@ThreeUKSupport I had a down service with your network on Tuesday with no service and also had no credit put on the accounts I have with you for the mobile phones and homefi broadband.

After my second outage in a matter of weeks on @ThreeUK I was told I'd receive texts regarding the reinstatement of service and compensation for the loss of service. I've received neither. #customerservice

Having such an issue with trying to get any information from @ThreeUKSupport as to what is going on with the phone I ordered and when it is coming. It's ridiculous how no one knows what's going on 😠
Yay! Managed to get my shockingly bad @ThreeUK service cancelled for free. 3 months of no internet and no solutions. @Three_Is_Broken
@ThreeUKSupport SK13, SK14, SK15 areas, around central Manchester in general, London central (especially near Euston station). TBH everywhere I go I find myself having to connect to Wifi for reliable signal...which again begs the question why am I paying £50/month
@ThreeUKSupport I was under the impression from what seems very aggressive marketing in our locality that it would be coming before 2019 ends. Oh well hope it comes to Wolverhampton soon or may move to another network. I moved from EE and actually wish I'd stayed with them
@ThreeUKSupport 3G is just as bad because I’ve tried that before. It doesn’t exactly scream value for money if I’m unable to use my 4G for 3-4 hours a day. Such a shame but I don’t think I can justify staying with your network 😖
@ThreeUKSupport I never had any problems like this with dongle only since I switched to wifi box on your unlimited £22 a month plan.
@ThreeUKSupport Why is there no warning of hacking I've never used texts via my dongle. If you saw unusual activity should contact customers not just allow charges. Some people don't check their billing often lucky I did or could go on for months.
