    @ThreeUKSupport Hi, do you mean chat on three website? I am waiting for someone to respond on there since 20 minutes. However, like i mentioned, my earlier chats for hours have all been mis information and my issue not resolved. Since 19/01 my services are down due to fraud

    Shocking customer service from @ThreeUK @ThreeUKSupport NO HELP At ALL FOR 2 WEEKS. After being a customer for 10yrs, sorting out a new contract, unable to claim the @SamsungUK watch over due to an error by 3!!! Incorrect order date on invoice, samsung saying can't claim!

    @ThreeUKSupport That doesn't work. The dongles are old-hat and not listed. As I scratched the cases to tell them apart, I don't think anyone would want them.

    @ThreeUKSupport Hi. Not sure why I need to chat to your team to do tests when the issue is at your end. It's been 6 weeks now so only 2 to go until I can submit a formal complaint to the ombudsum service. Hopefully I'll have more luck with them. Thanks.

    @ThreeUK 1) extremely disgruntled and agitated with the current customer service from three. With no fault of mine, due to a fraud, my services went down on 19/01 and hasnt returned yet. Various chats with 3 agents who only provided incorrect info. Pls help

    @ThreeUKSupport My wife SMSed you for a PAC for her PAYG SIM and got an error so phoned you. Your support agent tried to pressure her into signing up for a contract and when she said she was switching to @1pMobile, you told her that credit on 1pmobile would expire every month (which is a lie).
