@ThreeUKSupport Twitter tells me the my service provider isn’t supported by them when trying to sign up a new account on my 2nd hand refurbished iPhone 8+ (via the app). Is that true?

@MoneySavingExp Not worth it. My wife switched from @e_emobile to @ThreeUK and it has been TWO weeks and she still can’t receive calls. They keep blaming each other about her number transfer. Promised fix deadlines been and gone and problem still not solved. Pathetic customer service.

@ThreeUK Terrible customer service - 3 contracts over 18 years custom and I’m unable to resolve an issue caused by 3. So dissapointing! Do not recommend!

@ThreeUKSupport I haven't selected any! I privately purchased my watch and had a pre-existing contract. Spoke to support yesterday who said I can't use my smartwatch unless I pay Three £125 to end my contract early and take out a new one. Crazy. I just want to use my watch as intended!

@celeryseller @ThreeUK Here’s the thing: I was being forced to depart the UK. I told them this, repeatedly. They still refused to let me cancel. Eventually I just replaced the service with one in my new nation of residence, closed my UK bank account and departed, so they just stopped getting paid.

PayPal may be annoying with changing your name, but so far the crown for worst company IMO goes to @ThreeUK who first time around ignored my proof and didn't respond, and are now claiming they need an enrolled deed poll, which is not a legal requirement in the UK
