@ThreeUKSupport No, just said that I can go to my bank a do a balance request or something but no bank where I live and why should I go out of my way to resolve a problem they have made! I would be £400 up now if I charged them for my time spent trying to get my money back!#cancelingmycontract

@ThreeUKSupport You know when you are with the wrong Network when A The Engineer guy tries to intimidate the customer, B When the customer knows more about telecoms than the expert. C When you get a better download speed 7mb on 3g than the 3mb on 4g D When you're told tough

@richardavsmith @ThreeUKSupport I honestly have never bought a plan and just relied on wifi, but I'm going to be in multiple different cities trying to meet up with friends and family, and on the train for 4 days (and no wifi on 1950s trains!) so may shell out for it this time.

@richardavsmith @ThreeUKSupport I'm in the same position. Luckily my contract doesn't end until 2023 but, if they keep charging for roaming, I'll switch. The bad signal and more expensive contracts are not worth it if I still have to pay extra while abroad.
