    @ThreeUKSupport Iv got in touch 4 times and just go through the same process of being passed from one department to the next having to explain the whole situation over and over!!! So if I just cancel my contract then you will have no option but to send me any outstanding balance then I’ll go EE

    @ThreeUKSupport You know when you are with the wrong Network when A The Engineer guy tries to intimidate the customer, B When the customer knows more about telecoms than the expert. C When you get a better download speed 7mb on 3g than the 3mb on 4g D When you're told tough

    @ThreeUKSupport No, just said that I can go to my bank a do a balance request or something but no bank where I live and why should I go out of my way to resolve a problem they have made! I would be £400 up now if I charged them for my time spent trying to get my money back!#cancelingmycontract

    @ThreeUK hi can you check your coverage in London E14 4Qa (canary wharf) pls? the data bandwidth is extremely bad . it has been like that since last week. according to your publicity , you are meant to be serving 5G in this area and its not even 1G.

    @edagoodman @O2 @ThreeUK We left Three recently as we were getting terrible coverage and support. If you’re interested, we can provide O2 and Vodafone SIMs on a rolling 30 day contract with unlimited data, text and minutes.

    @faysi37 @ThreeUK @O2 My biggest mistake is that I left Vodafone because 3 offered me a good deal. I was not aware that they have 3rd class service. Also, scripted customer assistants.

    @ThreeUKSupport They said the box is probably faulty and they don't send replacements, which is fine but WiFi calling doesn't work on my phone even tho it's enabled so now I can't get signal at home :-(

    @ImNabeelAhd @ThreeUK I have been with this network for 10 good years but it’s rubbish. You will not find coverage in most of the areas and some time there is full signals but calls voice break down.
