    @ThreeUK... Siege finally over since 25th of June. Thanks Vivik the lovely customer service guy that help sort the problem out. I want to believe this is a one off horrible experience from 3 Network.

    @ThreeUK have refused to cancel my broadband and told me I need to go 17 miles to nearest store to sort. Had to file complaint as unable to do so. Terrible customer service.

    @ThreeUK you will NEVER know peace. How can you be doing works in the area, not inform me but then tell me “it’s taking longer than usual” my payment will be taking longer than usual. These man are some cruffs.

    @ThreeUK hi , someone just called me saying they’re from three & told me i need a new sim card as it will help with slow service , when i queried it they said mine would be blocked & then hung up ! Im assuming this isn’t genuine

    @ThreeUK WTH is this new system on 3+? If you save a Caffè Nero code, you now have to claim it within an hour? What?! We save these codes so we can use them when it’s convenient for us NOT within a 1hr window. Fix it! #threeplus #threenetwork #three
