Mark Chappell (@MarkChappe93649) reported@ThreeUK why do you have illogical proceedures that don't allow the account holder, but non phone user, to cancel the contract when have passed security validation but not have access to a passcode? Seems like deliberate contract frustration to enforce additional charges @Ofcom

Harriet (@HjRobins) reportedI switched away from @ThreeUK because their customer service agent told me they have blazing fast 5G speeds of up to 100Mbps. I said that's awful. They said it's 100MB per second. I asked them to clarify. And they said it is 100 Mbps but I can pay ยฃ4 extra for high speeds. Awful.

๐ธ ๐ฟ๐ ๐ ๐ท ๐ฑ๐ ๐ ๐ ๐พ๐ฝ๐ (@_XoDaRap_) reported@ThreeUKSupport I need a customer service email address please. None of your live chat agents could help. I wasted my lunch hour being passed around like a $10 ****** at a stag party.

Natalie โค๏ธ (@boydie123) reported@ThreeUK Iโm having issue with logging in to the App the MFA isnโt working and itโs actually not sending me the code. Your website isnโt helping neither is the chat
-
Zion Lights (@ziontree) reportedCalling out @ThreeUK @ThreeUKSupport for the worst customer service Iโve ever experienced. Company keeps charging me for a cancelled service, but their staff canโt understand or resolve it. Filed a complaint via the website, which they marked as resolved - without resolving it.
-
Andrew #StandWithUkraine ๐บ๐ฆ (@MPAndy) reported@torturedtoffee @ThreeUK Thereโs a reason why they are 15th out of 15 for customer satisfaction.
-
woodland246 (@woodland246) reported@CBTwizard @MartinSLewis @ThreeUK Can you cancel the contract? For online/phone (distance) sales of mobile contracts, the cooling-off period is 14 days. The Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013 apply, but some companies allow a longer period.

Caedmon Mullin (@caedmon_m) reportedHey @ThreeUK you've suspended my child's phone account, I need to contact them, your support lines are down and your AI chat has just given me a link to a dedicated bereavement support page. Are you ******* kidding me?

onerealbeanie (@onerealbeanie) reported@ThreeUK I live in County Durham. CS on 333 told me that there is a long standing issue in my area that Three can't fix due to "network limitations". Why do you sell services to County Durham residents when you refuse to fix issues, take ownership and provide explanations?
