@ThreeUKSupport No, just said that I can go to my bank a do a balance request or something but no bank where I live and why should I go out of my way to resolve a problem they have made! I would be £400 up now if I charged them for my time spent trying to get my money back!#cancelingmycontract

@ThreeUKSupport Iv got in touch 4 times and just go through the same process of being passed from one department to the next having to explain the whole situation over and over!!! So if I just cancel my contract then you will have no option but to send me any outstanding balance then I’ll go EE

@ThreeUK … every day this week I have been told to be patient and wait another 24-48 hours for a sim to be activated. Your customer service advisors have been no help- apparently they understand what I am going through but no one can tell me or explain why takes so long.

@ThreeUK how hard is it to get a letter to confirm my account is closed and has a zero balance. Ive lost count of how many incompetent people i have spoken with. 3mobile customer service is a joke. I cant complain as i no longer have a mobile number. So now its to the ombudsman.

@ThreeUKSupport Yes I can try but I’ve already had to request a replacement as the first sim didn’t even arrive. I’m using the replacement. Can’t believe how appalling the service has been so far.

@ThreeUK I’ve been getting charged £15 a month for add ons, that I tried to cancel back in July 2020. Tried to calling to cancel multiple times. Tried your app & website. I’ve only just been able to cancel last month & I’m being told by customer service I can’t get my money back.

@ThreeUKSupport My phone selects the 4G when there is no 5G available- which is most places!… the 4G is terrible… occasionally it will go to 3G …. I can’t select 3G manually
