@ThreeUK... Siege finally over since 25th of June. Thanks Vivik the lovely customer service guy that help sort the problem out. I want to believe this is a one off horrible experience from 3 Network.

@ThreeUKSupport please sort out the signal at addenbrookes hospital Cambridge. It’s so bad, I have full signal but I cannot use my mobile data. This happens for everyone I know who uses three. There is an issue with the signal in this area.

@ThreeUK Id highly recommend changing your insurance provider. As a customer for several years the treatment and the way I have been spoken to on the phone by your newest insurance compared to the previous providers Ive contacted by mistake earlier has left me utterly disgusted.

@ThreeUKSupport I’ve recently got a wifi box and new contract with my phone with you guys and I never have any wifi / 4G where I live (Redruth) Says it’s on however I can’t use anything or go online 😫 regretting changing networks!
