@katebevan @ThreeUK I ditched O2. I've had all networks at some point. I now use a sim only deal with Plus net, cost me £8/month unlimited calls and text and 10gb data. ;-) Mind you, I use them for broadband so not sure if as cheap if not a customer already

@katebevan @ThreeUK Well, porting shouldn't be a problem but yeah - and at least with ESIMs maybe that's an easy option as a one off. I'm more inclined to port tbh, just because I don't think three should get away with pulling this ****.

@ThreeUKSupport I haven’t had any service or signal since January. My phone is only usable when I have wifi. When I complained I have been pushed to the side by one of your managers. Disgusting treatment. I have evidence of the chat which I’m sending to the local papers

@ThreeUK is the worst phone service provider in the UK. Had a customer service provider explain to me that whilst my bill was raised in error, there is no one and nothing that Three can do to cancel the bill until I’ve paid it? 🫤 this nonsense is why moved providers
