@ThreeUK Perhaps it might be because you don't appear to know how to run a phone network, just about every other ”major network" will give an eSIM to an existing customer without a problem, 3 says no you can't have one, I don't understand why 3 are stuck in the 20th century so much🫣

  • NinaJaneGunner Nina (@NinaJaneGunner) reported

@Fern_Britton @carr1e73 @ThreeUK That includes those that use the 3 network for example I and my family are with ID Mobile who use 3’s network and we didn’t get the alert either

  • CozMicCozza Corry Littlefair (@CozMicCozza) reported

@ThreeUK So you put my SIM plan up a crazy amount of 15%, then fail to send the government "Alerts"! I want a service provider, that provides a service - let me leave my crap contact, that has poor signal please!!

  • robwww Rob (@robwww) reported

@Dr_Jon @ThreeUK The Vodafone merger will help, give it a few months...

  • SafinaKhann Safina Khan (@SafinaKhann) reported

The emergency alert didn’t go out to the people (like me ) with the provider three @ThreeUK 🫥 #emergencyalert

  • Dr_Jon John Michael Leslie (@Dr_Jon) reported

I forgot about the Emergency Alert this afternoon... luckily being on @ThreeUK they didn't give me a shock but let me enjoy my afternoon in peace... Bit of a worry if a #ZombieApocalypse happens tho...

  • ZoeSomebody Zoe Somebody (@ZoeSomebody) reported

I've had enough of 3, rubbish coverage, can barely have a conversation with people. Then today they couldn't even send me an effin emergency alert. And I pay for this #ThreeUK #EmergencyAlert

@SteveRiches4 @ThreeUK Exactly the reason that today was a TEST, so any issues could be resolved.

@sarumbear @ThreeUK It’s their project. They should have had a project manager looking after it. I agree the companies that failed share responsibility for the technical fail. Bearing in mind other countries have had similar messaging for over a decade it’s a farce!

  • MairaLaumete Maira Laumete (@MairaLaumete) reported

@beccytad @ThreeUK Same here, no emergency alert in our house, kinda feel like we have missed out. We are with Three.
