I started as an upgrade call as 6 years a Three customer (along with my wife). But the deal they offered was £4 a month beyond my budget. I kept saying no I don’t want it for 2.5 hours and being very clear I wanted to leave and finally gave me my PAC code :(

I had a business trip, went into the store to see if my tariff covered international calling data etc and I was reassured that it was all good. Next thing I know I have a £400 bill! It took months to get this resolved. Terrible company @ThreeUK
