    @ThreeUKSupport terrible speeds in ST David's. Getting like 10KBits a second. Please sort it out. I will switch provider if this continues #poorservice

    @ThreeUK what a terrible service. The WiFi isnt working for more than a week now in Bermondsey area and you dont even have the decency to reach out with the details of by when the service will be back to normal. You dont even have a functioning Call Center.

    @robj3d3 @MatthewFoxAF @ThreeUK You need to leave it active. Next time buy a cheap phone (not smart phone) plug it in and leave it activate. All networks do this it's not new. Since you didn't have it in s phone the network didn't pick up a signal so it automatically thinks its inactive.

    @robj3d3 @ThreeUK mad with 3 IE and whenever I go abroad for a few months I just keep it topped up and never have issues then pick up a local sim for my spare phone

    @ThreeUKSupport and again 1845 hrs we loss service again, no calls no texts no data, no response or compo for the number of drop outs, snd all out stoppages since june alone!

    @ThreeUK @ThreeUKSupport has to be one of the worst in the UK. Tech support in India reading a script, say issue known with Cell Tower cant say when it will be fixed. Already been THREE months. ATROCIOUS customer service & Tech support nonexitant. @ofgem no help what so ever.

    Hey @ThreeUKSupport @VodafoneUK are you ever going to fix the signal in Darlington town centre 2 years at least the transmitter on bondgate house has been down and nothing done to replace

    @robj3d3 @ThreeUK been using o2 and spent more than a year out of the UK and never had an issue though, i am paying monthly not pre-paid

    @IMAC2 @robj3d3 @ThreeUK Check if your provider supports VoWiFi, and enable it for your number if you haven't already. Go into airplane mode. Enable VoWiFi, and connect to a WiFi network. Wait a few minutes for your phone to authenticate over the Internet into your home company's core network.

    @robj3d3 @ThreeUK Also, they cancel it if you’re inactive , so when you do get a physical sim and abroad, make sure to make some phone calls like once a month
