@ThreeUKSupport Iv got in touch 4 times and just go through the same process of being passed from one department to the next having to explain the whole situation over and over!!! So if I just cancel my contract then you will have no option but to send me any outstanding balance then I’ll go EE

@ThreeUKSupport No, just said that I can go to my bank a do a balance request or something but no bank where I live and why should I go out of my way to resolve a problem they have made! I would be £400 up now if I charged them for my time spent trying to get my money back!#cancelingmycontract

@ThreeUK hi, I recently received a Pay As You Go sim and purchased the 12GB Data Pack. I am using this sim in the USA. I would like to call a USA number, when I try to do this it just comes up with a “calling…” message below the number but it never calls. Any ideas? Thanks

@ThreeUK Not in CF83 8 you aren't... but thats been the case for over a month... still with no update, expected fix date or even info on what the issue is that is meaning we have no 4g broadband. Infact no contact initiated by Three whatsoever. Had to miss my sons parents evening tonight.
