    @ThreeUKSupport No, just said that I can go to my bank a do a balance request or something but no bank where I live and why should I go out of my way to resolve a problem they have made! I would be £400 up now if I charged them for my time spent trying to get my money back!#cancelingmycontract

    @ThreeUKSupport Iv got in touch 4 times and just go through the same process of being passed from one department to the next having to explain the whole situation over and over!!! So if I just cancel my contract then you will have no option but to send me any outstanding balance then I’ll go EE

    @ThreeUK If I haven't had a proper WiFi service for at least six months. If I have contacted you weekly and get spun off. If I get the same message on the app about you are doing work for 6 months. Download average 5mb upload ha ha. If a Telecoms engineer tells me at my postcode

    @ThreeUK... Siege finally over since 25th of June. Thanks Vivik the lovely customer service guy that help sort the problem out. I want to believe this is a one off horrible experience from 3 Network.

    @ThreeUK Its good to see that after a year + of crap service average 5mb on our ha ha unlimited WiFi. And a lovely letter say We are upgrading in SY175HA, was ok for 3 days then suprise back to crap. Thank God only 6 months left on the Contract and no more 3 bloody marvellous 🤡

    @ThreeUKSupport You know when you are with the wrong Network when A The Engineer guy tries to intimidate the customer, B When the customer knows more about telecoms than the expert. C When you get a better download speed 7mb on 3g than the 3mb on 4g D When you're told tough

    @ThreeUKSupport No I was told that basically Suck it up buttercup. The service is is minimal at this location even after originally being told it was good. The gent who I was told was at first a engineer then later I learned was nothing of the kind. Told me that even though showing engineering

    @ThreeUKSupport Read the rest of the thread. It's an insecure login mechanism with what appears to be a simple generated password. The risk is very real if a customer doesn't login and reset it to something longer

    @StephArgyle @JoeMerrick @ThreeUKSupport Just managed to get through to customer services on a landline. There’s a major outage that’s happened in the last couple of hours apparently.
