@ThreeUK... Siege finally over since 25th of June. Thanks Vivik the lovely customer service guy that help sort the problem out. I want to believe this is a one off horrible experience from 3 Network.

@ThreeUK I’m thinking of trying out 5g for home broadband. Your offer looks interesting, but your site won’t let me proceed as says not available at my address. Not sure that’s correct though as we have a new strong 5g signal just switched on.

@ThreeUKSupport This issue was happening on the website, I've never been able to log into my account via the app because that is broken and I've seen the reviews for that app as well which also complain about the same thing.

how can i upgrade my phone, get a contract then when i call to ask where it is they're saying i wont get it bc security? how do you think i requested the upgrade in the first place?! @ThreeUK im outta here. as if the **** signal isn' bad enough. at least 02 give the girls tickets

@ThreeUKSupport Hi Nathan yes because I was abroad for over 6 months. Not an issue usually as I have a local phone here but to access security change on my apps on my UK phone I need at least to receive texts. I am back in the UK in 5 weeks but need to change my security on my apps

@ThreeUKSupport I did call, the support person put me on hold to go speak with his manager. Came back and told me “we did not call you, please send an email”. I said that I want to speak with the Fraud department, and I got told, “sorry, you have to send an email”. I don’t have to send an email.

I just got a phishing phone call from a @ThreeUK number: 0333 338 1060 It must’ve been spoofed, because when I called their support, they disavowed the phone call, refused to discuss the matter (because maybe it wasn’t them) and very uncooperatively just told me to send an email.
