    @ThreeUKSupport I had a down service with your network on Tuesday with no service and also had no credit put on the accounts I have with you for the mobile phones and homefi broadband.

    @ThreeUKSupport have you noticed that your app keeps on asking for an address every time we use the app to recharge . It connects to some pathetic web page that keeps on asking for details even if its our account. I use @O2 @EE sims as well and I have no problems recharging these cards.

    @ThreeUKSupport FYI: the issue is that to top up, I needed to connect to WiFi, where I could only visit the 3 website. When the 3 website calls out to the bank, the connection times out because the banks site is not 3s site. It only worked when I swapped Sims to connect to non-3 sites too.

    @ThreeUK I wish your customer service people would just listen! I moved back to Aus! Never returning I want my phone cancelled stop trying to promote 3 to me and just listen to what I am asking

    @ThreeUK the 3 online chat facilities is so frustrating. A simple request has taken 1 hr + to cancel just a handset contact that ends this month, when it will be ours. already have a separate sim only that expires in Sept.letter dtd 29/3 and got 3/4 so now have to pay more money
