    @ThreeUKSupport This pandemic has been a time for companies like @ThreeUK to take advantage. What a stupid and inconvenient time to put bills up. Aren’t people struggling enough already? I’m genuinely annoyed that I’m expected to pay more for my contract when I already pay so much as it is.

    @ThreeUK Absolutely worst experience since last 4-5 days Upgraded my sim with the same number and everytime I call they just say 48 hours 48hours buddy it already more than 4 days. How much more time you guys need more 48 hours or 48months. Excellent customer service 💩💩💩💩💩💩

    @ThreeUK is anyone there who actually has the ability to provide customer service - promised my phone yesterday -didn’t arrive and been told that it won’t arrive till tomorrow but can’t change delivery address Tried to escalate and a manager will ring within 72 hours! Helpful NOT

    @ThreeUK I’m terminating my contract. Yet another weekend of woeful service from 3 with prolonged interruptions in service. I was promised improvements; instead, the service has deteriorated and is no longer fit for purpose. How you have the audacity to charge is an insult.

    @ThreeUKSupport Good morning Maxine. Yes it is. It’s almost constant disruption now and after almost four months of it I have quite simply had enough. The maintenance on that mast just never seems to end. But of course every time someone goes up there it’s switched off.
