    @ThreeUK customer service is disgusting! Imagine telling someone you aren’t going to help them and then trying to charge them £1000 after ignoring them nonstop about a phone you messed up you’re disgusting. No shame from three at all 🤢

    @ThreeUKSupport Thanks Scott. I was told by customer service last April that my remaining credit after account closure will be credited in 3-5 days. I called couple of times in February and March too.

    @ThreeUK the level customer service is shocking when trying to help relatives with learning disabilities during lockdown. Barrier after barrier. I am sure other providers are much better. Can someone please contact me ASAP who can HELP.

    Now it has been a month and still not resolved!! The speed test cant even get on to the upload speed test. This Broadband is literally non-existence!! This is ridiculous. Is this how @ThreeUK treat its new customers?!

    @ThreeUK Question. Why does three network not work in Tottenham Hale. At all. We are in central London and data has not worked for the last 6 months on any devices or those using three like ID mobile.

    @ThreeUKSupport LA29HQ service for 4G has stopped, 3G HSPA+ is up but terrible speeds so we are unable to work here. Just called the help centre and they are telling me there is no issues!!!

    @ThreeUK @ThreeUKSupport I’ve tried restarting my phone - I even reset my network settings, but still cannot text. Are you sure it’s fixed for everyone?

    @ThreeUKSupport This means loyal customers get a worse deal (£10=4GB v £10=6GB) because of your internal systems. Very poor indeed!
