    @ThreeUK WTH is this new system on 3+? If you save a Caffè Nero code, you now have to claim it within an hour? What?! We save these codes so we can use them when it’s convenient for us NOT within a 1hr window. Fix it! #threeplus #threenetwork #three

    I think next time I’m arranging an upgrade of my mobile phone contract before I commit to a new one with @ThreeUK I will check which courier company they’re using for the delivery. If it’s @dpduk_ I will probably look elsewhere after the issues the last 2 times.

    @ThreeUK My new broadband router from NextDayBroadband arrived today, but there’s a 3 outage from day one. Your status page gives no ETA, just “we’re working on it.” Customers deserve better communication and at least an estimated resolution time. Poor first impression.

    I’m so angry about this @paramountplus thing with @ThreeUK. I was basically forced into it by the salesperson. It’s impossible to access and impossible to cancel. £10 a month for nothing.
