  • wilde69 martyn wilde (@wilde69) reported from Newtown and Llanllwchaiarn, Wales

@ThreeUKSupport No, just said that I can go to my bank a do a balance request or something but no bank where I live and why should I go out of my way to resolve a problem they have made! I would be £400 up now if I charged them for my time spent trying to get my money back!#cancelingmycontract

Got a call from @ThreeUK offering me a good deal, after I have left them due to poor customer service after being with them 20 years what a joke!!

  • Trae_k86 Trevor (@Trae_k86) reported

@ThreeUK Funny how quick you all are at asking same question and never deal with the actual issue at hand. No one at this company wants to deal or resolve the issue & instead just act. What makes you think I haven't raised a complaint? Wouldn't that be the 1st option?

  • Trae_k86 Trevor (@Trae_k86) reported

@ThreeUK turns out that all departments are just as bad after talking call with 3 agents, online on their website and even twitter with Mark & Muz the #cantbebothered #badcustomerservice still continues with no resolution. Stay away from this service provider you have been warned

  • 9adfield Mike Padfield (@9adfield) reported

@ThreeUKSupport My 5G Home Broadband is down since Saturday 7th. Is there a technical problem in BS32 0AJ area?

  • DonLB8 DonLolo (@DonLB8) reported

    @ThreeUK Trash network

  • LucasJTGleed Lucas (@LucasJTGleed) reported

Eagerly awaiting a call from @O2 about my ongoing data problem, 6 weeks of having the same problem and no one can find a fix…. Think I’ll be leaving and moving back to @VodafoneUK or over to @ThreeUKSupport

  • Andrewwilson87 Andrew wilson (@Andrewwilson87) reported

@ThreeUK despite what your incredibly ‘helpful’ colleague told me on the phone last week it has now been over 5 days since he told me it would take up to 72 hours to cancel an upgrade. Can you confirm he just lied to me and what to do next?

  • postyourtoast Post your toast (@postyourtoast) reported

@eatsruns @ThreeUK I was on the way to the hospital with my LD son and it made me so so worried about the future tbh. Luckily it seemed like the man had a good support worker. But sounded like a ridiculous situation.

  • postyourtoast Post your toast (@postyourtoast) reported

@eatsruns @ThreeUK I overheard a LD man on the bus recently, phoning up court to say he wasn't going to be able to make his court case for non-payment of council tax, because his support worker had covid. He ended up paying the fine by card on understanding the support worker could claim it back.

  • jamesdude11 J (@jamesdude11) reported

@ThreeUKSupport Customer service said there was a system glitch/outage and they had to raise a support request to get a working PAC Code - it was confusing and I’ve been trying to get this sorted for days now b
