@ThreeUK... Siege finally over since 25th of June. Thanks Vivik the lovely customer service guy that help sort the problem out. I want to believe this is a one off horrible experience from 3 Network.

@ThreeUKSupport - Does Three have any plans to make smart device service plans? Such as an esim for 4G smartwatches that can share the same number and data as your phone? A 4G watch seems pointless if it has to have a different phone number.

@GrumpyHatLady @ThreeUK Happened to me too with 3. Went in and asked why & was told that's the price take it or leave it. Left & went to another network & have never considered going back as they don't value existing customers.

@BradC46195259 @Femi_Sorry @ThreeUK It’s still free. I travel to Europe all the time never once have I exceeded my allowance. It’s still free. Also you only roam free up to the limit of your contract mine is unlimited minutes/ texts and 12mb data so I don’t give a toss
