@AhmedMMahbub @ThreeUK This is what happens when companies like @ThreeUK put cost saving before customer service. They have outsourced call centre in India who ask ridiculous questions that do not make sense. There is no real attempt to solve the problem. Just a merry-go-round from 1 person to another.

@Ghoul_of_London @ThreeUKSupport I won’t be wasting time on the phone because it’s working well now. Download speeds are good, upload speeds are rubbish. If @ThreeUKSupport are not truthful with each other then they are unlikely to have the facts for the customer. everyone just puts up with an imperfect product.

@ThreeUKSupport I have a problem in my account with Three since more than 3 months. Three have failed to resolve the issue in their system. I have gotten a lot of promises from Three but with Zero result. I am suffering a lot.

Too all potential customers of #Three @ThreeUKSupport avoid them like the plague! They have recently become one of the worst companies around, money grabbing, blatantly ignoring even their own contracts. From a 5G scammed customer.
