@ThreeUK... Siege finally over since 25th of June. Thanks Vivik the lovely customer service guy that help sort the problem out. I want to believe this is a one off horrible experience from 3 Network.

@ThreeUKSupport we are experiencing issue connecting to netflix app on sony bravia tv over a three 4g network, the youtube app connects fine. The netflix app works fine when connected to wifi. Are there any known issues that may be affecting it? Thanks

@XplosionCom @ThreeUK They’re just a hassle! They really are, we want to do something simple and after initial confusion and questions, we’re just being ignored now or treated rudely! I thankfully have no issues with @O2, will see what they can do for my other half and walk away from 3

@ThreeUKSupport My home broadband box has today decided it has not interest in receiving 5g signal, despite having not moved since I moved into my property a month ago. Any suggestions or is the equipment just useless?

@ThreeUK I was happy with Three since 2015 but in the last few months my data keeps slowing to a crawl and is unusable until I restart my phone. Have already switched away from the 5G broadband they sold me, then tried gaslighting me by saying they had never offered at my address. Awful.

For almost 3 weeks now @ThreeUK keep telling us they’ll ‘try’ to fix the 4g we’re dependent on for our rural internet & phone. My husband can’t work from home, my kids can’t do homework & we’ve no tv. Now I’m going to miss the streamed funeral of my oldest friend. Devastated. 💔
