing me as a provider i use this phone for work and only time I can get hold of work customers is in a household as a majority of the time i have no signal anywhere I go! I’m losing money

@ThreeUK For anyone thinking of moving to Three don't bother. There is no way to contact them by phone and their app is useless. I'm registered on their app and cannot access my account as it says the password is incorrect. Requested a reset link which never arrives.

@ThreeUKSupport Hi, I upgraded to a SIM-only deal but my phone was damaged in the changeover (I couldn’t get to a store until today to confirm this). It appears I am now on two contracts. Please can you cancel the second one ASAP. An advisor put me through to CS but no answer.

@Matthew_Wright @ThreeUK @VodafoneUK You should, but when we tried this with Vodaphone, who are awful, I couldn’t receive calls for 3 months and then my number somehow got given to a PAYG, so I received all their calls. Quite an education were those calls! Nightmare for our business.
