@ThreeUKSupport Well it says 4G and two signal bars but it’s very hit and miss with data working

@CasadyPalmer @ThreeUK @ThreeUKSupport Tbf I think you can. I started as an upgrade call as 6 years a Three customer (along with my wife). But the deal they offered was £4 a month beyond my budget. I kept saying no I don’t want it for 2.5 hours and being very clear I wanted to leave and finally gave me my PAC code :(

  • RTPeat
Richard Peat  (@RTPeat) reported from Kinghorn, Scotland

@Three_Is_Broken @ThreeUK Usually not too bad around Edinburgh but today when I got over the hill and the phone swapped to an Edinburgh mast it just stopped routing to the internet.

@ThreeUKSupport I’m having call issues in BS1 and BS2. Calls cutting out after 1-2 minutes! Nearly £70/month for a poor indoor signal and this!

@ThreeUKSupport @Computer_999 Same shit i was told moved to sky now for some sort of stable connection just to game on. 22ping 10mbps download and 5mbps no breaks in the speed no speed loss at peak times tbh its not the best speeds but it works when i need it.

  • ChoirOvation
Standing Ovation Choir Ltd (@ChoirOvation) reported from Islington, England

@thatfreyr @ThreeUK The worse company ever. I had a business trip, went into the store to see if my tariff covered international calling data etc and I was reassured that it was all good. Next thing I know I have a £400 bill! It took months to get this resolved. Terrible company @ThreeUK

  • Claytoncast
Paul Clayton (@Claytoncast) reported from Birmingham, England

@ThreeUKSupport Then how do we do this. I cant use the same pin. It tells me on trips. i have just set up a new Pin. i wont know if that works until it lets me down again

🏴󠁧󠁢󠁷󠁬󠁳󠁿 Stuart 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁷󠁬󠁳󠁿 (@welsh_stu) reported from Caerphilly, Wales

@ThreeUKSupport No improvement after a restart and I tried 3 different phones so I know it’s not my phone. The phone is on 3G most of the time anyway and it is around the same speed as 4G. The signal is absolutely terrible.
