@hbafilmshorts @ThreeUK @EE EE do support Apple Watch. This graphic is just for international roaming. Could be that EE will be supporting it but it’s just missing off the graphic

My goodness @ThreeUKSupport hire some more developers! Tried to change my address, not working. Thought I’d checkout my upgrade offers, not working. Useless!

@ThreeUKSupport hi, I've had no signal for around 3 days in the Bristol area (BS16) - any idea what's going on and how long it might take to be rectified please? Thanks!

  • ALewis8811 Andy L (@ALewis8811) reported

@ThreeUK I need to speak to someone, regarding my bill. If I don't I'll have to cancel all 3 of my contracts

  • RussellShoesmi1 Russell Shoesmith (@RussellShoesmi1) reported

@ThreeUK please avoid this shambles of a company, customer services lie. They have billed me for a device I sent back after 2days now been refused credit due to failed payments. Absolutely appalling.

  • HopeMarieBonnen Hope-Marie Bonnen (@HopeMarieBonnen) reported

This is the part where I am fed up of complaining but also fed up of having no internet/very slow at my second home. @ThreeUKSupport really would like a completion date.

  • duncanfarmer12 Duncan Farmer (@duncanfarmer12) reported

Disappointing customer service from @ThreeUK . Trying to block the SIM in my son’s stolen phone and I’m told that it isn’t a Three SIM, yet it was them that sent it to me. Pretty shoddy all round. Who have I been paying money to?

  • SamBrewMan Sam Franklyn (@SamBrewMan) reported

@ThreeUK any idea why my phone won't pick up USA network coverage or 4G on holiday? Go Roam enabled and data roaming is on.

  • oneandonlyeel ThatTweeter (@oneandonlyeel) reported

@ThreeUKSupport Why don't you support Galaxy watches with LTE and when will you. Basically means I can't get one unless I move to another carrier because you literally just won't let me add it to my contract unless its an apple watch.
