@ThreeUKSupport having trouble making calls, only last a minute or two and signal drops out, same with 4g ,DT4 9AU, area? 48 hour problem now, any longer and I'll seek compensation for failure of service

@ThreeUKSupport bought an Alcatel 1 for my daughter and it's extremely laggy, to the point we want to return it after 12 hours. Not happy as this is her first phone and it doesn't work properly.

@Dorsetgardener1 @ThreeUKSupport I reported the fault on Friday and tried to get a update every day since only to be told they will have a fix in 7 days don't hold your hopes up for tomorrow either being a bank holiday

@CannyAuldGyruum @O2 I'm having the same issue but on @ThreeUK Have tried reseting all the network settings, restarting the phone, and even taking the SIM out & putting it back in, but nothing seems to work.

@_RobW_ @ThreeUKSupport On the 11th (after 2 days poor coverage in Tooting) I was told 7 days till it was fixed. Still not fixed. Awful to be on Three in Tooting right now!

@ThreeUKSupport Suzi try looking at all the posts from this topic and all of my other ones this customer support is so bad. The whole of weymouth has issues as shown in all my posts yet nothing I have been contacting you since Friday
