@ThreeUK... Siege finally over since 25th of June. Thanks Vivik the lovely customer service guy that help sort the problem out. I want to believe this is a one off horrible experience from 3 Network.

@o2 did many other o2 customers not get the UK emergency alert alarm test today??? I heard @ThreeUK had issues but did o2?? I never got it, notifications are on & know alot of o2 customers who didn’t get it!!

I’m guessing @ThreeUK has to much Chinese tech in its network and it’s not compatible with the UK emergency alerts. A win for china, UK lost that one…

@liamnorris1001 @ThreeUK Was a three customer for 6 years, swapped to a different company as they didn’t have the phone I wanted. Regretted it for the day I swapped.

@EverythingC64 @ThreeUK It might be your on an old 3G aerial or poor signal. Any LTE(4G) and 5G devices even without sims will alert. So will not work if you have wifi calling in a poor signal area. The mobile devices all went off even though they was showing wifi calling or lacking a sim.
