    @ThreeUKSupport No, just said that I can go to my bank a do a balance request or something but no bank where I live and why should I go out of my way to resolve a problem they have made! I would be £400 up now if I charged them for my time spent trying to get my money back!#cancelingmycontract

  • wilde69 martyn wilde (@wilde69) reported from Newtown and Llanllwchaiarn, Wales

    @ThreeUKSupport Iv got in touch 4 times and just go through the same process of being passed from one department to the next having to explain the whole situation over and over!!! So if I just cancel my contract then you will have no option but to send me any outstanding balance then I’ll go EE

    @ThreeUK Not on Three but it would not work I turned all emergency alerts off on all devices. Invasive nonsense as was all the Covid vaccination texts

  • LisaRedlinski Redlinski, Lisa (@LisaRedlinski) reported

    @ThreeUKSupport Your company representatives are very concerned about my feelings, they are very sorry I feel upset by being sent to a creditor but wouldn't tell me anything without knowing a secret pin number from the times gone past. Three customer service has a lot of concern for my feelings.

  • asjmcguire AJ (@asjmcguire) reported

    @LinkofHyrule89 The UK had it's first test of its emergency alert system that uses cell broadcast to reach all 4G and 5G mobile devices. Sadly it seems a significant number of people on @ThreeUK did not receive the test, including me

  • asjmcguire AJ (@asjmcguire) reported

    @LinkofHyrule89 @ThreeUK We are assured that it will definitely work in a real emergency, but it's kinda hard to trust that, until there has been proof.

  • RevRach Rachel Phillips 🎄 (@RevRach) reported

    @ThreeUK @ThreeUKSupport I didn't receive it (customer of yours)

  • yodicholaverdad Talkabout 🇬🇧 tyke talking😉 (@yodicholaverdad) reported

    @JIX5A @ThreeUK Talk about making a crisis out of a drama. It was a test and intended to reveal flaws. It revealed flaws, so the test worked. Can't imagine what you'd be like in a real emergency.
