@ThreeUK been a 5G broadband member since April 19th and still, works are being carried out (SE14HY). My WiFi is so poor I can’t stream on a single device. When will this be rectified? All I want to do is play Warzone.

@ThreeUKSupport My contract runs out end of month, I wish to change price plan but under the option for this on My3 it only gives me one offer which is not the one i wish to choose. Already done live chat with support in which the agent was not helpful and appeared to go afk.

@ThreeUKSupport Some customer complaints manager in India told me it would take a week, have been with you for 3 yrs and just signed a new 2 yr contract, if you cant keep your side of the contract then i will go to a different provider.
