    @ThreeUK... Siege finally over since 25th of June. Thanks Vivik the lovely customer service guy that help sort the problem out. I want to believe this is a one off horrible experience from 3 Network.

    @ThreeUKSupport I know 0800 numbers are free on Three but what about 00800 'international freephone' numbers? Other networks count these as regular international calls and your website's call rate checker doesn't work with this extra digit.

    @ThreeUKSupport Yes I closed the account and the final bill that was taken should have been 6 ish quid but the full amount of 61ish was taken and I am still waiting for this refund, your customer service keep palming me off

    Be very mindful of @ThreeUK's contracts. Circumstances (such as being stuck oversees AND heavily pregnant), are not important to them, they will follow their own rules and treat you as if you had done something terrible. I cant even receive txt while still being charged monthly.

    @ThreeUK I've been a customer for at least a decade ant thought you'd like to know why I'm leaving you next month when my contract ends. I resent having to sign on again for another two years each time. After bring with you for so long I expect a rolling timeless contract.
