    @ThreeUKSupport Iv got in touch 4 times and just go through the same process of being passed from one department to the next having to explain the whole situation over and over!!! So if I just cancel my contract then you will have no option but to send me any outstanding balance then I’ll go EE

    @ThreeUKSupport No, just said that I can go to my bank a do a balance request or something but no bank where I live and why should I go out of my way to resolve a problem they have made! I would be £400 up now if I charged them for my time spent trying to get my money back!#cancelingmycontract

    @ThreeUKSupport No I was told that basically Suck it up buttercup. The service is is minimal at this location even after originally being told it was good. The gent who I was told was at first a engineer then later I learned was nothing of the kind. Told me that even though showing engineering

    Hey @ThreeUKSupport. 6 weeks ago you took £280 out my account for an upgrade that was cancelled and a phone I never received. Every week Im told it will be 2/3 days until it is returned to me. Today I got cut off because I've "not paid my bill". I can't work without my phone.

    @ThreeUKSupport I’ve had an account for years. I’ve been able to sign in on the phone and website. It is only the last week I have not been able to do so and have had the aforementioned errors. I still get errors as below on the PC on registering, or attempting to change password.

    @ThreeUKSupport I am done explaining. It's all of bedford as of yet. I have changed sims, I have received and activated new sim. I tried another sim in the phone too.. sim and phone both are not an issue. Issue is the network.

    @ThreeUKSupport Hey I think your new my3 site is having a few issues. The "enter" button for your new 2fa system is greyed out when I try to log in online, so I can't even confirm the code I've been sent, and when I try to log in via my phone, it says it's the wrong password.

    @ThreeUK I’m trying to deal with your complains team, but their call quality is so bad that I had to hang up. I’ve spent 2+ hours on the phone trying to resolve a billing problem of your making. I’m not prepared to continue this way – can you arrange for someone to call me?

    @ThreeUKSupport It was cancelled on chat. No refund for this month though. The complaint case will remain open until I get the final confirmation that the contract has ended and my personal data has been deleted from Three’s servers. Will check back in 15 days from now. Ta

    @ThreeUKSupport Hi, Yes, I have to make check in and chat support calls and often have to call back a second or third time. On my Vodafone sim, 141 is supported but on 3 I have fiddle around in every call
