  I ask @ThreeUK about failing over to @VodafoneUK as they advertise and they said it will take years for this to happen. They advised me to get a PAC and go to another supplier. @Ofcom are three obliged to fix faults of their own network?

  @ThreeUKSupport how do you feel scamming thousands of customers for 1000s when a device is paid off and you keep taking payment for the device my elderly mother is a victim and is our £900 with nothing you can do can’t wait to cancel all 9 phone contracts me my family and friends

  @ThreeUKSupport 12 March 14:30 made a mobile (WiFi calling enabled) to landline call. My signal strength -112 Recipient on numerous occasions unable to hear me yet I could hear him perfectly. Call became unusable.

  @ThreeUK the worst broadband and customer service ive ever experienced, cancelled my contract without me asking, then took £140 out of my account when I was told it wouldn’t go out, 5 times I’ve been in contact and they say it will be resolved in a matter of days, still waiting…

  @ThreeUK Hi, I’ve changed phones from an iPhone 16 to an iPhone 17 pro max, I’m sim only with you but my calls and texts aren’t working, and any sent to me are going to the old phone still? & when WiFi is turned off I have no signal at all, is this a sim issue?

  @ThreeUK how can I log into my account to order a new sim when you keep sending me a code I can't get because my sim doesn't work!!!!
