@ThreeUK... Siege finally over since 25th of June. Thanks Vivik the lovely customer service guy that help sort the problem out. I want to believe this is a one off horrible experience from 3 Network.

@ThreeUKSupport They said I hadn’t attached a photo of my id (I had) resent the email 4 times now and no answer. The operator accepted my new password when paying my “bill” (I’ve never received a bill...) but the cancellation guy didn’t. Ridiculous. Absolutely sick of this.

@AngryBritain @EE @ThreeUK are doing it too. Signal drops out all the time, been a customer for as long as I can remember, recommended loads of people who now all have contracts! Not for much longer 😡

3/ @ThreeUKSupport You need to adjust how you do things because your customer service is abysmal and stressful. I even tried logging in and it asks for a pin. When I click 'Need a New Pin' it takes me back to the bloody home page! WTF?!... So, I can't update online, I can't...

5/5 @ThreeUKSupport I have to emphasise again. If you're going to offshore your support services, please at least tell them which countries are in, you know, the biggest pandemic for 100 years and currently in lockdown? I'm REALLY disappointed..

@ThreeUK **** service from Three as usual when you need them to sort out an issue. Phones been broken since last week, have insurance through Three and I’m still waiting to hear back even though the excess charge fee has gone out of my account! Piss take! #awfulcustomerservice

@ThreeUKSupport Hello. Trying to cancel 30-day phone contract that's not been used since 2016. Been getting charged in the background. Can't get through security and they won't reset my password at "proofs". Cancelled the DD and they sent me email from debt collection!? #SCAM

@ThreeUKSupport Yes I was with three mobile for over 4 Years, and have been presenting issued not only with the service but with my bills. I have been over charge and decided to cancelled my two contracts with you guys. I was promised that once I returned the two handsets I will get a refund!
