  • TheShaukatAbbas Mister Abbas | مستر عباس (@TheShaukatAbbas) reported

@thisisbenr hi Ben, I've spoken to @ThreeUK as a business customer with 5G hub, it looks like there is an outage across the #Birmingham and #Blackcountry areas which may not be resolved before the 28th Dec. Sorry.

  • GetMeAManager Karen is Correct (@GetMeAManager) reported

@RichBratby1 @ThreeUKSupport You pay for the service also. You're still getting the service. The contract is for 24 months. You pay for 24 months. If it takes a month to arrive, they don't start charging you from then. So it means you only have 23 months left. You're not losing money.

  • SMHinthewild Steve Homer (@SMHinthewild) reported

@ThreeUKSupport Perfectly normal UK bank account and just like your company three failed attempts to set it up by your support elves!
