  @ThreeUK... Siege finally over since 25th of June. Thanks Vivik the lovely customer service guy that help sort the problem out. I want to believe this is a one off horrible experience from 3 Network.

  Have been with @ThreeUK for less than a week, and have experienced nothing but problems. Customer service is useless, and now I've reached my credit limit (when I don't get service anywhere so have to use wifi calling) after only 5 days? Do not switch to Three.

  @ThreeUKSupport So apparently even when we have not had the service we paid for we still have to pay a termination fee even when we haven’t been able to connect to the internet! Had to wait ages to tweet this - because the internet service isn’t working!

  @ThreeUKSupport The wonderful service we get everyday from 3. Watching a film and it buffers all the time. They are sorry but still not enough to refund us and allow us to cancel our contract without paying a penalty. This is what we get everyday. Apparently technicians are working on it.

  @ThreeUK @UKHonor The 4g round my area is really bad, been a customer for years and never had a problem but this year my prices have gone up but the 4g connection has gone down massively. Will be switching in a months time to another phone company as its been like this for months now

  @ThreeUKSupport Hi, in the USA atm and phone constantly auto selects AT&T network which doesn't include making/ receiving calls. Keep having to manually switch to T mobile to make call/listen to VM. Any tips to stay on T mobile? I've followed all the data roaming tips on app.

  @ThreeUK I picked up a free SIM in Exeter last week for a Ukrainian lady I have sponsored. I thought this allowed her to unlimited data allowing her to use the internet whilst out & above & contact her family in Ukraine. After 6 days it’s stopped working, please help/clarify
