So if I just cancel my contract then you will have no option but to send me any outstanding balance then I’ll go EE

I would be £400 up now if I charged them for my time spent trying to get my money back!#cancelingmycontract

You did not provide any paperwork that would allow me to claim the Xiaomi 11T Pro bundle, so it seems that you knowingly are doing upgrades but not providing qualifying paperwork to claim the bundle.
