@ThreeUKSupport Iv got in touch 4 times and just go through the same process of being passed from one department to the next having to explain the whole situation over and over!!! So if I just cancel my contract then you will have no option but to send me any outstanding balance then I’ll go EE

@ThreeUKSupport No, just said that I can go to my bank a do a balance request or something but no bank where I live and why should I go out of my way to resolve a problem they have made! I would be £400 up now if I charged them for my time spent trying to get my money back!#cancelingmycontract

@GeorgeMonbiot @VodafoneUK Hi George. Just to put the case for getting it right. When my son died of cancer in February @ThreeUK cancelled the contract with immediate effect. Ceased his number but allowed me keep his device (with content intact) and no risk of it being locked. Perfect service 🌟

@ThreeUKSupport It’s still not working properly in EX67XS it’s been nearly 2 weeks now which s disgusting. I’ve had 4 texts from three to say the problem has been fixed and on all occasions it was just the same, no 4g. I’m hopeful for the 12th of July when you say it will be fixed again.
