    @ThreeUKSupport guys...you have given me two different sim orders...I have ordered just for one. Which also means the first SIM order was processed and it wasn't unprocessed which your customer team members had told me on the call. Can someone please help me out. 🙄

    @ThreeUKSupport When I lost my phone- I tried calling it and there was no reception, hence why I couldn’t find it, I was out in town. But this wasn’t the first time I’d had network issues, every now and then my network would just go down? I’d told 3 about this issue many times

    @ThreeUKSupport Neither link to interface would work. Googling this I can see this appears to be a known problem to both Three and Huawei. Your helpline just says busy now, try later. We'd like our money back please, this is awful service
