@ThreeUKSupport I had a down service with your network on Tuesday with no service and also had no credit put on the accounts I have with you for the mobile phones and homefi broadband.

@ThreeUK I tried phoning 333 for tracking information and there’s no option for it. Can I get some information please? As your website and app are both down it’s near impossible

@ThreeUK site has been down all day so I’m unable to buy more data whilst on holiday. App & website both needed to be done at the same time? So I’ll have to pay later on (full price) to not even receive a full days worth of data because you’ve been down. Really not good enough.

@ThreeUK 1TB of storage that’s great but not needed in the Three network the signal is that crap now and the speeds so slow you never get to download anything to store
