    @ThreeUKSupport I’ve done everything I’ve been told to do. The problem is that it’s been over 3 weeks since I took the contract out and it still hasn’t been sorted. Permission was given over the phone for the name change.

    @EnormousLength @SuperSaf @ThreeUK What device are you using. I had issues with an iPhone X, antenna issues. Now I'm using iPhone 12 Pro Max, much better connectivity.

    @ThreeUKSupport I can try that but I’m home at the moment connected to WiFi and the issue seems to be when I’m outside and in certain parts of the area it works fine when I get into a different area such as the city centre just seems to be Jordanthorpe at the moment

    @ThreeUKSupport Is that what the problem is? When it’s only recently just occurred as I was able to get internet connections before in all those postcodes on 4G? On your online network checker it says 4G in some of those postcodes is a very good service

    @ThreeUKSupport My network and data has been down for days, your customer service team confirmed my payments would have 50% reduction due to the lack of service you have provided and you toom full payment this morning and my services would be back until the 22nd September
