@ThreeUKSupport - what's going on in HG5 8? Used to get a H+ signal indoors in my office, for the last 2 weeks I don't get any signal at all. Have to leave the area to pick up a 3 signal again

  • docjwilson James Wilson (@docjwilson) reported

@ThreeUK Full signal but doing zero at CarFest North this weekend, couldn’t even make calls most of the weekend.

@ThreeUKSupport Its happening in both of my devices. It happened with EE aswell so I left them and moved to three and it's still happening. The only company this hasn't happened with is @VodafoneUK so I might move back to them but is there a way I can cancel without paying fee

  • itsadamuk ItsAdam (@itsadamuk) reported

@ThreeUK about 5 months ago 5G was enabled in my area for about 12hrs. I was getting mental fast 5G speeds on mobile data only... So fast forward 6 months and we still don't have 5G signal, what gives? Why is it taking so long to literally just "enable"???

  • ChloeWD38 Chloe Marie WD (@ChloeWD38) reported

@ThreeUK hi, recently switched from 02 to sky because they advertise wifi calling it doesn’t work, so recently moved with Three, having the same problem. Please can someone assist or do you do cooling off period as I desperately require a decent network where wifi calling works.

  • and22052 Andrew Cain (@and22052) reported

@ThreeUK the mobile signal is a joke, forget 5g I rarely get 4g. Should have stayed with EE and got a proper signal

@ThreeUKSupport @ThreeUK hi there - I used your portable charging service this weekend at latitude but instead of giving me the deposit back i’ve been charged again. how do i go about getting my money back please?

  • thebritishguy26 TheBritishGuy (@thebritishguy26) reported

@ThreeUKSupport hey. Everytime I call someone it breaks up and internet's sometimes slow or looses connection. The big one is the calling I refreshed and reset my network settings. Any other ideas !

@ThreeUK @ThreeUKSupport have got me in a mobile contract paying £50 a month, with no signal or service and expect me take a £10 discount a month (so £40 a month) or pay £300 to end the contract. Even tho I am getting no service… #Scammers
