Rhiann 💎 (@Rhiiyounit11) reported@ThreeUKSupport can someone tell me how I can make a complaint seen as your online agent clearly doesn’t want to reply to me
-
Louisa Guise Author (@whatiwrote_) reported@robj3d3 @ThreeUK Yikes! I have never heard of this happening.
-
Charlie Halstead (@CharlieMansfi17) reported@coveragechecker @AndyUK_52 @ThreeUK It’s just ridiculous. It shouldn’t be about pairing flagship phones with flagship plans. If a phone supports the network’s full capabilities, then every customer on that network—whether they’re on pay as you go or pay monthly—should have equal access to the same 5G service.

Matchday Drinkers 🍻 (@BFCDrinkers) reported@NameIsRichard @ThreeUK My deal runs out very soon so bye bye. Tolerated bad reception for sake of the deal and four in the house are on Three but no more
-
Grant | Dev (@grantdotdev) reportedI've been infuriated with @ThreeUK for over a month. My iPhone shows 4G or 5G and 4 bars of signal, yet I can't load webpages, check email, view social media or even load my @MCardtravel app to open my bus ticket. I thought the @VodafoneThreeUK acquisition was to improve signal?!

the_bearded_courier 🇬🇧 🏴 (@bearded_courier) reportedAnd for the previous 22 days you will have charged me £9.88. How on earth does this make any sense what so ever. So now instead of keeping me as a customer I will be moving all four of these plans to another network. Seems 20+ years of loyalty means zip in the world of @ThreeUK

David McKean (@keanie14) reported@threeuk your service does not actually function; I’m abroad, have used my fair usage, increased my spend cap, bought a roaming pass but it’s not working. I’ve called but can’t speak to anyone and you don’t have the option to deal with my request on the ‘call’.

#TeamThor (@hemsmate) reported@ThreeUKSupport is there any data issues in Tooting, London? My 4/5g has been working on and off, mostly off for the past few days and when it does work its extremely slow
-
Ronald (@ronaldlangeveld) reported@robj3d3 @ThreeUK I just changed my plan to prepaid, keep roaming on, doesn't even have credit on but usually as long as its connected to a network its good and I can still receive texts.

huey freeman (@80iishh) reported@ThreeUK @ThreeUKSupport you guys will never know peace in this life.
