@ThreeUKSupport Iv got in touch 4 times and just go through the same process of being passed from one department to the next having to explain the whole situation over and over!!! So if I just cancel my contract then you will have no option but to send me any outstanding balance then I’ll go EE

@ThreeUKSupport No I was told that basically Suck it up buttercup. The service is is minimal at this location even after originally being told it was good. The gent who I was told was at first a engineer then later I learned was nothing of the kind. Told me that even though showing engineering

@ThreeUKSupport No, just said that I can go to my bank a do a balance request or something but no bank where I live and why should I go out of my way to resolve a problem they have made! I would be £400 up now if I charged them for my time spent trying to get my money back!#cancelingmycontract

Can someone help my daughter as it appears you can not get wifi near the coast due to ferries. Advised to go mi-5 broadband for a caravan static. Then told to go for home broadband bill has doubled but took advice from customer advisor. Valued customer for years @ThreeUK

@ThreeUK What a joke. You can’t for some reason enable roaming. I try to cancel my contract. I get bombarded with 35 minutes of pointless questions on your chat. I finally get told I will get my PAC…by SMS. I CANT ACCESS MY NUMBER AS I AM ROAMING!!!! #SpecialLevelOfIneptness

Boring question but for some reason I’m getting no @ThreeUK signal if I leave my WiFi. Meant to have unlimited data and it’s showing full signal but nothing will load and I can’t get messages. Have tried turning it off and on again but no luck. Any ideas?

@ThreeUK what on earth is wrong with the foreign roaming service? I'm trying to access standard websites and it keeps telling me there's an adult content filter on. I turn this off. Repeat. Same issue. Please advise/explain?

@ThreeUK can you tell me if you have issues in the west London area, because your 5g home hub is showing a speed of 6mbps download. Your coverage checker is supposedly showing it’s ok, but I know from speaking to your customer service this is not correct-What a joke!!
