@ThreeUKSupport Not really i had heart set on s20fe snapdragon. seen deals for 38pm the deal i was offered for 4g one knocked down from original by about 6 pound to 31pm for 100gb. I dont know why i cant get 5g one for about 33-34 for same discount even with less data

@ThreeUKSupport Hi ive rang up n been passed around very annoyed. Phone delivery&upgrade been cancelled now.ive been misinformed alot on specs. Ive to ring up 48hours for new deals which never justify the inconveniance.if i do! as not impressed after 12 years loyality might be time to move on.

@holly @O2 Is it consistent though? I tried out the @ThreeUK home 5G last year (which is actually the network that Relish built) and i would either get 500mbit or literally 0.5 and nothing in between

@ThreeUKSupport It's is a Home Broadband Huawei B535 Router, so I wouldnt be going outside the area with it. However I can get between 30-50MBs on my other O2 device (mobile ) in the same spot. Your transmitter is also nearer than the O2 one. So you need to have a look at your service here

@ThreeUK Any help? Got a 3 phone yesterday, number due to move today but the text sent has two 44s in place of the 07 at the beginning of the number to be transferred. Will it still transfer okay? I can't make a new my3 account, register isn't an option just log in.
