@ThreeUK Rating for Three customer service 0 out of 5. Broken promises. Staff uninformed about notes claimed to be entered on account by management staff!! Once calls end you’re still on contract to pay for zero service & nobody knows about previous agreements they promised by telephone.

  • JennieK35100113 Betsy (@JennieK35100113) reported

@ThreeUK Still not working for us. Thankfully it’s not a weekday or my daughter would be screwed doing her school work. Roll on till my contract ends so I can say bye to this crappy internet connection

@ThreeUK @ThreeUKSupport @ThreeUK I’m getting pretty frustrated with the service provided. I’ve just renewed with you and now you are advertising everything far cheaper than what I am paying. #unhappycustomer

  • SeanToman2 Sean Toman (@SeanToman2) reported

@ThreeUK my fiancé tried for 6 hours today to return her broken phone. She is a key worker who needs this to work. Samsung said that her phone is broken and is valid to change the device.

  • canals4us Steve Jay (@canals4us) reported

@ThreeUK Sooooo glad I got shot of my three contracts. Useless service provider.

  • AefeLucien Rob (@AefeLucien) reported

@ThreeUKSupport I sorted it over your text support and since you freely had access to my account you could have just taken it so why spend almost 18 months to finally chase me down about it? ESPECIALLY DURING A PANDEMIC WHEN PEOPLE ARE STRUGGLING? it's shameful really.

  • Becky_Rhian Becky Stone (@Becky_Rhian) reported

@ThreeUK I am very unhappy with 3. I emailed a complaint on 7th January and nothing has been emailed or sorted.

  • JennieK35100113 Betsy (@JennieK35100113) reported

@KerrNFL @ThreeUK Why thank you. I am looking forward to that network. It’s by far the best out there. (It’s not this one issue I have with 3, I have to reboot the box at least twice a day. So yeah even unicorns would be better as both no existent, or should I carry on paying for a shite service?)
