@ThreeUK @ThreeUKSupport been told that because I didn't report it within 7 days of recieving it nothing can be done. I wouldn't have paid the price of the package if I knew I would be shipped a faulty product. Locked in a 2 year contract with a broken TV...

@ThreeUK Your signal is appalling! This is the biggest false advertising I’ve seen. I’m 2 months away from leaving— can’t wait

@ThreeUKSupport What nobody at Three seems to understand is that the service *used* to be good till work on the local mast a week ago. The signal itself remains good - 4 bars out of 5. We have an external aerial mounted high with line-of-site to the mast. 1/2

@ThreeUKSupport Cheers Pete. How much do I get knocked off my bill for 4 days of no service?

@ThreeUKSupport Thank you for the reply Mark. But this is a common issue for this area. The mobile tower needs back up generators, couldn't even access phones for 999 calls.

@ThreeUKSupport I was doing live chat but when I changed tab even just for a sec I had to log back in again with a SMS code and the chat was lost. Also your UX copy was terrible as well - when an user clicks on live chat it shows 3 options that don't really make sense.

@ThreeUKSupport I can assure you they aren't Mark, complete no signal to the point no networks are even registering, sadly there's been an occasion in the past where I have had to try. If you check your contact records you'll see I've raised this issue more than once.

@ThreeUK @ThreeUKSupport you cannot lure in customers with a deal and ship them a broken item. £29 compensation is an insult when you advertise a fully functional 4k LG TV. I'll have no choice but to escalate this to the ombudsman.
