.@ThreeUKSupport Are you trying to outdo Virgin Media for wasting my time? Several minutes filling in my details, then 'no operators available". In any sane universe I'd be told this BEFORE wasting my time, but then I guess normal rules of customer service don't apply to telcos.

  • Kennytaylorruns Kenneth taylor (@Kennytaylorruns) reported

@ThreeUKSupport 2/2 Not a good look to cover up mistakes by reinventing facts. Took over 30 minutes as well for this message to be communicated to me. Phone returned @giffgaff welcomes a new customer. I usually find an apology & taking responsibility for my mistakes to be the best approach 👍🏻

  • CamRichards2004 Cameron Richards (@CamRichards2004) reported

@ThreeUKSupport I've done that and on my tesco sim it still says in service.

  • SamuelGStewart Sam (@SamuelGStewart) reported

@ThreeUKSupport terrible live chat service. After being assured I’ve been given the best deal available. I’ve found a USwitch Three deal better on line, when asked to supply the link (doing your job) switching to web browsers to find link to copy across just kills the chat window

@THESPACEC0WB0Y @ThreeUK These Co's. Brilliant at ripping peoples hard earned money off them and would be quick to send the Bailiffs round if you didn't pay. Not so quick to give proper customer service.

  • CamRichards2004 Cameron Richards (@CamRichards2004) reported

@ThreeUKSupport Hi, I am having trouble resetting my password. Also, when I activate my sim will it automatically stop my contract with @tescomobile

  • SiobhanSoni Siobhan Soni 🍃💚🍃 (@SiobhanSoni) reported

@ThreeUK just have experienced the very very worst of customer experience from Your company. I have been incorrectly overcharged and your people just hang up on me. I am shocked at this

  • CarlyTPA Carly Straughan (She/Her) (@CarlyTPA) reported

@ThreeUKSupport Yes, I reached my credit limit (my spend cap is at unlimited so not sure why? I paid £10 on automated phone service as I had to make a call but that didn’t work (money has left my bank) and then over chat paid another £20. Still nothing.

  • devjones Devilicious (@devjones) reported

@ThreeUK Why is it going to cost me, someone who has had multiple contracts with you for years, more to upgrade to a Z Fold4 than it will cost a new customer to get one with the same plan details? Am I paying some kind of "mug" tax?

  • _from_my_lens_ FromMyLens (@_from_my_lens_) reported

@ThreeUKSupport No data. I turned the photo on and off c. 30 times the 3rd operator fixed the problem as it was at you end not activating the services. I will put in an executive complaint when I get back as holiday disrupted and I have been out of pocket.
