    @ThreeUK so the iPhone 14 upgrade ordered weeks ago hasn’t arrived. Customer service are saying it might not be here until January?! Yet the contract will be charged at the new rate, how is this right?

    @Apple can’t believe you can get a brand new iPhone from @ThreeUK and you don’t even send a new plug that is compatible with the charging lead that comes with the phone. It wouldn’t be so bad if it was just USB like every other charger has been.
