SIM was activated but no data or calls. Chatted online with a Three agent and apparently it's not a Three issue, it's an ASDA issue. How?

Louise (@just_lou22) reported@ThreeUK is anyone else getting increasingly annoyed with the terrible service from this mobile network. The second my phone switches to 5G there is zero coverage, no internet, no calls - NOTHING! Paying an obscene amount each month for absolute shite
