@ThreeUKSupport It claims to be a link to a survey. I did have a complaint a few months back when it appeared one of your offshore agents fraudulently upgraded me to a device contract, so wasn't sure if this survey was related to that (it's been a while since then) Will delete the email, thanks

@ThreeUKSupport I’ve been on the phone all day! I have been given zero information about how this has happened and all it’s done is caused me a load of stress. I will be putting a complaint through. It’s just not ok. Thanks for your help.

@ThreeUKSupport I'd rather not have a voicemail. That's disappointing. I always thought of Three as a network that pushed boundaries technologically. I've had a little Google and it looks like EE may be better for me.

@ThreeUK Please sort our your antennas in the Basingstoke station area. I am fed up beyond belief at the fake I have full signal, apparently, and yet nothing loads... It is 2021, I should have to go up to the roof just to get some signal 🙄

@ThreeUKSupport Thanks for your help. It had not been removed previously. I trust it now has been. I still think it’s very poor data management not to confirm and verify email addresses given to you by customers!
