    @ThreeUKSupport I had a down service with your network on Tuesday with no service and also had no credit put on the accounts I have with you for the mobile phones and homefi broadband.

    If you have a sim contract with .@ThreeUK make sure you check your DD payments regularly. They charged me double for one number for months until I spotted it. Slow to respond and I had to claim my money back under the banks DD guarantee. Also no compensation.

    @ThreeUKSupport Still terrible speeds at home (0.54mb) with your 4G any idea when the SK3 Issue is going to be rectified? it's been well over 2 months now !

    I am so done with having no actual signal in the middle of Newcastle (despite showing as having bars) and @ThreeUKSupport consistently telling me there’s no issue 😤

    @ThreeUKSupport Three has really let me down these past 3 weeks with no 4g service and dead slow 3G. It’s a disgusting service from a large company. I’m stuck in a 2 year contract so I can’t really do anything but wait. Wish there was an ombudsman I could complain to.

    Wow, having submitted a complaint to @ThreeUK last week, I just had a call … to discuss my options for an upgrade! Not a follow-up on the complaint. Wow. Such blatant disregard for the customer.

    @ThreeUKSupport this is becoming the normal weekend level of service. Yet again less than 1 mbps signal..... Laughable. Three maintain they have upgraded the service in our area..... not that I can see!!!!!!
