@ThreeUKSupport No, just said that I can go to my bank a do a balance request or something but no bank where I live and why should I go out of my way to resolve a problem they have made! I would be £400 up now if I charged them for my time spent trying to get my money back!#cancelingmycontract

@ThreeUKSupport Will the GoRoam list of countries remain the same, or are you going to whittle them down bit by bit. Actually thinking of upgrading before Oct1 on the back of this, but it won't be worth it if you start taking countries off the list.

@brambles21 @uk_domain_names @ThreeUK Very much my sentiment as well. Contract expires in Jan 2022 and GoRoam was about the major feature why I kept with them. If we have to pay roaming now, then that removes the single biggest reason I was a loyal customer for a number of years.

@ThreeUKSupport LS14 5JZ - I know I’m not having any issues as I also have a Three mobile, which works fine, unless Home Broadband works on a completely different network or something?

@crazy_cremello @SBmarketing1999 @ThreeUK O2 is the only main network that has no roaming charges. They even offer roaming in 75 countries if you’re on the right plan.

@ronaldopatrizio @ThreeUK Oh no. We're with Smarty which uses Three network - mind you we won't be going away for a little while until restrictions ease up so won't affect us for a while. Plus I tend not to use phone much when out and about on holiday, and just use hotel wifi.
