    @ThreeUKSupport No, just said that I can go to my bank a do a balance request or something but no bank where I live and why should I go out of my way to resolve a problem they have made! I would be £400 up now if I charged them for my time spent trying to get my money back!#cancelingmycontract

    @ThreeUKSupport I am chatting with someone from support at the moment regarding a contract that I tried to cancel last JUNE and have still been paying £36 a month for. I’ve been offered £40. I’ve had 2 texts saying my complaint has been resolved without any explanation to what the resolution is

    I miss the reliability of ThreeUK data network in fact, I use a data SIM from one of their MVNO's - an ISP who doesn't deal in BS, is very technically capable and themselves demand reliability. They also use O2 to provide mobile telephony Services. Envious? Should be.

    @ThreeUKSupport 😭😭😭 just contacted Three on livechat to say their network is down so I can't call them - they sent me the numbers to call !! oh this company, it's like ordering a meal in a restaurant and being brought a plate of crap and still being charged for it. hopeless

    @ThreeUKSupport I contacted chat last week and was told that my complaint was resolved and would receive a full refund. No money has be put in my account so I spoke to someone today who said it was still outstanding. The person I spoke to last week told me he would call me back Saturday.
